Spacious serviced apartment for a family with kids. Daily cleaning is easy to request and easily done. Sauna was a good bonus for our stay. Washing machine was very useful when traveling with kids. The beach is relatively nearby, but it still takes around 20 mins of walk to get there, or 3mins by taxi very easy and cheap. WTC mall with LuLu Hypermarket, other street supermarket shops are nearby. We also tried the food from the Palestinian restaurant inside the hotel and it was delicious.

The kitchen utensils were very dated, the pan was burning the eggs, so it was not easy to prepare a breakfast.

Location, air conditioning, spacious 2 bedrooms unit, clean, closeness to a supermarket Lulu where you can buy ready prepared meals. The reception staff was very courteous and welcoming. Easy walk to Corniche (beach), short drive to the Louvre, Emirates Palace and Marina Mall.

Noisy fridge, noise from water pipes when filling the WC tank after flushing. Kitchen does not look to be very functional, but we did not need to cook. The place is wearing, not a brand new.

Overall was okay I just had an issue with the room I could not well sleep in the night due to bedbugs I had it all over the bed and I even requested the cleaning to double check the room

I was really impressed with how spacious the room was, especially considering the price—it was honestly amazing. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly. If you leave your car with the valet, they’re quick to bring it to you. They’re also fast and efficient when you make any requests. Overall, it’s a very welcoming and friendly environment.

At first, I was frustrated by the lack of attention to changing towels and bed sheets. However, whenever I called to request towels or anything else, the staff responded quickly. When my frustration grew over the cleanliness, I raised the issue with both the receptionist and the general manager. They took immediate action and ensured that the rest of my stay was much more comfortable. They went above and beyond, cleaning more than I had asked, to make sure I didn’t leave feeling dissatisfied.

very spacious and well-kept two-bedroom apartment, cleaning every two days, bottled water is provided. I asked for an apartment on a higher level for the view and I got it, thanks to the lady at the reception. 15 minutes on foot from the public beach, a few minutes from Lulu Mall and other restaurants. I strongly recommend this hotel

My brother and I enjoyed our stay. We got upgraded because there were no non-smoking rooms available at the moment and we were treated to a large suite. Communication with the personnel was superb: they know where one can eat, find groceries, find the nearest pharmacy, and other amenities; they've also helped us get a taxi to the airport upon departure. The location of the hotel is great: there is a Lulu hypermarket close by, the Corniche area, and the entire district felt clean and peaceful overall. Though the hotel itself is slightly dated, everything is up-kept very well. There is a daily cleaning (which we didn't have to remind about). And there is a delivery of food from cafes downstairs, if needed. Overall, great job!

Cannot comment on the suite that we were supposed to move into (cleanliness, up-keep).

Only asking for 2 toilets but they always gave us thank you for always giving us and free parking needed may be a small pool on the roof top would be a greater experience

-Front desk staffs are very nice, and house keeping staffs are very gentile and helpful! -One-bedroom apartment is very comfortable with a lot of space. Big flat screen TV with few international channels. -Kitchen has the minimum to cook but facilities are very old. -Good location with walking distance to Lulu Hypermarker in WTC building, 10mins walk to the sea front promenade, a lot of restaurants & stores around, Gold Souk nearby with very busy streets in the area.

-Can not open the window, and window counter could be cleaner since it's full of bird drops -Kitchen is old and some cabinets are very wear down that need some upgrades! -Unpleasant smell in the corridor!

The rooms were clean and tidy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff were helpful especially Mr.Arjun from Nepal. Hotel location is great being near the WTC and shopping malls abd and Corniche .
