Property well equipped, very comfortable for 3 adults. Good breakfast selection and excellent service. Main hotel building was just in 4 min walk.

Sea water wasn’t clean.

It was well situated with easy access to the Abu Dhabi Mall and other shops. The Beach Rotana All suites were newly renovated, well furnished and very clean. The apartment was spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The staff were friendly and excellent. They were helpful and welcoming and in particular Leo and the young man who serviced the apartments on the 20th floor. We had an amazing stay.

The stay was excellent. A suggestion would be improve signage or visibility of the suites. Taxi drivers found it difficult to find.

We were a group of 6 people (elderly and kids) stayed here and had a terrific time there. The location is pretty good with Abu Dhabi mall entry accessible from the lift of this hotel and there are plenty of restaurants near by. Only gotcha is tell the cab driver to take you Beach Rotana all suite and not Beach Rotana hotel which is very close by. The feedback will be incomplete if I don’t mention Mr Leo who was very helpful and considerate. He provided us a suite in 14th floor which had a large balcony. I requested him to keep the luggage in the hotel as were going for a night safari and luggage was not allowed and he helped us with it without any charges. Also not to miss out Vaishali who was also very nice to us. Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location for my family including a 10 month baby. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Joel at reception. The lifts go straight into the mall so you can get everything you need and the hop on hop off bus stops right outside if you want to go sightseeing.

The kitchen was a little small and appliances a bit tired and in need of an update but everything was functional and good for a short stay.

The constant request for your room number by the staff at every step you take is annoying , unrefined, and also denotes poor organizational skills in some operations without annoying the customer . You have to state your room number at every station, like a military check point . Sometimes it is even asked 2 or 3 times by the same person despite the fact that you have already passed that way . If you want to order a coffee and pay for it right away the first question you are asked anyway is “ room number sir “ . You should change your approach and ask first how you want to pay. When I’m on vacation I just want to relax and be not stressed by questions all the time

The location is great and the hotel facilities are just good. The parking is within the Mall parking either B1 OR B2. We had the breakfast in the Rotana hotel and special thanks to Mr. Jeric and Mr. Ikmam for their assistance and support for that although our booking for the breakfast in Rotana Suites. The check in and out goes smooth and fast.

The property was modern with all the required amenities. The hospitality was excellent specially the Naveed and Sanjay who were helpful and made sure to give excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and had breakfast was excellent.

To access resort amenities had to take buggy to go to beach Rotana hotel, which is infact adjacent to Abu Dhabi mall. It was bit uncomfortable due to scorching heat.

Staff was extremely helpful and flexible. Saleh on reception has done an amazing job - best reception in Abu Dhabi and probably whole of Middle East. Friendly, supportive, polite, helpful.

at times it felt that there is not enough air in the room. we stayed in 1 bedroom and our windows can not be opened. only 1 elevator goes to 21st floor. More info on facilities for children in AD Mall, Beahc Rotana, nearby would have been helpful. Need to find ways to entertain kids especially in summer time.

The apartment was a good size and setup for our family staycation. The staff were friendly and appreciated the location. We also enjoyed the amenities - pool and beach.

There was a major water leak from the ceiling at the entrance to the apartment. Maintenance responded swiftly and fixed the situation however it was unfortunate that we had to experience it during our stay.
