Two balconies with nice views; - Room was spotless. Daily cleaning available when necessary, with complimentary beverages also being restocked. Special mention must be made to David; - Complimentary hot and cold beverages; - High quality complimentary cosmetics including hair conditioner and body lotion; - Fast, free Wi-Fi; and - Very good breakfast buffet, with Italian coffees and omelettes offered a la carte. Special mention must be made to Arbab, he always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of.

We had a mini suite with Sitting room and bedroom, both were, large clean and comfortable. ALL of the staff were polite, friendly, curteous and helpful, especially Eesi who delivered my wifes breakfast to her every day, as my wife has issues with using lifts and the breakfast restaurant was on the 15th floor. Breakfast was more suited to regional guests rather than westerners, but I always like poached eggs and toast anyway and this was cooked to order. Still there was a good variety and plenty of food available. Reception was great on arrival even showing us two rooms to ensure that we were happy with the location and considering the noise we may have encountered from the 3rd floor bar. Valet parking is available you just have to ask for it, pay for it and the guys do the rest, you can park yourself as long as you make sure it is public parking and not residents parking, can be a bit hit and miss if trying to park after 1900 hrs. There is a large public car park 5-10 minutes walk away the other side of the Sheraton hotel, parking is cheap at 15 dirhams for 24 hrs. Ideally located for all main routes and all malls were a short drive away. Considering how cheap and available taxis are in Abu Dhabi, you are probably better off leaving the car parked and taking one. The hotel does not have a pool, but you can buy access to the Sheraton pool and beach, which is just across the road, for 40 dirhams. They also can you give you access to the Soffitel which is also just across the road. You just need to ask and pay ar reception and they give you an access card. There are launderies close by, if you don't mind taking and picking up your washing yourself, you can save between a third and half the price of what the hotel charges

I didn’t like that I booked a room with a balcony and couldn’t access it, the reason hotel staff gave was if I use it the A/C in room wouldn’t work as it should, also the fact that having a kitchen are nothing was supplied in the room it had to be requested, there was limited bar areas and other bars were used mainly by public, no outside smoking area or sitting area which was disappointing when I could t use the balcony 😳

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel that we ended up extending our trip! While our room was quite small, the cleanliness and charm of the place completely made up for it. The entire hotel was very well maintained and felt cozy and welcoming. One of the highlights was the room service – honestly, from all the 6 months we’ve been traveling, this hotel had the best room service by far. Whoever is in charge of it is doing an amazing job. Every day we came back to a room that was super clean, thoughtfully arranged, and just cutely done – it really made our stay extra special. We also appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee being restocked daily. They sell tickets to the theme parks directly at the hotel, and there’s a free shuttle service that leaves at 12:00 PM and picks you up at 6:30 PM – super convenient for visiting the amusement parks without any stress. Breakfast was very affordable with lots of options – we really recommend including it in your stay.

I had a very pleasant stay here! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable – I was especially impressed with the lobby and how well-kept the room was. One of the best features is that they sell tickets to the theme parks right at the hotel, which made planning super easy. They also offer a free shuttle service to the amusement parks – it leaves at 12:00 PM and picks you up at 6:30 PM. The timing worked perfectly for us and saved us a lot on transportation. The breakfast was another highlight. It’s very affordable and had a lot of options to choose from. I highly recommend adding it to your stay – it really sets you up for the day. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, a great hotel. Good location. Near the embankment and the park. Very polite and friendly staff. They even called to find out when I checked in and if everything was okay. There is everything you need in the room. The room is large. Everything is clean. The bathroom is very bright and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. Lots of space for things. There is a table for work and for drinking tea. They give a lot of water and tea accessories. A working, clear safe. I am happy with the hotel

It was a bit noisy in the evening because there are bars and restaurants downstairs. Plus, my room had a door to the neighbors, so I could hear everything they were doing in the room. There was a special scent in the hallway and the room smelled a little like smoke.

There was a bit of a hassle at the check in, for some reason the hotel cancelled my reservation just prior to check in due to invalid card details, though the card was valid. And the room was different to the one I booked. However, Ranshini eventually did a great job moving us to the type of the room I booked but a day later (had to stay in a different room the first night)

I stayed at Hawthorn Hotel in Abu Dhabi for 2 days, and the staff made my experience truly memorable. They were extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. They assisted me with taxis, provided me with a charger adapter when I needed one, and even let me check in early, which was a huge help. On top of that, they kindly printed some documents for me without any hassle. The hotel’s central location made it easy to order food and get around the city. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

It was a pleasant stay. The location and sea/city view were good, with decent breakfasts and good service. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a minor problem in my room with the electricity , which was fixed within 15 minutes. I also found the bed very comfortable - it was the first time in weeks that I slept so well. The bathroom was also of good quality. And a big thanks to Mr.Afwan Aziz he was sure to check on my room if it's clean or not. However, the hotel is quite old, as are the rooms, including all the technology, furniture, and bathroom facilities.

During my recent 6-night stay at the Hawthorn Extended Suite Abu Dhabi, I encountered several outstanding staff members who deserve a special mention. Despite the hotel requiring some updates, the service provided by Mr. Sunner at the Front Office, Resham the Valet driver, and Asrif & David from Housekeeping & Maintenance Team( Gentleman from Nepal)truly enhanced my experience. Each was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

While I believe the hotel could benefit from some renovation to match the quality of service, I appreciated the late checkout until 2 PM, although a later time would have been even more beneficial given my schedule. I look forward to seeing the improvements on my next visit. Thank you to the team for their hard work and dedication.
