Nice building. Location is good. Bus station very close and famous Cornish Beach not so far. Room quite spacious. equipped with teapot and cups. Room made up every day. There was a buffet breakfast, not expensive, with a lot of choices, but we didn't try it. Very clean, comfortable and big king-size bed.

100 dirham were taken on check-in as ROOM DEPOSIT and never returned. Very strange and very bad experience. Seems they never forget to take this extra charge on your check-in, but have a habit not to return it. To make sure that it wasn't done intentionally I sent a letter to the Nehal Hotel management, but never received the answer. The money are not so big around 25 EUR, but it looks like kind of cheating. Some small problems followed us during our stay. We had to change smoking room for non-smoking because of the strong smell. TV remote didn't work. Internet connection was weak and disappeared from time to time.

The hotel is very central and serviced with the bussess to the main attractions. The beach was within 30 min walk from the hotel. The room was quiet and the staff very kind and helpful. They very cared for our stay to be a pleasant one.

The room was a bit oldish and needs a bit of a revamp to give it a nicer look. The window was sealed and could not be opened even slightly ajar for some fresh air. The carpet needs some soap cleaning more often to refresh the colour and remove the stains.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in city center, very clean and quiet, the staff are very professional and friendly, Ann from front desk was very helpful and professional, highly recommended.

I love the room they gave me. It is big and clean. The bed is comfy. I have this little veranda window that overlooks the city. Location is near to almost everything. Staffs are friendly and nice. Valet is good and polite. Receptionist were helpful also. The hotel is quite and I love it. I was able to rest after a long drive. I ordered food from their All day restaurant. Food is good also even if the lamb chops has after taste and overcooked.

Nothing much I can say only the double lock chain is not working in my room.

I stayed at the hotel for a month, everything was fine, with some exceptions as always, they changed my room without saying why, the cleaning service, just mentioning the worker SAJJAD ALI, who did an excellent job cleaning the room, since the others did not replenish the coffee, sugar, teas, shampoo, etc. Otherwise, nothing was fine, I would stay at the hotel again, plus everything is close within the city center.

Our stay was truly exceptional. the room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Before even our arrival we were welcomed by Mr. Chan (Receptionist) He was very professional and friendly. He made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I look forward to my next visit!
