One of the best hotels that I have stayed in Abu Dhabi! What stands out is the top-notch check-in process and the behaviour of staff towards Guests! Our check-in was handled by Mr Hamza at the front desk and I believe He is setting the bar high for his colleagues! The Check-in was very smooth, professional and easy. Our requests were well accommodated by the Staff at check-in. Recommended!

The Major Problem was slow Internet. So If you are someone whose work involves lot of Data Consumption, Be Careful. Secondly, There was some uncertainty from Visa Department of UAE. So I was unsure. I checked with the Hotel Reservations department about the refund if Visa does not arrive and they plainly said No. I explained the situation and said that I will come later on, If visa does not arrive and they still said no. So a deduction in Customer Service Rating. This is the reason of giving them 9 out of 10.

Friendliness of the staff especially Mr. Mena, Mr. Aron & Ms. Johnna from the front desk and Dennis from Housekeeping. They all helped to make my stay pleasurable and comfortable. I thank them all for their friendliness and good spirit. Nice location in the heart of Abu Dhabi city with close proximity to all the necessary shops and city necessities. I would also like to extend my greetings to the roof pool staff for their friendliness and welcome. Last but not least, all the beautiful staff of Cafe 306 for their heartwarming welcome and love.

Flagging down a taxi was sometimes challenging but eventually manageable.

I’ve been a guest in the hotel for 4 times and it definitely will not be the last. Thank you all for your kindness and help to make my stay comfortable and trouble free.

To some extent was a bit challenging to get a taxi ride. I would prefer to have a smart TV instead of a normal one. The hotel card keys required continuous validation.

I visited Arjaan Rotana hotel with my spouse on the occasion of Public Art Abu-Dhabi Biennale. The staff of this hotel is very professional, friendly and attentive to details. Our interaction with hotel staff started even before arrival when I called them by phone to clarify some details about documents needed, payment methods and so on. The operator lady was calm and polite, she helped me to prepare all needed documents and consulted me about difference in price in rooms options. We arrived late as were coming from our work so were tired. The receptionist Mina made the procedure of check-in fast and smooth, consulted us about hotel amenities and additional services. The room was of optimal size for couple, has all necessary furniture and neat and clean bathroom. I was very happy to find that shower has a compressor, so it make you feel more refreshed after it. Also I was happy to find all things to keep clothes accurate: hangers with soft part, iron and board for ironing, seat for wearing shoes. Maybe it seems as something that doesn't deserve attention, but for me personally it is important. Staff of hotel restaurant "Cafe 302" was always welcoming and friendly. It was always a pleasure to spend dinner at this restaurant as all it's workers can create warm welcoming atmosphere there! Especially we liked to chat with Arjaan as he could consult about any dish in the menu and smiled to our jokes. Also I'd like to mention excellent job of laundry service at the hotel. One day it was warm weather and my husband was wearing long sleave white sweater. He get used to wear copper bracelet all the time and those day as well. Heat caused that copper made dark stains on one sleave. Another day we were at shopping and found there camicie of cool design. However it had small stain. We decided to use hotel laundry to clean those two things. In both cases they brought us absolutely clean, dry and ironed items back!

We chose non-smoking room, as the hotel has rooms for smokers and non-smokers. However one night I felt strong sigarette smell (maybe coming through ventilation system). I'm personally very sensitive to sigarette smell and maybe other guests even will not notice it. But sensitive people and people with astma should take this into consideration.

This is an exceptional hotel with excellent facilities and noteworthy is the wonderful attitude of all the staffs. Just to name a few - Mr Arlen at the reception is a remarkable person. He gave a free extra bed for our daughter. Really appreciated. Mr Arjun from house keeping was helpful. It is credit to the management of this hotel. It appears to me that the management’s main vision is to provide excellent hospitality For the nominal price the breakfast was also fabulous. Everything amenities provided in the room were of very high standards.

We were disappointed that we booked ONLY for 1 night. We should have stayed longer. We always see this hotel whenever we passed by along hamdam, not knowing what's inside it. To start with, the staff from the fromt desk is really professional. Her name is Ms. Joana. She knows how to treat the guests very well. She show us what an actual options we could have during our stay and how she deliver her profession is really exceptional. We have been in different Rotana hotels but we never encounter staffs like them. They are really accommodating. Its just so bad thay I dis not get the name of the room service stafff who arranged an extra bed for us. Eventhough he is very busy, he still managed to accommodate our needs with a very kind heart. What made our stay really wonderful, they send us a surprise anniversary cake which made us feel really especial. We also booked a massage at the Soul spa, which we are also planning to book again. A very wonderful relaxing massage from Vinda is really recommended. We avail the one bed room apartment and everybody loved it. We feel so relaxed and comfortable. I wish that these hotelier staffs will serve as a good example for most of the hotels here and outside UAE. And they deserve to be paid more because they serve with a quality service for the guests Eventhough alot of workload during the day. May you keep up the good work and more power to you.

We didn't had enough time

The food was tasty, the staffs they improved our needs, and the stores near the Maha arjaan hotel was super needed, they decorated the hotel peacefully, and how the area has space for us to relax, the staff never takes that long, as soon as you order something like coffee supplies they bring it as soon as possible to keep you happy at all cost, they ask if you need something else, and they are very patient, they knock the door gently about 3-4-5 times somehow, this hotel is very cheap if you think, and it's nice and worth it, I'm sure you will like it, I think you should accept this and try this hotel out.

No, I don't hate this hotel or the others it's nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arjaan Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and I loved the well-equipped fitness center poolside staff Tanveer and Mahesh went out of way to help and please the Guests. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. Specially Sangeeta the senior hotel manager was absolutely brilliant. What we noticed about her was that she helped the staff working alongside them and her customer services were unbelievable. The other young lady staff her name was Doda again she simply brilliant she knew each morning and remember what the guest next day and their requirements. In my opinion these two individuals deserve the best Promotion available in the hotel. What truly stood out to me was the staff's dedication to providing excellent service. They were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location of Arjaan Hotel is also a major plus, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. It made exploring the area a breeze! Overall, my experience at Arjaan Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return

Can’t fault them at all.

Everything. Having booked online we arrived late in the night and the staff were very attentive and professional. We decided to upgrade our room to a suite for a nominal amount and were very happy with the accommodation especially the 9 English speaking movie channels some showing latest releases. The small kitchenette was useful for making snacks as well as the washing machine provided. The room itself was quite large around 60m2 and had a formal lounge, lazy boy type chair and a dining setting. The roof top pool was sitting at around 30 degrees so very easy to get in and enjoy. Above all was the very responsive attitude of the staff from front desk to housekeeping. We never waited more than a few minutes for anything.

Nothing. The only thing is that as Abu Dhabi allows smoking in the rooms you need to check with them for a non-smoking floor before booking. Otherwise one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Breakfast at Cafe 302 is fantastic. fruit plater, Croissant with scrambled egg is so tasty. Smottie drinks are very good.
