I recently stayed at Park Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and I must say it completely met my expectations in all the key areas I value during a hotel stay. The breakfast was excellent — a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order eggs. The quality and freshness of the food were impressive, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the layout made it feel more like a luxury suite than a standard hotel room. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet ambiance for a restful stay. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. My room was spotless on arrival and consistently well-kept throughout my stay. Common areas such as the lobby and dining areas were also impeccably clean and inviting. Overall, Park Rotana provided a pleasant and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-standard stay in Abu Dhabi.

Shared swimming pool between 3 hotels

Location. In the middle of main Citi and Yas island. Junior suit was very comfortable with Luxury sheets and pillow. Excellent Breakfast with also access to Rotana launch (only if you select it in your booking). Happy hour from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm with snacks and many others at rotana launch. Outside swimming pool which was used by many people after sunset when heat was less.

The booking was done for 2 adults and 2 kids but when we arrived they told us that the sofa bed was not foldable and nobody could sleep on it. So we had to ask for extra 2 beds which they offer free of charge. It was very professional of them.

My stay at Park Rotana was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with outstanding facilities that cater to every need. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the reception team. A special mention goes to Mr. Amjad, whose cheerful attitude and exceptional hospitality truly stood out. His dedication and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed — it was, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received from a hotel staff member. I would also like to commend Mr. Raj for his professionalism and kindness, which further enhanced my experience. Everything else is great and we thank all the stuff who helped us as person and on phone.

1- The breakfast make the stomach in pain many days we tried we even later eat very less. 2- The room and many areas in the breakfast area are super cold. We tried adjust the temperature but no use. 3- The elevators were very slow in opening and closing. 4- The parking service before were excellent, but now they are not bad as now they are very slow and open the AC to full as it changes the settings of the driver owner and eats gas.

Had a nice stay,Starting from valet parking all staffs were so professional that we met only smiling faces. Valet parking-system runs smoothly,just hand over keys ,receive the coupon,your luggage will reach room . Reception-Alia from reception was so friendly and upgraded our connection room to a bigger room with a nice view.She explained everything patiently and added a late check out till 2 pm at no extra cost. Lifts-multiple lifts which will not make you wait Room -was very nice ,spacious and settings were so user friendly.Only thing which I found which can be improved is updating TV s to smart TV,as kids demanded youtube,I tried to mirror the screen but didnt work.View of Khalifa park from room was awesome. Room dining service -was fast and professional.They accept card or cash.Staffs were friendly .chicken burger is a must try. Swimming pool-Nice ambience ,kids friendly ,life gaurds are vigilant all the time .pool opens at 7 am to 10 pm,kids enjoyed pool side french fries.Pool food counter staffs are friendly .counter closes by 8 :15 pm . Breakfast-More than food attitude of staffs were so nice,naming a few Trase(spelling may be wrong),Julius ,appreciate Check out was so smooth since we paid for the room dining each time and there were no payments to be made and Ibrahim finished it in seconds. Andrew came to collect bags from room, he packed all our bags inside the car and was fast,Appreciate.

The hotel is nice property well curated, nested between few Abu Dhabi landmarks of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Sheikh Zayed Bridge. We booked a Suite with lounge access. The lounge was nice with all day snacks and beverages. We booked Half board which included breakfast and dinner. The dinner was clubbed with Iftar which was little chaotic and had lesser options. But the breakfast made up and was very good. Overall we enjoyed the stay and good room service provided and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very central area of Abudhabi and it is convenient to reach different attractions from it especially Yas Island which is located only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful, check in and check out times were fast, room service was fast. We liked that they have upgraded our room to a suite without asking and that made our short stay more pleasant. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist but thanks alot for that initiative. Pool area was clean and my kids really enjoyed it

- Staff were really accommodating and nice. - Central Location which is close to the airport and close to the city center. - Pool was temperature controlled, which was a pleasant surprise in the winter. - The couch was perfect for our 4yr old to sleep on. - 24hr catering food was really nice and the discount was a great plus.

- Little old and non-interesting interior - Facilities are fine for a 5star hotel but not exceptional - Little more variety in the breakfast would be nice, even though it was good and has all what you'd expect, but again nothing interesting

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location (between airport and city), modern hotel. Club Rotana was excellent - received a room upgrade to a suite (bedroom + liviing room + bathroom - all were excellent). The Lounge was smallish but comfortable, snacks and drinks in evening, very nice sandwich etc for mid-afternoon tea. Club Rotana includes free buffet in Ginger restaurant (but wine is not free)...a good plan is have a drink in the lounge, go to buffet and return to lounge. Price of Club Rotana was really good value albeit off-season. Coopers bar is great - excellent food and good ambience.

Self parking wasn't very clearly signed, not always easy to find a parking spot.
