The staff was friendly and very professional. Nice inside clubs and karaoke. Everyone very welcoming and i felt like home. Shops and restaurants are a walking distance.

They need to improve their AC system. It took two hours to get assistance with clothes iron from nightshift team. The shower holder was falling and no one warned about it.

since i was using everytime this EPH, the staff was giving me the best room available. and as one of rhe employee of adnoc i also share this EPH to other to experience on how comportable the place is.

poeple using the room without etiquette. silence must be observe specially during 2am onwards as this is already time to rest or might started to take rest.

Everything is okk about location or clearness,, but there is some staff who even don't really listening your request,,,i was having headache,so i call all the department,front desk,room service,houskipping, no buddy take it seriously 😒 even they don't care,, but few were so friendly,,,

There is no personal records for the lady who come to guest room from bar,, I get roab by one Turkish lady, she came in my room ,and very cleverly she take my money,or even one botel of whisky 🥃 It was so annoying,, but reception they dont have there records to trece her,, Its was my bad experience ,,i lost ,, please update this security issue

Their staff will greet you with a warm and friendly attitude, and they'll do anything you need (within reason) to make sure that you have a fantastic stay. If they notice any problems, they'll work quickly and efficiently to resolve them

– The hotel is situated in a really good area full of shops and restaurants. Very close to the Abu Dhabi Mall. Room was really clean. Reception Staff is really helpful and kind. Thank you Nipun for your kind service . These guys are great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

One major negative is that AC is controlled centrally and it wasn’t possible for me to adjust the temperature in my own room.

Staff are professional and welcoming - efficient check-in procedure. We were upgraded to an apartment which was amazing. Room service menu is very diverse, food is excellent and yet it is inexpensive.
