I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are nice, very clean, and well-equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, especially Ms. Sujata at the reception. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for solo female travelers like myself – I felt very safe and well taken care of.

The first hotel in Abu Dhabi, in the early or mid-1970s oil executives from the USA’s biggest 100 companies who came to UAE to negotiate with the government would stay here. When the rooms were full, they would pay to sleep on benches in the lobby; even corporate vice-presidents of the huge American oil companies. Very comfortable Excellent location; right on the corniche. Good value

There was nothing at all that I disliked about the property. The only thing I could possibly say is that if you really must stay in a recently built building, there are other hotels for you.

Me and my cousin stayed for five nights. From the beginning to the end all services were perfect. The staff is excellent too. There are no words to describe how polite and helpful were 24h a day. Breakfast about 12 euros with many options to fill your stomach. Room service 24/7. Swimming pool with cold water getting inside all the time, superb. Smoking room for us was tremendous good. Bus stop for wherever you go to Abu Dhabi is only one or two blocks maximum away from the hotel. Very active area with many shops 24/7. Airport to the hotel with bus is 1 hour away and it costs only about one euro!

Although the overall experience was great: 1) One staff was rude in his answers at the swimming pool. 2) Noises at night (mostly Saturdays) due to night clubs 3) The TV sound cannot be increased and you can barely hear the sound, so we could not really use the TV. 4) No Parking for the hotel, but the paid parking is available and for me it was no hassle at all as you can pay using the applications.

The pool shared with Le Meridian was excellent and well-maintained and the pool restaurant staffs were great as well. The spa offered a wide range of amenities, especially considering its size. The room was clean and comfortable. The price for two nights, particularly during the holidays, was very reasonable. Plenty of restaurants within the building compound.

Quite a few. 1. There was a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, which resulted in housekeeping opening the door while I was already inside settling in. 2. There is no view from the room as the window glass is frosted and permanently locked. 3. The front desk informed me that I can no longer use the pool after checking out at 1pm. Many hotels allow guests to use the swimming pool few hours after checking out. 4. Finding parking near the entrance can be challenging.

Clean and spacious room with quality double bed (mattress and pillows). Full amenities (towels, linen, sewing kit, etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Within the room there are small fridge and safe storage. Within easy walking distance for central market roads and famous sights of the city (5mins walking to seaside Corniche pedestrian way). For other locations such as the Emirates Palace is 6km walking distance through the seaside but do take into consideration the humidity levels. Close to bus stops connecting to the airport (A2 bus either ways) as well as sites like Al Watan Palace (buses 5,7 and 9) or the Louvre (bus 94), if bus is the main means of transport (get a hafilat card from the airport) and in a quite area of the city (the financial district is nearby). Variety of cafes, bars, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants within and around the premises or within 5-7 mins walking in general. Do give a try to the hotel pool, it is a must! Green policy applied on linen use and collection as well as electric saving timers. Daily cleaning service operates as well as laundry bag collection after notifying the hotel. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although near the central area of the city! The management team is kind and prompt to reply, so feel free to ask anything (24 hour reception). Trips to Yas Island or any other day trips are offered or may be requested at the reception as well as booking for a taxi or generally transport.

We had a wonderful experience at the Al Ain Palace Hotel .The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I would like to thank all the team! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is amazing, as well as the sauna, steam and jacuzzi. They had arranged cake for my husband for his Bday and upgraded our room to sweet one. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.
