Great place, everything was good. Also if you need to stay for a while, they have a rooftop restaurant with live dj open till 3:00 and another pool bar. Which is nice to have especially if you don’t want to go out.

The noice isolation doesn’t exist. Sounds like you are living with other people in your room. But heads up it’s mostly when staff is cleaning or something like baby crying otherwise it’s nice and quiet.

This is our third time in Abu Dhabi and the first time staying at this hotel. My honest opinion is that it's a great value for your money, staying at the 7th floor, we actually had no problem with the noise that is spoken of in some reviews. Never heard it. I was so impressed with the great customer service, starting with how we are greeted to the exemplary daily cleaning of our room, we are greatful for all the help, traveling with a 4 year old boy. A particular shout out and thank you to all the staff from the restaurant as well, they went above and beyond to attend to our needs, so attentive, positive and polite, we appreciated their professional service, the ladies serving us, the gentleman at the egg station and the manager with such a keen eye for details. Thank you for contributing so much to us having a wonderful vacation, we will be choosing Tryp in the future for sure !

Literally the only negative thing I can mention and it's trully a pity not to be resolved as it really impacted the initial image of the hotel... is the toilet lid or cover. It is so incredibly old and yellow colored on the inner part that I initially thought it was not cleaned at all. We bought desinfectants and tried to clean it ourselves somehow as I was traveling with a small kid who couldn't help but touch it, it was so that I realised that it was looking like that because it was incredibly old, the gentleman doing the daily cleaning was doing a proper job afterall. It's not expensive and it's definetly worth a change, I've never seen something looking so bad in any hotel ever. 😬

We loved everything! The staff, the coziness of our room, the towels, the sheets, the view and also the breakfast 🥞! I will definitely come back! They offered free water, coffee and tea in the room. They helped us with the tourist attractions offering us the map and the explanations about all points of attraction of Abu Dhabi. We spent 5 nights in this beautiful hotel as tourists. All the buses were few steps away, the trip from and to the airport was so easy with the bus A2. Perfect for a couple like us who discovered Abu Dhabi during a very hot weather :)) So lovely hotel and staff! Congratulations! Many hugs from Romania!

We loved everything!

The property is located in a main boulevard, as results, many shops and restaurant are at walking distance. Overall the staff was very good and the experience was pleasing. Anytime I had some issue, they promptly solved it. One time the hot water was not working and the maintenance guy come in literally 2 minutes. Another time the door had the battery’s lock low on battery and again, they send someone to replace the batter in minutes.

We were checking out early in the morning, rushing to catch a flight. Unfortunately, the process was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. The receptionist seemed to take his time, making sure we had to wait as long as possible. It was, without a doubt, one of the slowest and most annoying checkouts we’ve ever experienced. He asked if we had used anything from the minibar, and we clearly told him no. Yet, instead of taking our word for it—especially since he had our credit card on file—he insisted on sending someone to check the room. After about 10 minutes of pointless waiting, they confirmed what we already knew: the room was in order, and we hadn’t touched the minibar. What could have been a smooth and hassle-free experience was completely ruined by an inefficient checkout process.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a real difference in my experience. Special thanks to Jamaica (beautiful girl with beautiful name from reception), Haseeb, Jam, Sree and to Mr. Shibu (for the great coffee in the morning) for going the extra mile — they truly stood out. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

There was a bit of a strange sound in my room (805) at night — it sounded like music, possibly from the rooftop bar or maybe some technical noise 🙂. Other than that, everything was really amazing. I had a great stay!

Great location: within walking distance to the Corniche and the multiple adjacent parks. If you use public transport, downtown sights are easily reachable by bus, plus line A2 from the airport stops steps away from the hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the room was clean and well-equipped, there's a rooftop pool with superb city views, good breakfast is offered and everyone we interacted with was really friendly.

No big deal but there's a club on the highest floor with parties late into the night: though faintly, one night we could still hear/feel thumping three floors down. The breakfast room is quite small, it can quickly get crowded and cramped.

The Hotel is an older property but well maintained. It's the staff and the attitude that was fantastic. The receptionists were extremely responsive and courteous. The gentleman attending the valet desk, Bernard, patiently handled multiple cars with a willing attitude. The room service wins the max stars. I mentioned on the first day of my stay that I like spicy food and Josephine, the restaurant staff ensured I always had spicy sauce to accompany whatever food I ordered from then on. I'm impressed by the fantastic service offered by all staff, even the doorman, and the maintenance person.

TRYP by Wyndham is an awesome hotel in Abu Dhabi center we love this hotel not just for its facilities but the staff members, always greeted with smiling and loving faces, Balwinder is the doorman who is exceptionally friendly and helpful always helping with the shopping and giving ideas for places to visit he’s helped us incredibly, he’s truly an asset to the hotel, also the reception staff Jamaica and sreelaxmee provide a high level of customer service I feel like the staff at the hotel make the hotel what it is…. Highly recommended for uk tourists

The hotel was generally good: convenient location, clean room, and polite staff. Breakfast was okay, not a huge variety but enough to start the day. My room didn’t have much of a view — it faced a cemetery next to a nightclub, which was an unusual combination. There was no power adapter available, which was a bit inconvenient, another hotel I stayed at provided one. Luckily, the room had one universal socket.

One thing I didn’t like was a situation with room service. I called the reception to order dinner, and the lady I spoke to said she would take care of it, but nothing arrived. After waiting quite a while, I called again and found out she hadn’t passed on the order. I had to place it again, and this time another staff member handled it properly. Not a big issue, but the delay was frustrating.

We like the modern vibe of the room, neat and clean. The staff were great and generous with our request for the basic needs. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is very accessible and there are several restaurants, groceries and resto-bars nearby.

The sound from the resto bar on the 16th floor can be heard in the 14th floor where we stayed and a little vibration to the bathroom door caused by the sound from the bar. Though not that loud but the base sound can be heard.
