I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean and fairly cozy. The location was great – close to the city center and bus stops, yet in a quiet area. There were also a couple of shops nearby, which was convenient. The room was large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. It was also nice that toiletries and bottled water were provided. Overall, a very good experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Would like to mention about Mr Ahmed at reception he was very helpful and professional and also the concierge man aroud 11pm night shift they are both great Thank you for your great hospitality

The concierge man aroud 12pm he disturb me and asking me to leave the room now and I told him my checkout timing is 2pm but he keep insisting and arguing with me to leave the room and he is not ready to listen what I’m saying however I have call the receptionist and inform him and he said we don’t now your 2pm checkout but when I check in they already knows and what more disappointment is the concierge guy he came up to my room and started arguments and he don’t know also how to deal with hotel guest

I rarely write feedback, but this time I feel it's important to express appreciation for exceptional service. On Monday, January 13th, I arrived at the Al-Jazeera Royal Hotel, and I must say, it's a lovely place to stay. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, especially two employees named Jalal and Sadiq. I remembered their names because I engaged in conversation with them. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant aroma. In summary, this hotel is definitely worth a visit. You can expect excellent service at an affordable price.

Housekeeping, need more improvement

My experience at Al Jazeera Royal Hotel was excellent, with exceptional service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delightful, and the housekeeping, particularly the bed make-up, was outstanding. I extend my sincere appreciation to Dipendra for providing flawless service and consistently meeting guest expectations. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction at Al Jazeera Royal Hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.

The air conditioning was set too low, making it uncomfortably cold. Additionally, there was a late-night party that was noisy.

It is in a very central location. The hotel has a small front and is indeed compact but the room was exceptionally comfortable. It was very clean and roomy and bathroom was perfect. The bed in particular was exceptionally comfortable. The decor was very stylish. I was really pleasantly surprised when I saw the room. I should also say it was a very quiet location. Parking was available in the nearby Madinat Zayed mall.

Reception employees were very courteous and assisting. Mr. Mhamad Jawad assisted me since my arrival and I felt welcomed all the time.

Actually my 2 night stay were very comfortable. Maybe they should provide an extra towel in the bathroom.

Best option if you are doing a stop-over in Abu Dhabi. This is a family friendly Hotel, very confortable and in premium location. Great value for money. Very clean, strong AC, big room and nice hot shower. The Bus A2 from the Airport runs 24h (1 each hour) and stops very close (look for "Lulu Hypermarket". The Hotel is behind the supermarket. This make it very easy and simple to reach and to avoid airport taxi scams. In the suprrmarket you find everything you may need: food, bank, pharmacy etc.

All ok. Allow plenty of time for traffic if travelling during rush hour.

I like that it's near the shops and roadside where you can easily pick a ride. The front desk agent, Jalal and bellman Haviv also is very welcoming.

The left elevator is weird at some point you tap your card and press your floor. It stops on your floor then goes and opens to a different floor. The lady from the morning shift is quite unwelcoming.

I love how professional and friendly the staff were, especially the Arabic lady at the reception and one Indian guy, if I would come back there, it's because of you both, very cozy space, calm, perfect for work, relaxation and all

Little brown spots on the toilet seat, I didn't like that at all, I hope the house keeping can improve on that, also the fact that I could smell all the cigarettes coming from another guest room in mind, as a non smoker
