The location is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions and business areas. It takes around 20–25 minutes by car to reach either Yas Mall or Abu Dhabi City Center, making it a practical choice for both leisure and business travelers. The property provides adequate car parking facilities, with spaces available in Basement P3, which added great convenience during our stay.

There was a noticeable adhesive smell in the room corridors, likely due to recent carpet works or another maintenance works, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the swimming pool is located in an adjacent hotel building and is shared between both properties, which may not meet everyone’s expectations for privacy.

Loved the cleanliness and layout of the room. A well designed room equipped for a comfortable stay.

Little amenities like tooth paste, toothbrushes, etc. could have already been placed in the room. It was missing. Similarly for tea cups; there was only one cup. We had to request for coffee and milk which was missing. We got Americano and a cup of fresh milk! The Zoom store was closed on the days, we stayed; so it was very inconvenient as we had planned on sourcing items from there to prepare some dishes in the room. This could have been conveyed earlier as we were left without options for groceries.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 apartment which exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff made sure everything was exceptionally clean. The restaurants were amazing and the waiters/waitresses were always friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Alesha and Luxman from Mellow Cafe, they were so welcoming and provided us with great service. I loved that everything we needed was included and that we could use the facilities of the other hotels of Novotel.

The location could have been better as it came off of the hotel and you couldn’t walk by foot but it was easier to get taxis.

The check in was so easy and we were directed exactly where we needed to be in the parking directly near to our room. There is ample parking for the customers. The staff was so helpful and friendly especially the porter of our luggage's. I was not able to get his name, but he was on duty when we checked in and when we checked out. The kitchen is amazing. Cutleries, pots, plates, glasses are there. Check out was also as easy as we checked in.

The only thing is that rooms are a bit stinky but clean when we came and most of the cupboard's doors are not working properly. Sink in the maids' room is clogged and there's no way we can unclog it. The kitchen is amazing though there were not enough coffee cups. We only found 0ne not even enough for a couple.

I liked that there was a supermarket nearby, Also, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming

Overall, the stay was fine, but I noticed some issues with the room service. What I know is that every day after cleaning, they usually provide two bottles of water. However, when I asked the staff, she told me, You already have water and tea from yesterday! Also, after cleaning, the floor is often left wet, and the cleaners leave without drying it, which is unsafe

We had to book it for an emergency after we found out that our home has been flooded and out of electricity for 3 weeks in the summer. It was 7 a.m., so we couldn't receive the room before 11.30 am. We couldn't get the 2 single beds and 1 king bed because these appartment weren't ready as we were more than 14 hours travelling and extremely exhausted. The apartment is really good for big families (kids and seniors). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 tv, a dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 big bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen contains a microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, and a lot of cupboards. It's a good place. Mushrif mall is 5 min via car. There are a lot of karak caffes 2 min via karak.

Some of the kitchen stuff was not clean at all from previous tenants. The drawers under the oven had yellow greasy stuff over our stuff from leaking from the oven. The kitchen was not cleaned properly. We didn't know that they did not clean the appartment everyday so they were talking to us with an attitude! Well, no one informed us. Just inform us in a friendly way. Their was a leak in the bathroom at night, they came fixed it, made a mess and no one came to clean it.

The space is very huge and very comfortable.

By default they provided only 2 towels for the 3 rooms apartment and 1 for the others. This makes no sense.... the 3 rooms apt can accommodate 6 people! Although it mentioned we can request for additional (after 3 phone calls), I still didn't get enough for 6 people so we had to share. All the shower screen are strangely installed because each time we shower water leaked out and the whole bathroom floors became wet. It was really uncomfortable.

We are a family of 4 with two little ones (6 and 4 years old) the 1 bed apartment is huge and with a blow up mattress, more than enough space for us. Great little kitchen setup, 2 bathrooms both with showers. Fantastic base for an Eid weekend staycation in the capital. Exceptional value for money and great facilities on site too. Would definitely book again.

1 person on check in meant a long line of people waiting to check in. The room wasn't ready but a short wait. However, there were not enough towels in the room, they had rushed to get it ready and wasn't 100% clean either. Trying to get through to Housekeeping or reception from the room was difficult. Managed once to request additional towels. Waited 30 mins, tried to call again and constantly engaged. In the end had to physically go down to reception to request again the towels - then was only another 15 min wait for them. Parking situation for check in not great. Was no space on the road outside and you can't get into parking without going into reception and checking in to get a key, which meant our car was in the way whilst waiting in the long queue for checkin.

The place is really clean, the staff are nice and approachable, they were so nice to have our room upgrade with balcony, had the place book for our wedding and everyone was there, I love the part that we are all together and see together, the only thing need to improve is to the have the things ready inside before checking us in, like toothbrush slippers and robe, we have to call and request for it to be deliver in our room, some of their appliances are not working like the kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. After calling they provide us a working kettle, over all the place is convenient, specially if you want to cook for yourself. Will recommend to friends
