The location was exceptional, with a huge mall nearby, the LuLu hypermarket, many restaurants, a park, and an old castle within walking distance. There are also many bus stops. It's great to live there without a car, but I know that with a car, it's challenging due to the lack of free parking. We walked and ordered a taxi. Additionally, there is a beach about a 20-minute walk away, which is fantastic. The room was really spacious and clean. The kitchen was good. I chose this hotel because of its great location and large rooms. The staff was very responsive.

Sometimes, after cleaning, there was only one towel left or no cover for the blanket. But when we asked for something, it was brought very quickly. We used the washing machine, although it wasn’t new, and I noticed mold on the mounting. However, I had read the reviews and knew that the furniture and appliances weren’t new.

The studio was big enough and had a washing machine which is a nice touch in case you need to do some laundry. It does have a microwave oven which comes in handy. There is cutlery and some pans and pots if cooking is needed. They are cleaning the room every day which was a very nice surprise because I was not expecting that from an apartment hotel. The location is very good, near WTC Mall and Corniche.

The overall style of the room is a bit old fashioned, the building looks a lot better on the outside than on the inside. Rooms could use some renovations, especially in the bathroom. The small window in the bathroom was very dirty and had a lot of dust on the net. Could use a bit of cleaning from time to time but overall it was a good experience considering the price.

Easy and straightforward access to the hotel from the airport. It takes about 30 - 40 minutes in general traffic and little as 20-25 minutes in the early morning. The reception staff was very welcoming and the rooms was ready. Mr Asaad at the reception with whom we interacted daily was very helpful as were other reception, concierge and housekeeping staff. It came across as an efficiently run establishment that was considerate about customer care. Unfortunately, there was some construction going on in the adjacent building with a lot of noise. When I informed the reception, they immediately changed my room. The room has all the basic amenities along with a cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and kettle. The wifi is excellent and the room is cleaned almost daily. There is a bus stand and access to taxis barely 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There are nearby cafes and restaurants and the World Trade Centre Mall is just about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. One can go to the Marina mall or the Al Wahdah mall by taxi which takes about 10 - 15 minutes depending on the traffic. The hotel has a small coffee cafe downstairs near the reception which serves decent options of coffee and croissant.

The price per night seemed quite excessive - but this was probably due to some events taking place in Abu Dhabi when all hotels hike up their prices. I understand that it is more affordable during the off-season or when there is no event.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly received and treated with the utmost care by Mr. Ghisline. Understanding our situation, Miss. Misheryl thoughtfully arranged for us to stay on the first floor, making it easier for my wife to access the room. They also provided a wheelchair and assisted us with transportation, handling everything with great care and compassion. The staff's kindness and professionalism made a challenging time much more manageable. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend uptown hotel apartments to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests' well-being.

The room was clean with a big comfy bed and a soft chair near the dining table. The window looking at other tall buildings but no noise at all; all quiet at night. The staff is always there at the front desk. The lobby is equipped with lots of soft furniture where you can wait for your taxi. Lots of local fast food joints and a supermarket just down the street. Nearest bus stop is 3 mins walk.

Room furniture is kinda old and somewhat worn out. Bathroom door definitely needs replacement - it clearly already has been repaired before and now just needs to go. I was given wifi details but the password didn't work. When I complained they asked me to use an unprotected wifi network - no, thanks, I'd rather spend some $ on mobile data.

It was for our short vacation (from Western Region) and we loved everything about our stay in Uptown Hotel Apartments. Facilities, location, value for money were all great. Ms. Sheryl of reception was very accommodating and responsive to our queries and requests. All of their staff (security, room cleaners, bell boys) have been polite and courteous to their guests. We will be back if there is a need again in the future. This hotel apartment is highly recommend.

Lovely big room! It was spacious air conditioned and had all the essentials to make it feel like home for the week. The hotel staff where polite and professional so I've really got no complaints.

Slightly delapatated room. Could use a little TLC. ALSO had a couple bugs in the kitchen area 👀 I'm a younger solo traveller so really didn't care much but I know would put some people off!

Outstanding staff...they are passionate of their roles and exude warmth in their dealing with customers. Two indivduals stood out. Asaad and Misheryl. I reached the hotel at 11 pm in the night and my debit card had a problem. I was comforted by the concerned staff not to fret about it. They accepted partial payment with cash and the balance on the next day after my bank corrected it's glitches on my debit card

The layout of the toilet...The Health faucet was located at a point that made it uncomfortable for use. The soap at the sink area was too close to the hand towel area.

Everything was pretty good. No complaint. Big room with good view to city. Good location. Not far from grocery. Very clean. Lovelly lady was cleaning our room was so nice. Was surprised for a good breakfast delievered every morning to the room. We booked 3 more nights in this hotel from other place, because it was sold out in booking.com Luggage storage after check out really helped. For sure gonna stay next time here.

All was good. Little bit cold because of strong aircon. Was trying to make it warmer, but still was not working the way I wanted even with help of engineer. The only problem was I was trying to contact hotel before arrival in booking app and haven't got any answer after 4 emails. When I checked with yhem in yhe hoyel, they said I have to do this via their email, not in booking app,as they can not see it. Quite strange, because normally all hotels replied to me.
