I really like the location of the hotel where you can easily get a ride from the bus station or get a taxi that fast. The room that we stayed is good. We have been in that room before and it was convenient for my husband and I because if you do not want to go out to eat you can have the choice to prep your own meal, all you have to do is buy fresh produce in the grocery store that is connected to the hotel.

The thing that I didn't like about it was there were limited kitchen supplies and most of it were worn out especially the pots and the microwave. Plates, glasses and utensils should be replaced. Only 2 stove tops are working. If I may suggest, the hotel can have some minor renovations and updates on their furnitures and the ambiance of the hotel can me modified as well.

What I didn’t like was that the room lighting was a bit dim, and the TVs could be more advanced — having smart TVs would really enhance the stay.

Very decent room, which was value for money. Moreover, the night counter staff Mr. Tilak is a down to earth individual, who really cares for the guests. Check out process is also fast.

Toilet flush unit was slightly faulty. This needs to be fixed in order not to waste water. It is also advisable to keep an ironing table and an Iron, just in case the guest wants to use it. Keeping a couple of coffee creamer sachet would make the guest feel more comfortable when he makes a cup of coffee or tea.

We are very happy to be attended by the Filipina receptionist and for giving us twin bed which we requested coz when we booked , the available is double bed. For letting us check in early when she found out we travelled from afar. Room is very clean. Location is very very good as it is 2 min walk to our workplace.

Location near shops/ mall. Near to my partner's work. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet. Housekeeping staff were very helping during our stay.

No hairdryer, I had to ask. No iron and ironing board. Only 1 set of cutleries, plate and glass/cup when we booked for 2 people.

Location and having the mall in same location is very good , I hope I can get good rates in the future

Great place and staff .. go above and beyond to help you. Location is great for myself and central to if you want to reach reem island in 25 mins drive. Amd dubai in an hour.

This is the 3rd time I have chosen this hotel. Again and again, I want to thank the staff for their high quality of service, attentiveness and willingness to make your stay wonderful. The location is very convenient. I recommend it to everyone.

The proximity to the mall and the room was fairly big. Kitchen, washing mashine, electric stove and toiletries.

On the site was an apartment with 2 queen/ big beds or space for 4 people to sleep. In reality, 1 bed and they brought one matress. It was fine but they should have said that from the start. If this is an issue contact the management prior to book.
