I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was really good and exceeded my expectations. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The bathtub in my room appeared quite old and was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cold enough, which affected my comfort. Also, the hotel elevator and the corridors were really hot, which made moving around the hotel quite uncomfortable. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Our recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism from every member of the staff. Their attentiveness and friendliness created an atmosphere that made us feel truly welcome and valued. The room quality and cleanliness were impeccable—everything was thoughtfully arranged, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every detail was catered to with care, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities at the hotel are world-class. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the serene gardens, or dining at one of the many exquisite restaurants on site, every aspect of the hotel reflects thoughtful design and exceptional service standards. What made our experience especially meaningful was the way the staff went above and beyond to care for my pregnant wife. Their attentiveness, empathy, and small gestures of kindness made a significant impact on both of us. It was incredibly touching to see how genuinely they cared for her well-being throughout our stay. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this has undoubtedly been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi delivers luxury not just in its stunning property and facilities, but through its heart—its people. We left feeling pampered, refreshed, and truly grateful. We cannot wait to return.

Absolutely nothing

Honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Not only because of the place, which was amazing, the room, which was fantastic, and the food, beverages, and restaurants available, but above all for the people who welcomed and took care of us in every possible way. The smiles, courtesy, kindness, and complete dedication to the guest are what truly distinguish The Ritz-Carlton, and something we have not found anywhere else. The attention to details is something that truly surprised us: the room is cleaned 3 times a day, every guest is welcomed every single time entering the lobby. I honestly can not find the words to express how happy I've been and how I regret not having booked also other days. It has become our favorite hotel in the world, and we will return to The Ritz-Carlton with great pleasure. A special thanks certainly goes to the Guest Relations Team, Praja, Selvia, Mary, Jesslen, and Amy, who made the experience even more personal and attentive.

Nothing, everything was amazing, above our highest expectations.

We had exceptional service as soon as we arrived at the The Ritz in Abu Dhabi, from the valet, reception to our room. Room was exceptional, clean, spacious & beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, staff very polite & accommodating. The chefs were very accommodating, whatever we requested was delivered Timeously. Although very Hot, the pool staff were amazing. The pool was very refreshing. Anjali, Selvia & Hamdi at reception were amazing & very friendly. Ousman, the gentleman assisting with Arabic coffee & dates was superb, courteous & kind.

Not much except for banging noise at the construction site was disturbing at times. Especially in the morning when we still asleep. If possible extend the breakfast time to 11 am.

This hotel was fantastic. From the moment your car arrives, the stewards are prompt, helpful, and always welcoming me personally by name. Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a great ambiance and Serigne with excellently prepared Arabic Gahwa and a lovely conversation. Check-in was smooth & swift, although we arrived early. Furthermore, Fortunate contacted me prior to our arrival, had set-up balloons, flower arrangements, and cake in the room for my special celebration, which was a very nice surprise upon entering the room. The rooms were beautiful, modern, comfortable, and most importantly, had an amazing view of the hotel grounds and creek from the balcony. During our stay, we tried the Lebanese restaurant and the in room dining. Both had delicious food and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well, and it had lots of variety, as well as excellent service provided by Prakash. Overall, although it was a short stay, we had an amazing time and experience at the Ritz Carlton Grand Canal.

Now I truly understand what sets Ritz Carlton apart from other hotels - its the small things and attention to detail. Moment you walk in, from the cheerful valet staff to the gentlemen offering Arabic coffee. Check-in took less than 2 mins. Day 1, started with goody bag for our son followed by a surprise evening snack, a platter with mini donuts, marsh, gummies and chocolate. Made his day and set the tone for 3-day staycation. They have a kids club too with qualified staff dedicated to take care of little ones. small things like providing water in ice bucket near the pool or the complimentary ice lollies to beat the heat. Everyday, there was a small but meaningful gesture to make our stay exceptional. Plus the hotel is making serious efforts to reduce plastic. All the water bottles were glass. Great breakfast and room service too! Gluten free options and Fresh cheesecake trolleys!!

Wasn’t aware about the visit to check the mini bar before check out. It was fine overall as the gentlemen was courteous and quick, just would have been nice to know in advance

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs with their warm, genuine welcome. Every team member we interacted with – from reception to housekeeping to the concierge – went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The service was impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, always delivered with a smile and genuine care. They remembered small details about our preferences, which made us feel incredibly valued and cared for throughout our stay. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton sets the bar for luxury and service. We felt so welcomed, pampered, and respected at every moment. I cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special – truly a 10/10 experience.

The only minor inconvenience was the noise from grass cutting in the morning while we were relaxing by the pool. It slightly disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. However, I understand maintenance is necessary to keep the gardens in perfect condition

Just to provide a feedback as it won't seem right to recieve such a wonderful hospitality without a thank u. We appreciate every thing and every member of ur team, up from the start at the check-in with the exceptional customer service provided with ur professional team Mr. Mahdi and Ms. solafa, at the pool with the amazing Mr. Kushal (if I remeber the name right) and up to the end of our journey.  Everybody was adreesing me by name where ever I go even at the valet parking which I never experienced before? The attention to derails is remarkable especially at the pool with the free water/bucket of ice, the cold towels and the ice cream. More over and what amazed me the most is the guy who was offering everyone at the pool to clean their glasses!!!! Well done to all and to the master mind behind all this success.  Thank you once again and I will definitely recommend the hotel and come again.

Every thing was great

The room was very clean and fresh, a few little things that need attention, and highlighted to the team at the front desk upon checkout. The bell boy, pool attendants, valet parking, desk staff & housekeeping all nailed it when I came to a seamless and comfortable stay. Very enjoyable & would stay again.

Recently renovated and showing age on the balcony at such an early stage, bathtub plug didn't work, bathrobes not available for sale.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff and the hotel were incredible. They went above and beyond to make us feel special. Our suite was spacious, clean and had every facility you may need. The bed was comfier than the one we have at home! They included personalised touches like cake and fruit platters, personalised cards and a bouquet of flowers. The restaurant’s were delicious. We dined at the Lebanese restaurant and had the most amazing lamb chops! The staff were so friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent, there was lots of variety and even a cheesecake cart for breakfast! At the poolside we were offered drinks and complimentary water, ice, lollipops and cold towels to keep us cool in the heat! We would like to mention a few staff members who made our stay memorable; Jesslen, Selvia, Mary, Thomas, Mohamed and Asman. Thank you for everything you do! We will definitely be back soon
