The hotel is nice property well curated, nested between few Abu Dhabi landmarks of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Sheikh Zayed Bridge. We booked a Suite with lounge access. The lounge was nice with all day snacks and beverages. We booked Half board which included breakfast and dinner. The dinner was clubbed with Iftar which was little chaotic and had lesser options. But the breakfast made up and was very good. Overall we enjoyed the stay and good room service provided and would highly recommend this hotel.

- Staff were really accommodating and nice. - Central Location which is close to the airport and close to the city center. - Pool was temperature controlled, which was a pleasant surprise in the winter. - The couch was perfect for our 4yr old to sleep on. - 24hr catering food was really nice and the discount was a great plus.

- Little old and non-interesting interior - Facilities are fine for a 5star hotel but not exceptional - Little more variety in the breakfast would be nice, even though it was good and has all what you'd expect, but again nothing interesting

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location (between airport and city), modern hotel. Club Rotana was excellent - received a room upgrade to a suite (bedroom + liviing room + bathroom - all were excellent). The Lounge was smallish but comfortable, snacks and drinks in evening, very nice sandwich etc for mid-afternoon tea. Club Rotana includes free buffet in Ginger restaurant (but wine is not free)...a good plan is have a drink in the lounge, go to buffet and return to lounge. Price of Club Rotana was really good value albeit off-season. Coopers bar is great - excellent food and good ambience.

Self parking wasn't very clearly signed, not always easy to find a parking spot.

The property exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the hospitality of each and every staff right from the valet personnel, to the front desk staff, the staff at restaurants, housekeeping, everyone was super humble and always eager to help. Thanks a ton to all of you for your lovely smiles. Secondly, a big shout out to every member at the Ginger restaurant for the wonderful hospitality and food. You guys were amazing. Thirdly, the people managing the in-room dining services deserve an applause. You all were super accommodating even at odd hours when my kids wanted to have sushi and dimsums at 11 o' clock at night, it was delivered from their amazing restaurant, Teatro within 15 minutes. This was our third visit to Abu Dhabi but by far the best! Cheers to you all!

There was nothing that one wouldn't like at this hotel.

We stayed here with our 15 month old baby and couldn’t recommend it more. We arrived after a long flight and we had already checked in online before we arrived so the check in process was very smooth. Our room was big and the cot was already set up when we got there which was ideal. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gym is well equipped and 24 hours for guests which is great. When leaving they organised a family taxi for us no hassle whatsoever. All in all a great stay and would 100% stay again.

Excellent service and attention to detail, right from the reception to house keeping. Food was excellent! Staff were polite, kind and helpful! Many amenities are included although I couldn’t use all of them.

I felt that the lights in the bathroom were slightly dim. Pillows were not comfortable at all. Too soft and plushy. When I asked for harder pillows I got so slightly better ones but still would have preferred more harder/ ergonomic pillows.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the service we received. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We would like to give special thanks to Neeshma from the restaurant and Abdul Awal, room attendant, for their excellent service. Neeshma was always smiling and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make sure that we had a pleasant dining experience which was very helpful with our infant. She also made sure that we had everything we needed. Abdul Awal was also very helpful and attentive. He kept our room clean and tidy, and he was always quick to respond to our requests. An excellent worker and very friendly too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Park Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent, food was great and the service is top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Abu Dhabi.

Location was abit further from the city however, it was definitely worth being away from the hustle and bustle to get the relaxed atmosphere. City, mall and other sights are all within 5-15minutes taxi drive away. Local taxis also work out cheaper than Uber and are readily available from the hotel too!

Where to begin. Thank you Mr. Raj for your outstanding hospitality. The room was awesome as was the late lunch at Coopers Pub. This was by far the best choice we could have made for attending the ColdPlay concert at Zayed Sports City Stadium. It was about a 40 minutes walk to the stadium entrance from the hotel. Being able to walk back to the hotel after the show with no parking , taxi, or shuttle bus hassles made our night.

Everything was great.

-That it was a quite place -Variety of food in breakfast time -The reception workers are nice and fast, they let me extend check out for one hour - the overall atmosphere was great - the Elevator fast and you don’t have to wait

- when you spill water on the bathroom floor it stayed there and never dried off and that was very difficult and uncomfortable for me, the water all over place after shower - the price was too high for one night stay
