I like the staff they are so accommodating, they will welcome you with a great smile especially the Filipino receptionist her name is Miss. GELYN she is so kind with a beautiful smile and there is one Filipino too his a gentleman he help me to get the direction of the supermarket even though it’s so hot outside my bad I didn’t get his name 😕 to thank him.I would really recommend this place they are all amazing . I visit some of the hotels her in UAE but this is my first time to give a review because they deserve it and people should know that this place GRAVITY HOTEL ABU DHABI has a very good hospitality.

I loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and made me feel really welcome. The service was excellent, and it’s such a great place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Honestly, I’d recommend it to anyone—it’s definitely worth it for the price!

This hotel was exactly what we needed between flights. We got a taxi for 65 AED and the hotel is roughly 15-20 mins away from the airport. The room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a big shower. We had half board and ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Dinner was beautiful, got to choose off a 3 course set menu. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices including freshly cooked omelets. The staff throughout the hotel are all so lovely, we couldn't fault anything. There are a few places to eat nearby and a convenient store just next door.

I liked everything. However, if you are looking to be close to attractions this probably wouldn't be an ideal location for you. As a stopover, it was perfect for the price considering holiday inn at the airport was double the price.

The staff were extremely friendly at the hotel. The location is about a 20 minute taxi drive from the airport. It is a local neighborhood, which is safe and quiet. I had the breakfast, which was fine, and they prepared fresh eggs to order. Also had a delicious biryani and cold starters for lunch/dinner. Room was very clean, shower wonderful. It is not a luxury hotel-it is however excellent value for money. Review and ranking are based on comparison to hotels of similar price / level.

Perhaps some nice local cheeses on the breakfast buffet. Also hair dryer was not working-they did replace it later in the afternoon but luckily hair was able to dry before my meeting.

Rooms, and the location.

I like all but the yesterday i had order food from outside restaurant but till now i hadn't received my food. When I call the restaurant outside they infrom they had already delivered into hotel but I don't know hotel front desk staff didn't response about room services of night shift. Lady. And when I figure it out and my family member from out side who had order food for me by providing all room details. Personal cell number he phone gravity hotel regarding that they are little bit un cooperative with me ignoring talking directly no services.. Like this

We booked this hotel, very early in the year, in advance of the Abu Dhabi GP, and honestly admit, we were merely looking at the price and the location (drivable to Yas Island). However, we were delighted with the hotel and staff. We did not use the hotel facilities much, since we were out all day, but the rooms are large and very well kept and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. We ordered breakfast in our room a few times, and it was delivered hot and there was a large variety of items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We always had a friendly face at reception greeting us, or happy to answer any questions. There was a grocery store right next door, for when we needed to buy stuff, and we had no issues with booking taxis to and from the place.

There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity, so do not stay here if you expect to just walk to a local hotspot or tourist attraction. But it is 20 min away from Yas Island and the airport, and I'm guessing about the same distance to downtown but we didn't go in that direction.

I liked the welcoming smiles from the staff. The cleanliness. The available facilities such as gym, sauna, jaccuzzi, steam room, spa, ect., even though I didn't use it. I would definitely next time.

The cleaning service was on top of things 😄 they didn't even give me a chance to ask. So, no unlikes from me.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, promising a good night's sleep after a tiring day. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was evident, contributing significantly to my comfortable and restful stay.

The ambiance of the dining area added to the pleasant experience, making it a nice start to the day. A few more choices in the buffet would make it exceptional.
