I had a great experience at Ibis Hotel. The location is very peaceful and the view is amazing. Special thanks to the receptionist named Myat—she was incredibly helpful and guided me so well. The property is really nice with a great vibe. The only thing is that it’s a bit far from the city, so if you don’t have your own vehicle, you’ll have to depend on taxis. Other than that, the place gives off a very positive vibe.

The restaurants are varied and the pool is nice and uncrowded, and open until 10pm, which is brilliant. I liked the use of glass bottles rather than plastic. Very environmentally friendly! Staff were excellent. The location on the canal is lovely at night. Also, you can walk to a nice shopping area not far away.

I love the pool, but the water was quite hot. Since the weather is hot, maybe the water could be cooler. I like the cheap and nice food in Fusion restaurant, but there should be staff always there.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in early free of charge which was amazing as we had been travelling all night and really appreciated being able to rest rather than wait for 7 hours for the room. It was really clean and had everything we needed from good food to a comfortable bed and bonus the of the pool/sauna/steam/jacuzzi.

The location was perfect for us as it was by the airport but if you like to be within the action, the hotel is not within walking distance from much, though I don’t think this is unusual for Abu Dhabi in general.

Facilities cleanliness staff Novotel and IBIS are lovely hotels for a stay over. Staff are exceptional in their service. Front office was so efficient and was so kind, Mohammed made the check in experience so smooth. Breakfast buffet was lovely. F&B staff is very attentive and always treats with a smile. Khaing from the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and has a very positive attitude towards guests. Ajith and Chamara was so professional and supportive from F&B. Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi was a added icing sugar on the cake. Checkout was Soo smooth Sudu and Roshani were expextionally helpful and had a has a really an amazing positive attitude. So pleasant to walk into. Overall it's a good experience, will continue to use IBIS and Novotel

The hotel has really nice location and the staff is very professional as well as friendly. The staff made us feel welcome all the time and also was attentive to all the special needs.

Well, there are few areas you can improve on which includes the shower doors that spill water out of the cubicle, proper led lights to enhance the brightness in the room / bathrooms.

The standard room was similar to other Ibis hotels simple, functional, and very clean. The housekeeping was excellent, with the room and bathroom both thoroughly cleaned and well maintained every day. Common areas like the lobby, hallways, and dining area were also spotless and smelled fresh. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was outstanding and made the stay feel very comfortable and hygienic.

Systematic steps from booking to checkout (supportive in early check in 🫡) receptionists gorgeous and soft, respective in communication, guest relationship and support (name forgot its day shift 1 nepalese(Rohshini like name) 1 sirilankan (Ushni like name) Room boy is good, supportive and respective Sheesha cafe staff also respective stay was comfortable and kept in memory book.

No outisde balcony or sitting area next to room as we were at 13th floor ( i know its safety precautions but we like to sit out thats y) Outside Sheesha lounge music 🎶 was there which was till 12:00 i think so which affecting us while we were in room

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a thorough job, ensuring everything was spotless and fresh. All requested amenities were provided promptly and efficiently. Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. A special thanks to the reception staff, Ms. Myat, who was very helpful and made the check-in process fast and seamless.

Didn't have breakfast but had lunch-dinner and the moment it was served I knew this was going to be expensive. Great quality food hands down. About 25 euros but definitely one of the best meals I had period. Great service Great room service, Friendly Reception Staff, amble secure parking with very Humbled and Courteous Staff. This was equivalent experience to treatment we got from another Hotel which costed twice as much last year. I would stay here again unless if having a beach is a must.

The Internet speeds but that's Country wide nothing to do with the Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable, which made my stay truly relaxing. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, especially Tanusha, for the excellent attention to cleanliness the room was exceptionally well cleaned. I also want to commend the reception staff, particularly Myat, who was very helpful and welcoming.
