We found this hotel to be excellent value for money. The location was very convenient, making it easy to pick up taxis and get around without any hassle. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to all our requests, which really made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Overall, the service and convenience stood out as strong points of the hotel.

If I had to point out areas for improvement, I would say the breakfast wasn’t particularly impressive, though it was still acceptable. Another aspect that could be improved is the atmosphere in the lobby. It often felt busy and rushed, more like being inside a shopping mall than a hotel, which took away from the sense of calm and relaxation.

Basically everything we wanted we either already had instantly, or when we asked the staff they immediately delivered stuff to our room, made sure everything was done. We asked them if they could pack breakfast for us because we left early for the airport one day, and they made a fantastic package for us (which saved our lives by the way:D). We also loved the food, breakfast was always really tasty, and if you eat lunch as a hotel guest you also get a big discount, so the value for money was out of this world.

We arrived in hotel 11.50 am our check in was 3.00 pm. We were very after travelling 18 days in Europe. Naden at reception was so nice and caring he let us check in 12.00 noon without our request. Whole staff at reception and door was very helfull and caring. Ali helped us lot. The girl who books the tours in hotel was very nice and caring. Breakfast was really nice. Thanx To All the Staff in hotel. They made our three days stop very comfortable and enjoyable

On Last day smoke alarm kept on activating From 7.50 am till 9.00 am Four or five times. Couldn’t find the reason.

Rooms finishing and Fit out is old and the hotel need full Renovation and refurbishment so many phone calls and knocking doors asking for check out we requested to extend our check out till 1 pm but our request has rejected

The staff here work very hard non stop. They tried their best to check us in when our connecting flights times got changed in istanbul. Nadeem kept trying for us to have a room as we were absolutely tired! We managed to check in by 12pm which was really kind. TUSHAR thank you for contacting me prior and arranging a beautifulsuprise birthdaycake for our daughter who turned 5 during our stay with Ramada. , Mukhtar was amazing always trying to help us and always looking to be helpful. I have to say i wasn't feeling confident as my first time booking here. We loved our room and hotel valet parking was very helpful. Will definitely recommend and book again. Thank you habiba also for your breakfast smiles and letting us know about the in house 50percent dinner offer which we used almost every night. The room was really good with having a fridge freezer and washing machine which helps with kids. Also the desi breakfast area was nice. I loved the Indian breakfast choices.

Tea and coffee during breakfast time was not great. You can't make your own tea or coffee its ready made in a flasked jug the tea was weak and runs out too quickly which then staff is always busy refilling. A coffee machine would be good and self tea making option. The roof top pool was abit cold. Pancakes would be great option too.

Very nice location and amazing staff. The rooms are nice and clean, with a good bed and an amazing bathroom with a nice view. Also the breakfast and lunch/diner was great. We had some special requests regarding some travel icepacks that needed to be kept frozen for our medicine, which was no problem. Very helpful l, friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Mulhbar, who made our check-out process really easy, when it was quite busy at the reception. He asked our roomnumber, told us we could just have a seat while he checked if everything was oké and we didn’t forget anything. In the meantime we had a nice chat and he was very friendly and interested and even provided us with some tips for our upcoming travels. After just five minutes he told us everything was good, all while there where still people in line to check in. Thanks!

The location was ideal and close to everything we needed. Just a short walk to Abu Dhabi Mall and minutes away from Corniche beach. Fatema was incredibly helpful and super friendly!! She made our stay much smoother. We absolutely loved our room with beautiful city and sea views! it added so much to the experience. Plus, the rooftop pool! my favourite part of the hotel! A big shout as well to the lovely lady at Lemon Lounge, so attentive and kind. Overall, a fantastic stay!

There weren’t as many food options available at the buffet.

The hotel staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a better room for my whole stay (5 days) which I really appreciated (Thank you Kareem at reception!). They were also flexible and let me check out a little later to finish a work call in my room. It was perfect for a work trip: great location, professional staff, good room service after a tiring day and good internet to work from the room.

The hotel is located in the Corniche district. It’s about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, and an Uber costs around 120 PLN. The reception staff was friendly, but the breakfast staff not so much. We stayed on the 11th floor, and the room was quite spacious. The bed was large with a comfortable mattress. In the room, there was mineral water and a coffee/tea-making set. We had a view of the city and partially of the bay. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a small pool on the roof, maybe six loungers, but hardly anyone was there, so it’s a nice spot to relax.

Overall, the price matches the quality, but for a Wyndham hotel, you'd expect a bit more. The breakfasts were weak and definitely need improvement. No coffee machine, and the tea was pre-brewed in pots with no option to choose. There was a lot of staff around, but things were often missing. Also, it seemed like they could use more plates and cups. The windows didn’t open and were really dirty on the outside because of that.
