Parking was an easy access and slots are available anytime i arrived. Reception was very accommodating, ready to serve and I requested late check out without any hesitation giving me 1 hour extra & thankful for that. room was excellent overall, hard to open toilet door but not really a discomfort. enjoyed dining breakfast, had a good coffee, good choices of food, plus service is very good. swimming pool is cold & renovation is on-going, my wife is not very comfortable to swim with workers looking around, but we found a sauna in same area and it didn’t dis-appoint us. Overall experience is 5-star, though we experience a little on the negative side, but their excellent staffs and hospitality experience still pulls my high rating

Perfection – Both Personally and Professionally As someone who has worked in the tourism industry for over 13 years and was honored to be nominated for the Tourism World Awards, I can say with complete confidence: it doesn’t get better than this. The breakfast was exceptional – a perfect balance of quality, variety, and presentation. Fresh ingredients, expertly prepared dishes, and attention to every detail made it a truly memorable start to the day. A heartfelt thank you to the breakfast manager, Mr. Mohammed at reception, Muzzaffar Lyka, Chef Eddie, Upendyce, and all the other hardworking members of this hotel team. It doesn't get better than this. I highly recommend both breakfast and dinner – it’s an incredible experience, and I genuinely don’t have a single complaint.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights travelling en route to Australia. Our room was sunny and spacious with a part view of the Persian Gulf. The bed was big and comfortable, and importantly, the pillows were also comfortable. A big SmartTV and a lounge chair in the living space area, and plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. The rooftop pool was a great spot to just relax in. If you don't feel like eating out, there are several bars and restaurants to choose from. The location was handy to LuLu Center Supermarket and an easy walk to the Corniche and Abu Dhabi Beach. Everybody from Front Desk, waitstaff, and housekeeping were very friendly and attentive.

The Wi-Fi connection was very slow. There were no powerpoints in the bathroom area to plug in the hair-dryer or on my side of the bed. A couple of the other powerpoints in the room weren't working properly, either. The shower heads plumbing weren't great. The rain shower head couldn't be isolated from the hand-held shower head that the water came out on both shower heads.

Great location. Lovely breakfast buffet. Decent live entertainment at Hytes bar even on weekday nights. The suite was well laid out and had everything you needed if you wanted to do an extended stay. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming - the front desk / reception in particular.

The bed was just ok. Not uncomfortable, but lacking that “aaaah!” hotel bed feeling. It was the deciding factor in my leaving when I did. The food at Hytes bar was just mediocre. The carpet just outside my room needed vacuuming. What appeared to be someone’s little blue pill and food crumbs were sitting at the entrance to my room

Impressive hotel with many amenities and super friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms and good beds. Plenty of fast elevators available to avoid crowding. Small Finnish and Turkish saunas available on the top floor in the changing rooms, separate for male and female guests. With the gym room, nice bar and outside relax and pool area.

The see-through or milky glass separation of the bathroom and toilet areas offers no privacy, if this is desired.

+ Room Quality: The Executive King room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. + Staff Service: The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience with their professionalism. + Breakfast Variety: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality food, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. + Parking Facilities: The hotel provides ample parking space, which was convenient for guests with vehicles.

- Outdated Amenities: Certain aspects of the hotel felt outdated. For instance, the television in the room was quite small and seemed old, which was surprising given the room’s large size. - Internet Speed: The internet connection was not as fast as expected, which could be inconvenient for business travelers or those needing reliable connectivity. - Limited Power Outlets: There were only two power outlets located on one side of the bed, and none in the bathroom, making it challenging to use devices like hair dryers or charge electronics conveniently.

Staff were great and helpful. Location is ok. If you want to go to some spots, take a taxi is good option. Most of them are not reachable by walk. Room is spacious. Toiletries are ok. WiFi is fine. Pool at rooftop is great. Go there earlier if you want to get a sun deck 😅 gym is also good. I arrived a little bit earlier but they offered me a quick and early check in, process was smooth👍🏽

I ordered an in-room dining buy food was not good and very salty 😢 Water go out of shower room while taking shower so I had to use another towel to stop and dried. I noted from reviews and it did happen. Need to fix it.

As I always say I like sourthen sun properties I feel very comfortable Front office staff gets new uniform current uniforms looks good then old one New 2girls in front office they are doing their good work & another Filipino 🇵🇭 girl I don’t know anyone names but she is always smiling confidence body language concierge always warms welcoming The tall man greeting to every single person that was amazing taking guest name is always feel like amazing.I was just sitting & observing each & every thing. last time I was not satisfied for the room but this this I was very satisfied for rooms Tv upgrading is very good 👍 👍I ask housekeeping for slippers one girl came with big smile & we both start laughing bless her 😆 😆😆Oooooo I notice that small section in enterence that is Arabic Gava I didn’t taste but it’s look cool now every hotel start doing this & one more thing is I saw tall gentleman approaching for tripadvisor good good carry on everyone should do this 👍👍👍 Everything is perfect 👍👍

Comfortable rooms,friendly staff even if you come after soo many months at list staff recognised by face that was good…Installing bottles for shower gel & body lotion that is the best idea before it was small tubes which not sufficient for 2 pax.Upgrade to water bottles Al ain low sodium drinking water recycled pet plastic bottles that is also good idea👍👍👍👍
