The location is excellent in Abu Dhabi, the Rotana Hotel just beside the Residences has direct access to Abu Dhabi Mall which is great. The beach is nice, and the swimming pool is so big, and fun. The staff are professional and friendly. And most importantly, when we realised that the sofa in our studio is not a sofa bed, they provided the additional bed we needed as complimentary, which is very nice of them. The studio size is good even with the additional bed. It is modern, clean, and has everything we needed. It has a shower as well as a bathtub, which is very convenient.

The view of our studio is not exactly sea view as stated on booking.com, you can partially see the sea from the left corner of the balcony but the full view is a building construction which is a bit disappointing. Food is not very tasty. We’ve ordered fish and chips, and chicken biryani. The fish wasn’t flaky, and the chicken was dry.

The chef was the best. Served waffles topped with chocolate and strawberries like we were in the finest hotel in the world. All the options were very tasty with a wide variety of juices with full flavor not watered down like in some hotels.

Courteous staff who did everything to assist us with anything we needed. We had some confusion at the check-in as we reached the hotel reception instead of Apartment’s but Ms Amna assisted us extremely patiently and we got checked-in without hassle. The staff who cared for us at the restaurant and housekeeping were really impressive. We feel that the hotel management is putting a lot towards staff training and development. Overall a wonderful experience and a very good value for money.

Breakfast and location good, but I mainly self catered in my apartment. My apartment was perfect for me, easy to walk to the main hotel or use the buggy service to meet up with my daughter and grandchildren in Rotana Suites. The staff by the pool and beach area were unfailing helpful and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was beautifully clean. Impressed by how much gardening was being done whist I was there. All in all a very happy relaxing stay. I hope to have a return visit next year.

Amazing hospitality! Ameena was such a friendly & warm host and we were immediately drawn in. The room was large and spacious; well set up with small kitchenette, washer, sofa & dining table. The shower & toilet were separate but next to each other; the inclusion of a bath tub sweetened the pamper. Lots of restaurants. Didn’t try to pool/ beach as it was too hot. We must coming back after Summer. Location is ideal, near to mall.

Loved the view from the studio apartment; the hotel's facilities such as the gym and pool. Loved the close proximity to the beach and Abu Dhabi mall. The studio apartment exceeded our expectations with its cute kitchen and useful appliances (washing machine etc). We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.

I have to give a shout out to Charles who was extremely kind and made sure we got a room that was great. The newer rooms are much better than the older rooms and he not only made us smile, he gave us the best life advice!

Nazym was an amazing receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. Everything was close by. The neighborhood was peaceful. There’s a conviene store that is so close and a mall. The pool was lovely. The room was spacious and everything u need they have.
