I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was really good and exceeded my expectations. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The bathtub in my room appeared quite old and was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cold enough, which affected my comfort. Also, the hotel elevator and the corridors were really hot, which made moving around the hotel quite uncomfortable. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The room was very clean and fresh, a few little things that need attention, and highlighted to the team at the front desk upon checkout. The bell boy, pool attendants, valet parking, desk staff & housekeeping all nailed it when I came to a seamless and comfortable stay. Very enjoyable & would stay again.

Recently renovated and showing age on the balcony at such an early stage, bathtub plug didn't work, bathrobes not available for sale.

This hotel was fantastic. From the moment your car arrives, the stewards are prompt, helpful, and always welcoming me personally by name. Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a great ambiance and Serigne with excellently prepared Arabic Gahwa and a lovely conversation. Check-in was smooth & swift, although we arrived early. Furthermore, Fortunate contacted me prior to our arrival, had set-up balloons, flower arrangements, and cake in the room for my special celebration, which was a very nice surprise upon entering the room. The rooms were beautiful, modern, comfortable, and most importantly, had an amazing view of the hotel grounds and creek from the balcony. During our stay, we tried the Lebanese restaurant and the in room dining. Both had delicious food and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well, and it had lots of variety, as well as excellent service provided by Prakash. Overall, although it was a short stay, we had an amazing time and experience at the Ritz Carlton Grand Canal.

Serigne welcomed us warmly and surprised us daily with delightful chocolate dates, a personal touch that made our stay even more special. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is perfectly maintained, exuding a sense of true old-money luxury that feels both timeless and sophisticated. Our room was spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a breathtaking view that added an extra layer of magic to our experience. The resort boasts the largest pool in Abu Dhabi, and we spent entire days lounging and soaking up the sun, enjoying the serene atmosphere. Dining options were exquisite, each meal a delightful experience showcasing the finest flavors. Overall, our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi was unforgettable. We left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly pampered, already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking the ultimate luxury getaway!

The facility is a wonderland, the staff are so genuine and kind, you just get 7 stars hospitality from the staff at the main door to any other ritz team member, the rooms have a panoramic view, it is breathtaking, pool is the largest and temperature controlled. Just an out of this world amazing resort for families. If you will be lucky you will be allocated to Selvia, the guest relation manager, she is a real asset for the hotel, very helpful, genuine, welcoming, employees like Selvia are rare, she took care of my kids like they are her kids, every day a new surprise for them, she made them loyal to Ritz even from the age of 7 years 😀 , well done Ritz team, we had a wonderful vacation with your hospitality.🥰

This hotel is simply outstanding.. Its big yet personal.. The service simply second to none. I stayed at Rixos Maria as well but Ritz is way more classy and superior from service to rooms. I was impressed and the room was beautiful and comfortable, enjoyed my stay and I would like to thank the staff for doing everything they could for me to have a comfortable stay. When there was a slight issue with the breakfast, they managed to resolve it and took the time to talk to me and I am very grateful for this. I felt welcomed, seen and understood there. It's like a home away from home which for me mattered so much. The room was so cozy and bright. The pool was great, beach was ok. What stood out for me was the service and the little kind gestures from the hotels part. Food was great at the onsite restaurants Li Jang and Mijana. Location is 5 mins drive from the mosque which was good as I wanted to. Visit. I truly recommend this hotel.

Everything from check in to check out was amazing. I cannot find any faults. The staff were amazing. Greeting me by name. Room was incredible. It was my birthday and they left me 3 cakes, one each day. The bed was so comfortable. The bath robe was so soft. All the bathroom products. Smelt Devine. Pool was amazing. And the staff around the pool was so nice and friendly. Food at the pool was very good and the drinks were nice with a good happy hour deal. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stay in. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice. And it was all so fresh and tasty. Lovely to sit out on the terrace for breakfast also. There was free suncream around the pool also. Which was great. And they gave out so much water in ice buckets too by the pool. Amazing.

That I only had 2 nights there. I wish it was 2 weeks!

Everything above perfect, from wonderful facilities with an amazing view of the Grand Mosque, to a beautiful pool garden and a lovely room designed with comfort in mind. With many sports facilities and a nice Kids Club delivering children a joyful experience and relaxing moments to parents. But staff and service are the ones that make the difference. And here, these are exceptional! Staff always going beyond and above to make our stay a wonderful one. Always present in a discrete manner and attentive to the smallest details. So welcoming and delivering a genuine 5* service! Thank you, also for the nice surprise you arranged in our room! We were touched by your care and that was much appreciated!. We will definitely return! The only negative is that too many hotels in UAE are advertised as 5*, being far from the standard and this is just unfair to places like Ritz and to travelers.

I have been going through the most difficult journey in my life and am blessed to have had my final cancer treatment Friday.  My dear friend and I decided to celebrate at the Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi.   It was the best experience we could have hoped for.  We were greeting in reception with lovely beverages and congratulatory welcome messages from the staff.  We felt like VIPs from the moment we arrived.  The room was filled with balloons, the bed was covered with fragrant rose petal and 'CONGRATS' out of the rose stems.  There was a fruit tray and strawberry heart mousse dessert as well.  But the most touching part of the experience was the loving care from the staff.  They left personal notes in the room.  Everywhere we went, the staff knew who we were and provided such amazing personalised service.  Every person we came in contact with from the driver of the buggy to staff walking through the corridor went above and beyond.  A thank you to Fortunate for arranging it all, Ruth, Ibraham and Ira for their extra care as we arrived, housekeeping for the set up, in room dining for accomdating our special requests, and finally the al fresco service at both pools for for ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. It was the best resort experience either of has experienced and we have traveled extensively. We are excited to return.  I would recommend the Ritz Carlton to everyone particulary if they are celebrating a special event.
