I loved our overall stay. We were upgraded and had lounge access. Bed is comfortable the size of the room is huge. we had a nice view of the beach too. The staf were really nice. We have halfboard the breakfast is great! Overall my daughter enjoyed our stay.

we got halfboard had only few options for dinner as it was Indian food and i am diabetic i didn't have much choice and my daughter but still we were full after dinner. The carpet needs changing.

Everything! The rooms were very clean and perfectly spacious. To non-Italians this might sound weird but the bathroom even had a bidet! 😄 The hotel facilities were perfect, both the beach and the swimming pool. The restaurant was very very good and food was super tasty! The best thing was the staff, I especially appreciated Hazam’s and Shyam’s service, very careful and extremely kind!

We loved everything about it, everything was perfect, staff were extremely friendly and supportive. Its private beach was amazing and the pool was also heated so it was a pleasure to swim in it. The breakfast was also perfect, it was big variety of food and there was fresh orange juice and high-quality coffee and they were also cooking omelettes for us. They gave us free bottles of water every day and also cooled water at the pool and beach. Taxis were always waiting us at the entrance of the hotel so transportation was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone. 🥰

First we were given a smoking room and we do not smoke but after it at the reception they immediately gave us non-smoking room, because we learned that at this hotel there are smoking and non-smoking levels, so it is recommended to write to the hotel if you want smoking or non-smoking room.

I was surprised how nice and polite the staff was - especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant manager was very attentive and made sure we had a great stay and the restaurant staff always welcomed us with a smile on their face - including the cooks and waiters. We felt like princesses literally. I also liked that we got fresh towels and free water at the beach. I absolutely recommend this hotel - to me it is a five star hotel, not a four star one.

value for money - especially by selecting the room option " with access to Lounge" 5 till 7pm unlimited wine, beer, and an array of food ( not complete meal as 1 reviewer expected!) - however enough soup, sandwiches, limited hot food for an evening . Drinks are expensive 1 pint of beer £11.40 so free wine and beer not to be ignored! (It was popular) Taxis are all metered, secure and cheap by UK standards It has a nice beachside location for a "seaside" feel.

Hotel is good but fittings are starting to look a little (only little) worn and location is a little remote from Old City centre, closer to grand Mosque and Ias Island water world, Ferrari world etc. Huge amounts of money have been spend developing a "canal side" restaurants, Aquarium etc - very nice but very quiet ( it was ramadan!)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. At check-in, the reception kindly provided me with adapter, which was a nice touch. Every morning, the beach area offered refreshing water with ice, which was perfect in the hot weather. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection, and I especially appreciated the excellent coffee machine – it really made my mornings! My room was spotless, and I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere!

Fantastic 4 stras hotel. Clean and really big room and bathroom. Very good equiped ( kettle, tea, coffe, iron, etc..) Great wifi service everywhere in the building and outside too. Very fast check-in and check-out. Staff is very kind and helpful. Our late check out was free of charge. Breakfast is great. You can find lots of great quality food in the morning. The hotels beach provides great opportunuty to enjoy the sea. Water sport activities are available on the beach or reception. Zayed Grand Mosqui is 6 minutes by car. AUE airport is 15 minutes from the hotel.
