My wife and I stayed a night to attend a concert at the Etihad Arena. This is the best hotel to stay if you’re attending anything hosted at the arena (it’s right next door) the service and Spa was excellent. Would definitely go back to explore other parts of the YAS Island

The room we were assigned had a faulty balcony door and let a lot of outdoor noise in. Since we were there only for one night, it didn’t bother us much. But needs to be looked into if you’re staying for longer periods and want to catch up on sleep.

The hotel’s proximity to Etihad Arena and other Yas Parks is outstanding. Being within walking distance to Etihad Arena was incredibly convenient. The complimentary ticket to one of the parks was a nice touch (I highly recommend Sea World). Hilton is always a reliable choice.

There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room. The room layout was awkward, as we were assigned a corner room.

The light on the digital Air conditional panel doesn't turn off and it's too disturbing at least for me who would prefer complete darkness at night. Remained too disturbed. There must be some way by which the light coming from AC digital panel can be turned off

I had a wonderful breakfast at the executive lounge. The food selection was great, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. A fantastic start to the day. Moreover, the in-room dining service was exceptional. The staff member who delivered my meal, a lady from Zimbabwe, was incredibly kind and attentive, providing outstanding service. Her professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated.

The experience at the front desk was disappointing. The male staff member handling check-in was very warm and friendly towards the Caucasian gentleman before me but was expressionless and impatient when assisting me as an Asian guest. He seemed unwilling to answer any questions and responded dismissively when asked for recommendations, saying, ‘It’s up to you‘ to every question I asked. His attitude was arrogant and unhelpful, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the room had a musty, moldy smell, which was unpleasant. However, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the lady at the concierge, who was warm, professional, and very helpful. She made a positive difference in my stay.

Great hotel in a fab location close to the theme parks and marina. The room was luxurious, with plenty of space for our family of four. The shower was also AMAZING!

Unfortunately the whole of Yas beach was closed, we were not aware of this before we booked, it's been closed a year apparently so hopefully it will open soon. Also although breakfast was great with lots of options it was very chaotic most mornings between 9 - 10:30, staff did work hard to replenish but the whole layout needs a rethink as there were people knocking into each other everywhere. We did also have issues getting sunbeds on a few occasions, even early in the morning as people had laid out towels which was annoying

Superb breakfast, clean rooms, excellent location. Smooth check-in, check-out,. Overall all facilities of very high quality.

I booked by mistake a room for people with limited abilities. The room was ok, but it had a door inside which was connected with another room. On one of the days someone from the other room was trying to open that room at 7:30 in the morning while we were sleeping. Constant noise from the adjacent room as if I was sharing a flat with someone, luckily we were mostly not in the room. On the date of my arrival it was my birthday, I was told I will be getting a cake the next day. It is not that I wanted that cake or couldn't live without it, but I never got it. Why even mentioning if you don't intend to act upon it :)

The room is family friendly for several reasons, the sofa bed is big and comfortable for 2 children, the toilet is separate and it has its own tiny sink and the bathroom has a shower and bathtub, which was practical for a family of 4 in one room, the closet has a door, the room also had a moving dining table and many drawers and cupboards, it was one of the best family rooms ive ever been to

When you stay at Hilton, you get the tickets to one of 4 theme parks: Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, and Seaworld Yas Island. We stayed 2 nights, so got the tickets to 2 of the parks (we could choose any). We came before the check-in time (at 11:00), and staff gave us the tickets so we went to the park and had great time before checking in. There are shuttle buses every 30 min that take you to the parks and back to the hotel. There is also IKEA near the Seaworld, and Yas Mall near Ferrari (actually, Ferrari World is located inside the Yas Mall). Actually, the shuttle buses can bring you from Dubai or Abu Dhabi for free, you just need to check the stations and the time on Yas Island web-site. The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly, everything was clean. The gym is nice and has a lot of facilities, the swimming pool is warm (we traveled in the beginning of March). There is also a beach with a pool, but no exit to the sea. There is an also a beautiful alley near the seashore, where you can walk in the evening, with lots of restaurants. Etihad Arena is just 2 min away from the hotel, the airport is also close (10 min on taxi). Abu Dhabi is 30 km away. We didn't have the breakfast, so cannot say anything about that. Enjoyed our stay a lot, would recommend the hotel. The location, facilities and the bonus with the tickets were great!

The hotel is very nice, it’s second time that we stay here when coming back to Abu Dhabi. The room we got was spacious, with sofa as extra bed for our kids. The breakfast is amazing, same as dinner buffet. There is a nice kids club and some games around the pool which kids can play. We stayed here for New Year’s Eve and the firework was at 21 and at 12, which was handy for kids. For each night you stay in the hotel you get ticket to one of the parks around. Our most favourite is aquapark, the queues are reasonable. Around May 2025 it will double the size with new slides that are now being built. Ferrari world is way too crowded compared to other parks. All in all our stay in Hilton was great.
