I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andaaz Hotel, with my team Schultz medical uk and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the value for money was truly impressive. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring our room was spotless, their dedication to hospitality was evident in every interaction. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. I loved the whole "furthest leaning building of the world" idea. The architecture is amazing. The location was perfect for me as I was there to visit the exhibition. The staff was very polite, from the people who checked me in to Mr. Moin the door man who arranged my taxi for going back to the airport. The room was clean, I stayed in 3003, the view was fantastic, the electric curtains were very practical, the TV had many channels to choose from, a complementary mini bar, house keeping showed up in the afternoon to clean my room everyday

The breakfast buffet could use some more variety, the selection was a bit narrow. The same goes for the ala carte dinner menu, it should have a wider selection. The hotel had tiny issues that could have been removed had the maintenance party looked to it in a bit more detail. For example the shower gel dispenser in the shower was not working perfectly, I saw 1 tiny bug in the salad bowl in the breakfast buffet, showed it to the manager and he removed it immediately. Sometimes it takes a while to get a taxi at this location but the people at the exit door can always call one for you in a few mins.

I love this hotel. Receptionists during check-in are so nice and profesional. Perfect room with amazing view. Nice bathroom. Stylish swiming with warm watter. Amazing art style in all the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Andaz Capital Gate by Hyatt. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, offering a great balance of luxury and functionality. The hotel facilities, including the fitness room and steam room, are top-notch and add to the overall relaxing experience. Breakfast was a definite highlight—beautifully presented with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The staff truly elevate the experience. Courteous, warm, and always ready to help, their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for business or leisure.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the reception area, which felt a bit too busy and casual for a 5-star property. That said, the reception staff more than made up for it with their efficiency and warm, courteous service.

This hotel was truly outstanding. The building itself was incredible with amazing views of the city from the bedrooms. We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was the best out of any hotel we've been, with a full buffet and made to order options. The rooms and hotel were spotless with all of the amenities you could need. There was nothing about our stay we didn't like or felt could be improved. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We would 100% recommend this hotel!

The room was exceptionally large and the bathroom was gorgeous. The bathtub had a lovely view and was a great size for one person. The restaurant was french chic, with a nice color palette. The buffet was a nice size with a little bit of everything. Eggs were cooked to your order and brought to your table. The pool lobby was quaint, with fresh lemon water. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The location was a bit far from downtown and Yas Island. A suggestion would be to add bath supplies, such as a loofah/sponge, bubbles and bath salts.

Location was perfect for anyone attending an event in the Convention Center. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious with full wall windows that are bright and cheery with great views. The bathroom was luxurious with a bath overlooking the city.

The gym facilities need to be expanded and upgraded. That includes the pool and spa area that has a potential to be so much better.
