My stay at Park Arjaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi was truly wonderful. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, spacious rooms, and excellent service. I did face a small issue during my stay, but the administration handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Their prompt response and care made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays

Nothing at all, Had a wonderful time during my stay at Park Arjaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming, and to make the experience even better, they offered tickets to amazing attractions like teamLab, Warner Bros World, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld. I did face a small issue during my stay, but the administration resolved it smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I highly recommend this hotel

Staff was very flexible, ae we were changing dinner to lunch,it's pretty busy both times so I guess it didn't matter to hotel much,also a bit out of place that literally everyone asked to leave them reviews, oh and we got free upgrade so really we felt a bit like pampered to honest,we used all facilities in spa was fantastic, pool and flat and whole stay was fantastic,Khalifa park around corner was brilliant to visit

Location to everything was a bit of a long drive,no malls,the fumes from road,but didn't matter too much because of all amenities were in the premises

Great value for money, location was a bit out of central Abu Dhabi but a quick taxi ride to anywhere so not much of an issue. Breakfast was amazing. I'll say the hotel was probably a bit more than what we expected and the staff were very good and attentive.

We booked a 1-bedroom apartment for 4 but there was only one bed in the room, I would have expected at least a sofa bed in the living room.

The HEART customer service where the team were empowered to solve issues really helped. The staff, particularly, Yevgenny in reception and Sunjith of the porters were a joy to deal with.

The complex blocked out all the warmth. The key cards constantly required updating because the electronic or magnetic signals didn’t work.

Amazing apartment for big families. Great service. Cleanliness of the hotel. Sangita was very helpful and provided great housekeeping services.

A rude staff at the reception who didn't even allow 30 mins of late checkout. We were there for 6 nights and we were total of 6 adults and 2 kids, we were asked to leave at 12 PM and all our cards were deactivated.

The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious with good facilities. The kitchen is well equipped. All rooms have their own bathrooms and good sized wardrobe. The living room is spacious and is split into a sitting area and dinning area with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows.

The breakfast was okay, nothing too special. Could improve the quality of the food and coffee. The breakfast staff are not as friendly nor very family accommodating as we hoped. Room service food quality/taste can improve. The pool is standard nothing special but the kids were happy about it.

Food options were good. Breakfast buffet was quite rich. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good spa, great pool.

Our original reservation via Booking.com was cancelled and no one informed us, so when we arrived we found out that we have no reservation... luckily we were able to make a new one on the spot. The price differential between Booking.com prices and facility prices was huge. The location is not very central and not close to almost anything of importance.

Just that The location does not have many shops or restaurants nearby Because the renovation on the main road in front of the hotel, it has become difficult to get to the hotel The food from room dining is limited

Service was great. From the car valet point to the cleaning of the room, the staff at the reception - everyone was just a great ambassador of Rotana. We had a good time. Good value for money too. Met my request.

More kitchen utensils in the apartments perhaps.

This is my second staying at the hotel and it’s been amazing friendly staff clean rooms and they’ve amazing facilities we enjoyed the delicious food room service and the ginger restaurant Big pool and definitely we’re staying there again next time !
