Great place, everything was good. Also if you need to stay for a while, they have a rooftop restaurant with live dj open till 3:00 and another pool bar. Which is nice to have especially if you don’t want to go out.

The noice isolation doesn’t exist. Sounds like you are living with other people in your room. But heads up it’s mostly when staff is cleaning or something like baby crying otherwise it’s nice and quiet.

This is our third time in Abu Dhabi and the first time staying at this hotel. My honest opinion is that it's a great value for your money, staying at the 7th floor, we actually had no problem with the noise that is spoken of in some reviews. Never heard it. I was so impressed with the great customer service, starting with how we are greeted to the exemplary daily cleaning of our room, we are greatful for all the help, traveling with a 4 year old boy. A particular shout out and thank you to all the staff from the restaurant as well, they went above and beyond to attend to our needs, so attentive, positive and polite, we appreciated their professional service, the ladies serving us, the gentleman at the egg station and the manager with such a keen eye for details. Thank you for contributing so much to us having a wonderful vacation, we will be choosing Tryp in the future for sure !

Literally the only negative thing I can mention and it's trully a pity not to be resolved as it really impacted the initial image of the hotel... is the toilet lid or cover. It is so incredibly old and yellow colored on the inner part that I initially thought it was not cleaned at all. We bought desinfectants and tried to clean it ourselves somehow as I was traveling with a small kid who couldn't help but touch it, it was so that I realised that it was looking like that because it was incredibly old, the gentleman doing the daily cleaning was doing a proper job afterall. It's not expensive and it's definetly worth a change, I've never seen something looking so bad in any hotel ever. 😬

The property is located in a main boulevard, as results, many shops and restaurant are at walking distance. Overall the staff was very good and the experience was pleasing. Anytime I had some issue, they promptly solved it. One time the hot water was not working and the maintenance guy come in literally 2 minutes. Another time the door had the battery’s lock low on battery and again, they send someone to replace the batter in minutes.

We were checking out early in the morning, rushing to catch a flight. Unfortunately, the process was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. The receptionist seemed to take his time, making sure we had to wait as long as possible. It was, without a doubt, one of the slowest and most annoying checkouts we’ve ever experienced. He asked if we had used anything from the minibar, and we clearly told him no. Yet, instead of taking our word for it—especially since he had our credit card on file—he insisted on sending someone to check the room. After about 10 minutes of pointless waiting, they confirmed what we already knew: the room was in order, and we hadn’t touched the minibar. What could have been a smooth and hassle-free experience was completely ruined by an inefficient checkout process.

Great location: within walking distance to the Corniche and the multiple adjacent parks. If you use public transport, downtown sights are easily reachable by bus, plus line A2 from the airport stops steps away from the hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the room was clean and well-equipped, there's a rooftop pool with superb city views, good breakfast is offered and everyone we interacted with was really friendly.

No big deal but there's a club on the highest floor with parties late into the night: though faintly, one night we could still hear/feel thumping three floors down. The breakfast room is quite small, it can quickly get crowded and cramped.

We like the modern vibe of the room, neat and clean. The staff were great and generous with our request for the basic needs. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is very accessible and there are several restaurants, groceries and resto-bars nearby.

The sound from the resto bar on the 16th floor can be heard in the 14th floor where we stayed and a little vibration to the bathroom door caused by the sound from the bar. Though not that loud but the base sound can be heard.

TRYP by Wyndham is an awesome hotel in Abu Dhabi center we love this hotel not just for its facilities but the staff members, always greeted with smiling and loving faces, Balwinder is the doorman who is exceptionally friendly and helpful always helping with the shopping and giving ideas for places to visit he’s helped us incredibly, he’s truly an asset to the hotel, also the reception staff Jamaica and sreelaxmee provide a high level of customer service I feel like the staff at the hotel make the hotel what it is…. Highly recommended for uk tourists

Reception lady with amazing name Hope- very nice and sweet! All questions was handled immediately, room service very qualified and polite, cleaning is regular, panoramic windows at the room with sea view was very pleasure, the view from restaurant is nice too and ofcs stuff with the chef Benjamin were very friendly and professionally, nice fresh food every day! I’m glad that I choose that hotel, not far from Corniche and Malls, so all was great!!!! Pool is clean and ofcs friendly stuff at the pool too!

A bit small gym, not enough space for yoga exercises, but all the time empty, so that wasn’t big problem just put the yoga mat at the centre of gym! Not really good that in the building night club or lounge with very lought music till 3-4 AM, so if silence is important for you, u have to remember about that!

Location is excellent - everything you need is nearby - shops, restaurants. Beach isn't close, if you plan to swim then you need to walk like 30 minutes to reach it. Rooms are well sized and organized, equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff was always available and very polite, supporting with everything. Breakfast service was excellent. Free coffee/tea/water in the rooms. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Power socket adapters: we asked the reception ladies for EU adapters but they said hotel doesn't provide those. The only EU socket under the TV was occupied by the laptop, so we had to go and buy adapters for other sockets. It's nothing for the hotel, doesn't cost anything - please include in the service.

nice and comfortable hotel - not brand new but pleasant, convenient location near to restaurants, grocery and other shops, bus stop and sea promenade; small, but pleasant public areas in the hotel, nice view form upper terrace and swimming pool, very friendly front door, restarurant and room service (Mr. Ashraful in dining room was very kind and helpful!), clean indoor and outdoor areas, good choice of food and tastefull meals and coffee.

The location was great. As soon as we left the hotel there was a supermarket and a busy street with some restaurants and cafes. We could find a taxi very easily also. The main attracions in Abu Dhabi were not far away by car (max. 25min). Thinking of the price we paid for 4 nights the room and breakfast was absolutely fine. Hossein did a great job when cleaning our room and he always asked if we need anything.

just one little thing: we had to wait a bit for our cafe when having breakfast and as I am a morning person I like to drink my coffee immediately. A second coffee machine would have been good.
