Hotel is at a great location with very nice and spacious rooms. We were staying for only one night so it totally suited the purpose. We had breakfast in the morning which was quite good with a lots of options for you to choose from. Staff was very nice during our check in and check out.

The bedsheets were not clean. At first glance it looked clean but the bed sheets as well as the cover had a huge tomato stain on it as uf it was not changed at all. There was only one towell even though there were two of us in tje room. We called the reception to get more as instructed but after numerous attempts no one picked up. Wi-fi in the room was also very unstable losing connection very frequently. For a 5star hotell all this should never ever pose an issue.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are plenty of supermarkets and cafes nearby.Corniche is magnificent,but you need a bus or a taxi to go to the beach..,The only problem was early check-in.We informed in advance that we will arrive late at night and we need an early check in. They told us it costs 150 dirhams and promised the room would be ready as well when we arrived. However, the room was not ready, so we slept on the sofa of waiting-room until 7 am. We were checked at 7.30 am and paid additional 100 dirhams. As a result, they didn't even give us the room with two separate beds and with sea view that we booked.

The rest was simply wonderful. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The swimming pool was clean

Staff professional & helpful, especially 2 staff at the entrance who helped us with tours, places to eat, taxis, etc. These 2 (men) should be valued as they provided an excellent service! Location & food was good. Room(s) excellent size (was upgraded) with lovely seaviews, comfortable bed/pillows.

Pool should be open earlier & closed later. Room a little dated (but v good size). Toilet seat needed replacing. Would add value to have a 24 hour coffee facility.

Very spacious room and liked the interlinked rooms for a family. Good location although close to a mosque which was a little disruptive some mornings. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are a little dated and old fashioned and may need some upgrades. Breakfast was average, and the ques some mornings were very long, we actually left the line. We often had to ask for towels which was a little inconvenient. We were 4 but only got 2 towels. The swimming pool temperature was at 30'C which was quite unpleasant if wanted to cool off.

Location is amazing. Bus to and from airport stop there. Its near beach and other attraction if you want to go by taxi or by foot. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We forgot in bus one bag and they contact bus station and found it. Swimming pool is great. Room were comfortable and big, clean, also bathroom. They change towels every day. Internet working very well. Great value for money. Deffinitely we will stay again next time.

Room was on 7th floor. It was good and quite spacious. The breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Plus taxi rank outside is very helpful. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Some breakfast items were not fresh and not edible e.g parathas. Hard as rock those were.

I very much like the hotel. We got room with nice view and it smell nice, refreshing. The bed was very comfortable, internet was working well. The staff was very nice. Smooth check in/out process. Very close to the beach, just walking distance.

The climatization was working slowly.

Writing is continuous. Early morning 2 December my wife was admitted to hospital. The hotel security staff were extremely helpful arranging for the ambulance to arrive quickly. From that point onward I stayed with my wife in the clinic but kept my room 1402 on, initially to 11 December, paying in advance. I checked out 6 December. Reception have been very amenable in letting me have 1402 back when my wife is discharged, hopefully by 11 December, maybe sooner when I will check in again for a few days. Reception team's kindness and understanding in the stressful time has been greatly appreciated, knowing when she is discharged we have a temporary 'home' to go to nearby before returning to the UK, latest 17 December
