Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good stay for the price. Long waiting for the buggy for transport. But i mean its okay to walk. We had the rooms on the edge of the resort and we walked many times to the Mall or reception. It's a resort, so either you wait or you walk. It's so beautiful arround the resort and it's definitely worth the sweating. The jawaher restaurant is a must. Very delicious food.

First night was very noisy from the neighbours next door. They slammed the doors and shouted all night. At the reception they told me if I had reported it at ounce they had took action. So if it happened to anyone in the future so contact the reception and they will help. I recommend more staff for quicker service perhaps. I don't have problem to wait a bit longer but some other people doesn't like the waiting. Thanks for having us.

Loved this place. We stayed for a night to watch the Coldplay concert. The staff were very courteous and accommodating and they even gave us an upgrade on the rooms. They helped us with grabbing taxis from the hotel and gave us a full guide through the property. It's nice that it was connected to the mall too so we had dining options even past midnight (we returned to the hotel around 2am). Unfortunately we didn't have the time to fully explore their offerings and dining options inside but I'd love to visit again the next time I'm in Abu Dhabi so I can enjoy the place at my own pace. We were amazed to find out that this property is very well facilitated with malls and restaurant and supermarkets. It is a nice resident estate on its own. Also the staff are very helpful in terms of their assistance on early check-in, as well as the luggage transportation. They even offered to upgrade our booking to a poolside suite so that we could enjoy a better view.

In general we are very satisfied but just a small drama which has nothing to do with the property: one of the palm tree leaves with a nesting bird (and her three little eggs) fell! All little eggs broke. What a tragedy.

Great hospitality. The team led by Mr. Tarik has been amazing. The team was professional, and customer service is not only a service to be delivered but an experience not to be forgotten. I highly recommend this facility for a large family with long stay. I had a 3 bedroom apartments for 12 nights. The adjacent mall has all essential needs (Market, coffee shops, fast food restaurant, and kids playground).

The location is good enough being close enough to the exhibition center. The location offers plenty of options for eating and as well, having a grocery shop - Carrefour right there is super. Pools are large enough to accomodate many families.

Getting a little dated - the 3 room units need some upgrade. The walk in areas - getting into your unit, are grubby and neeeds a good wash. In general, its starting to feel and look worn out.

We stayed at this resort as a group of friends in a 3-bedroom suite, and everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and privacy. We had a pool view that was absolutely stunning. The location was ideal, with Carrefour, a mall, and amazing restaurants and cafes nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Spacious room, kitchen where we could prep a meal and have a supermarket accesible. Special mention to Ms. Aiza from reception for a swift check-in and allowing us to check-in early. Special mention to Mr. Bijay- very professional, even with the summer heat kept that warm smile and eagerness to provide excellent service, and special mention also to Ms. Fatima from the reception for allowing us a late-checkout. special mention as well to Ms. Gail from reservations extremely helpful and will go above and beyond for a great customer experience. Overall I would say the excellent service and hospitality from the hotel staff is the highlight of our stay.

We are lucky that they upgraded our one bed room to One-bedroom PREMIUM which is very spacious room with Free of Charge. our 2nights stayed was so very relaxing and can rest very well.

The rate is expensive now unlike before. Hope you can give some discount for those regular guess. Inshallah :) some reception is not friendly they didnt even smile. Forgot her name btw.. We have requested new coffee mug and towels but i takes time before they brought our request and we have to call to follow up again and again. hope they will improve the service.

This is an amazing accommodation. I'm very very glad that I chose to stay at Andalus Al Seef resort and spa during my 2 and 1/2 week trip to Abu Dhabi. I could not recommend this place any further. The staff are really friendly and the room was amazing. The compound is great with so many food options and it's just so relaxing to walk around. Highly recommend.

Initially, the staff was a bit hesitant to change my reservation when a medical emergency had come up. However, after some talking they understood and they were very nice and did a gesture of Goodwill and changed the reservation. I cannot recommend enough this place. The staff are friendly and the place is great.

This is a very well run hotel and the room was quite big (had a mini kitchen with some standard tea/coffee stuff). Everything was neat and clean. The best part was the full gym which is open 24/7 (It has loads of weights and dumbbells up to 40KG). My entire stay was quite peaceful and enjoyable There is a small mall next to which has a big grocery store and popular fast food chains. There is nothing nearby so you will need to get a car or spend a lot more time to travel to the main city or other tourist attractions. The staff was very accommodating and even helped me with an urgent request at 6am.

Location is the only thing going against this property but I will still stay here if I come to Abu Dhabi based on how much I enjoyed staying here.
