Supposedly a 1* Hotel, but I never figured out what makes the rating of the place so low. Generally it is on a level that I would call 3* on the base of average European ratings. It's a bit worn, that's the worst that can be said about the place. It makes the impression that it was built in the 90ies and reasonably maintained ever since, but never thoroughly overdone. As a very nice gesture I got a suite, that made my stay truly very good value, but even with a standard room I would have been happy. There are some night clubs on the lower floors (actually a whole array of them) but not the slightest sound reached my floor. All in all it was a very positive experience.

There is a lot of humidity and it feels a lot, we need to change the floors that are carpeted and need cleaning, or replacing, they are already very old

The room was good, the bed was very comfortable, the a/c was good, the fridge was working well and a shower had warm water👍🏽 Breakfast was ok for me. The view from my window was great No beddings change for the whole 9days i was there... Check on this and it will be better.

POINT OF INTEREST FOR BETTER BUSINESS The carpet was very dirty with peoples hair on the floor.. 🤨😳😩Needs to be cleaned thoroughly. And when SOMEONE uses their rooms after checking out, They should thoroughly vacuum and clean it well. I MEAN IT. "They should focus on this Cleanliness" The toilet was clean WATER WAS RUNNING THROUGHOUT after flushing. Some BIG AND SMALL crockroaches where freely running around and crawling all over 😳🙃😏🤦🤦🙍. The door key was the biggest nuisance. When i go out to even taking my breakfast then coming back. The doorkey will not open.. I call either security or housekeeping guys on site to open. EVERY TIME I NEEDED someone to open my room door with their Master Key. Check on this.

This is a little hotel compared to those nearby and it is keeping up with them and better than its one star! The staff were accommodating and hospitable, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is near the regular bus service to the attractions and airport and there are restaurants all around with local cuisine.

Actually the room was full of insects I was staying at the fourth floor and the discos were at the second floor it seems that the insulation wasn’t good or sorry to say bad the sounds were all in the room

It was awesome and the property is well-maintained. You don't need to worry about anything, everything is ready for you. The location is pretty close to everything you need. You can comfortably use the local public buses around the city with a prepaid week card. Also, the bus stop to/from the airport is very close within a walking distance. I like the bed, the mattress is of great quality. The internet quality was pretty awesome.

Nothing at all. If you prefer a quiet stay, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor so you won't be disturbed by loud music from the bar/disco on the 2nd/3rd floor. The higher floor, the better. I worked online remotely, mostly during the night, so it was quiet on the 10th floor.

Price-quality ratio is very decent. All the amenities are available, the refrigerator turned out spacious enough to fit all the drinks. The location is quite convenient, as Qasr Al Hosn is within a walking distance (even if we took a taxi). The staff are friendly and helpful, they kindly assisted us in printing our boarding passes. All in all, highly recommended.

The hair dryer was out of order.

I was upgraded at check-in to a suit that was spacious, and clean. The location is prime and accessible. There are parking spaces next to the hotel, but usually are not empty. A spacious car park nearby is available (6 minutes walk).

Overall it was a good experience specially staff respond time, cleanliness & internet etc, they also allowed us early check in. It was very comfortable stay.

No microwave oven & no plastic plates + cutlery, these are basic necessaties and should be added in room for 10/10 rating.
