My room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The location is great nearby many malls and the museum. staff are nice and respectful.

The breakfast was below average. The scrambled egg in the buffet has no taste. When I ordered Omlete it was not impressive. I saw the Omlete chef handling and cutting vegetables with his bare hands pressing extra water from whatever with no gloves. touching everything else including his nose. It was disgusting! so after COVID-19, we learned nothing about hygiene.

While always driving safely & slowly in my very regular car, each time we crossed the ramps on level B2, it physically hit in between the front & rear wheels. I am not sure if it caused damage to the hired car as a result. I highlighted to the staff at reception that this incident happened and I noticed several other cars hitting hard similarly. The ramps are significantly too high for regular non-lowered cars. It was also very noticeable on the ramps themselves that they are scored & gouged as a result of numerous damage to other cars. If the hire car do spot a damage to the lower cars, I will be forwarding the details to you. Otherwise a very pleasant experience in your hotel.

I recently stayed at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi and had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. As I was checking in, I was warmly greeted by Jessica Z., and that’s when the wonderful stay truly began! Jessica is an absolute star – her welcoming attitude and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. She, along with the whole team, made me feel incredibly valued and cared for. They are truly a major asset to the hotel! The stay itself was fantastic – money spent was absolutely worth it. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, the service was great, the amenities were excellent, and the pool and food were also good. It was an all-around perfect experience. A super huge thank you to Jessica Z. and the entire team at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi – I can’t wait to return!

The hotel staff was a highlight. Polite, helpful, warm and kind. I was traveling for work and had to spend time prepping in the hotel, I enjoyed the food. The café was my working station for three days, food was fresh and tasty. The lady preparing and serving the food was the sweetest and made me smile every day. Thank you all!

I booked a non-smoking room but on arrival all the hotel had was a smoking room. The receptionist was very nice about it and said I could change rooms the next day. However, it was three days and I did not want to re-pack to move. Please feed the cats on the property. With a group of other hotel guests, we brought some wet food, but honestly, in a 5-star hotel in a wealthy country, I do not wish to have my heart broken. It would be really nice to take care of them. It's off-putting to see the contrast between a somewhat fancy space and that.

Great staff. Especially front desk and breakfast. Gave us an upgrade then a late check out at 3pm. Spacious rooms with all amenities provided. Lots of restaurants in the hotel and a good Irish Bar. Very nice hotel.

The breakfast has virtually no non veg options- just turkey ham and chicken sausage. Everything else is vegetarian. No smart TV in room so limited TV choice. The pool temperature was like a warm bath. Not refreshing at all in these temps. But all else was fine and thank you for the late check out.

As it's my 6 years, I have been using to stay in the great hotel 🏨 le royal meridian.. from the main entrance to the reception ..Nice welcoming Staff..MINA, the one who gave ,,excellent services and assistance 😀 suggested us to have the DINNER at Italian restaurant 😋 delicious food and drink. We all enjoyed the evening 😀 Good luck ,thanks for all the management and staff also the team. ,,,

The location of the hotel is very convenient for access to all of downtown Abu Dhabi and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very quick to assist for any request. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well supplied. The water pressure and amount of hot water was excellent. I would recommend the hotel room again. The food quality at Market Kitchen was excellent and the wait staff and chef did an excellent job.

We paid for the "full board" and while lunch at Market Kitchen was excellent, the buffet restaurant could have been much better. The first dinner was the last night of Ramadan and therefore Iftar. The food selection was very poor. The following days for breakfast were very crowded and chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times and requests for condiments went unfulfilled. This was unfortunate and led us to pay for dinner at other establishments.

Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful specially to Ma’am Hannagil who accomadated us and gave us a surprised for our WeDding Anniversary. I Was not expecting all the services that they provided for us. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again. Hidden gem for breakfast. Excellent food, abundant salad buffet, a lot of food you can choose. Great staff Cosy restaurant facilities. Kudos to all ♥️
