Having lived in the UAE for over 20 years, I’ve yet to come across a consistent “go-to” hotel… until now. voco Bonnington was exactly what I needed to reset my moody vibe. A special shout-out to Rohan at the front desk for his professionalism and for making our check-in seamless. When we requested a late check-out, both Rohan and Halla, the Front Office Manager, graciously accommodated us without hesitation. voco Bonnington is fortunate to have such dedicated and guest-focused individuals on their team. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the lively pool bar. One of the highlights of our stay was unwinding with drinks and a few rounds of 8-ball pool with my husband — such a fun and relaxing time! Just the basic amenities such as toothpaste and slippers were missing in our room, being a 5 star hotel this should be checked prior

Staff is ready to render assistance with any problem or request, I’m very grateful to Rahid and Joelar for very early check in and even upgrade of the room !!! Air conditioning in the room is very quiet and does not disturb, curtains in the room perfectly keep cool air during the night if closed, very comfortable bad and pillows, nice breakfast, good location if You travel for work in this district.

Air conditioner is directed to the bed, had to switch it off for the night; there was some unpleasant smell in the wardrobe. Not much choice for dinner in the hotel. Hotel is more likely to be rated 4 stars.

Location was excellent. So close to great restaurants, Dubai Marina Mall, the lakes, taxis on the doorstep, metro station. Breakfast was really good. Staff were excellent. Room was excellent too with a great bathroom. Fabulous swimming pool on floor 11. But the staff deserve a special mention, especially Ginelie (reception), Louie (Cavendish restaurant), Waleed (guest services), Sameer (tours desk), and Roman (swimming pool).

On the day of check-in, we had to wait for an hour and a half at reception because booking didn't pass on our check-in request at 06:00. It was very difficult for us because we were so tired and it was very cold.

It’s located in a very central and good area and accessible without having to go through traffic. Its new and clean. I truly appreciated all staff and how friendly they were especially in check in and out specially Rahed, Joelera from reception who were extremely fast and friendly! Also Shifan from concierge. I got the chance to meet with General Manager Mr. Giacomo who was extremely friendly and caring to learn of my experience and if i needed anything. It was an amazing experience. Clean rooms and facilities which i truly appreciated.

The property was very clean and has a nail salon as well es massage spa

there is an extremely loud bar right beneath the hotel. it was at times so loud you’d think the music is coming from inside the hotel room. it was absolutely unbearably loud. It lasted until 2am!

There’s no sound insulation between bedroom and bathroom. Sometimes the smell of lemon air freshener after cleaning was strong

The location which is close to Almas Tower was excellent and the Room too was very comfortable and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ginelle, Elvira, Rahid, Rohan, Nimesh and Shifan were extremely friendly and helpful. I like all of them.

I forgot my coat and they kept it and gave it back but I had to go in person to take itZ I wish they had sent it via Careem, but otherwise they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The stay was amazing. The King suite was huge and comfortable. The breakfast is better than many five stars in Dubai.
