Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday. Room was always clean while I was away sightseeing. Packaged drinking water was always kept in the room everyday.

One observance- When food is ordered from outside hotel. The hotel does not provide you with cutlery for use. This gesture should be part of customer service. They charge 20 Dhs if you ask for hotel cutlery to use in your room if you have ordered for food from outside. This is something that the hotel must look into. The front desk/reception is out of reach when we try calling for room service/or any other request. They should improve on this.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The staff were polite and accommodating. They changed our room upon request without any issues and also provided bathrobes and slippers when we asked. The room was clean and housekeeping came every day. They brought extra water to the room whenever we requested it. We ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The orders were delivered fairly quickly. On my birthday, they even brought a whole cake with a candle! The hotel has a large swimming pool with a bar inside. There’s also a sauna and a gym nearby. We will definitely come back again!

The pool opens only at 9 am. We would like to come earlier because of hot weather.

This is my third visit to this hotel. Friendly & Helpful staff. Thanks in particular to Maribel!! She was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, a great representative for the hotel. Great breakfast!! The Pool surround area has just been refurbished which made a great modern, positive difference. In the evening “The Garden” was a lovely place to have a drink, shisha and play cards. Only negative I could point out was that huge balcony furniture could do with being updated and they are old and the plastic is staring to perish but this didn’t really affect the quality of the stay.

We arrived very late so the receptionist extended our check out until 2pm the next day which was very helpful. The hotel is nice and modern. There are no carpets in the rooms which I was very happy about because the floors were clean.

We booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child but were not given an extra bed. I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask for this but did not hear back. Maybe we could've requested it on arrival but because it was so late we just wanted to go to sleep. We booked the room for 3 people so would expect to have enough bed space for three people, instead of just 1 king-sized bed.

I had the pleasure of staying for one night, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries and fruits to hearty hot dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I appreciated the attention to detail in presentation. The dining area was bright and inviting, making it a pleasant place to start the day. And also I had the pleasure of being served by Karen, who truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I approached the buffet, Karen’s warm smile and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my meal. Throughout my breakfast, Karen was attentive without being intrusive. She made sure to check in on me regularly, ensuring that my coffee was always full and that I had everything I needed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she offered great suggestions on popular dishes and even shared a few tips on how to best enjoy the various offerings. Karen kept the area clean and well-stocked, and her quick response to any requests demonstrated her commitment to excellent service. What stood out the most was Karen’s genuine enthusiasm for her job. It was clear that she takes pride in providing a great dining experience, making her customers feel valued and welcome. Overall, Karen’s outstanding service elevated my breakfast buffet experience. I left feeling satisfied not only from the delicious food but also from the exceptional hospitality. Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic.

In terms of the facilities, the resort feeling was definitely there for a good price in terms of the room rate. The managers were responsive and tried to make up for the shortcomings of some of their staff. The pool was great, nice and warm in the winter. The lifeguards were also excellent.

There is a need to improve the organisation and staffing. While the lifeguard staffing around the pool was very good, there was limited staffing around the pool for refreshments. While some of the cafe and restaurant staff were excellent, others were quite poor. Despite having a deposit to charge expenses to the room and a deal with our booking to have a % off food and drink, there was nothing in the system on this and we had to keep repeating it each time we ordered.

It’s a very clean modern hotel located perfectly off the highway. Nearby hospitals and malls and nearby Talabat delivery stations and restaurants. The restaurant choices on the ground floor are exceptional and the breakfast buffet in the olive branch is decently priced at 45 AED per person. Highly recommended for relaxing after a lengthy work day.

Nothing, I had some room defects that were replaced within 20 mins of reporting it. Such as an electric plug not working and such. Perfect service.

Everything about the hotel was exquisite. Located close to highway, excellent room size. Reception staff was amazing that included Raouf, Afzal & Chelle - they were extremely quick to check in & check out and made my stay extra special by their courtesy. They were like icing in the cake. Room size was great. Housekeeping staff & concierge were good too.

Sauna & steam bath were not operating & there was no one to support there as well. I called for assistance but no one arrived. The pool was good but started only at 9 am - considering hot weather the pool should start by 6 to 7 am maximum.

We have spent 3 nights in this hotel. I must say everything is excellent. The location of the hotel is near from the airport and easy to get a taxi. We 've reached the hotel at night and we saw the entire hotel in the morning. We are so impressed how good the hotel is. Very relaxing views and quite. I would like to thank to Ms. Hiba and Mr. Raup in the reception for thier assistance during our checking in and checking out. It was so fast and easy! Excellent customer service. The food was great, we love it specially thier mix grill and the breakfast was so yummy!!! Also, I am very much impressed with the housekeeping deparment, special mention to Mr. Eric and the staff for thier excellent services. Our room and bathroom was so cleaned. The bed sheets are cleaned and comfortable. We are suprised the washroom has complete bathroom amenities. The services were so fast. They responded right away whenever we need an assistance. The superb assistance of Mr. Eric and his team are very much appreciated. We definitely stay again in this hotel next time we visit Abu Dhabi. We are highly recomended this hotel to all travelers!

Well, most of our stay we really enjoyed a lot. We really like the hotel and the services they provided. So no complain.

I liked the the spacy room how clean it is and well ventilated. The hotel itself, while it's not luxurious is nicely decorated and the facilitie stuff is attentive and pleasant. Also it has nice yard with a pool and gym nearby. Including spa.

Perhaps the location itself a bit. It's well connected but it's far away from main city hub and options to commune are either with long bus drive, rental car or cab/uber. Walking in UAE is not an option. Also I think beds could benefit from softer and more comfortable mattresses.
