To say exceptional would be un understatement. This was the perfect stay so far in Dubai. Absolutely everything was beyond expectation. From location, which is 3 mins away from the metro station and Jumeirah Lakes Tower Tram Station, 15 mins walk from the beach and right on Marina walk; to the rooms that were spacious, sparkling clean and with a breathtaking view, Vida Dubai Marina is the absolute best. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, the coffee made by Zerise was delicious and all the others were so welcoming all the time. We will always choose Vida for our vacations in Dubai. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay here unforgettable!

This hotel is one of the best in Dubai Marina area. Especially, I'd like to tell about breakfast. Very big area, many tables and very-very good breakfast.

No one told me about closing the pool. I've been in this hotel before and the pool is good, but in the summer it doesn't work. And I knew about it only at reception when check-in. That was really annoying for me, because I'm planning to swim.

Every single thing about this hotel was wonderful. The decor, the scented corridors and hallways, the views from the rooms and poolside, the quality of the breakfast and the way everywhere was spotlessly clean made my stay an incredible one. Perfectly located in the heart of the marina, you’re in close proximity to all the local amenities you need, including the Marina Mall and access to all modes of transport. What really topped it all off, however, was the staff. Omar and his front desk colleagues made checking in and out very easy. Each morning, the breakfast staff were all extremely attentive and made sure you were served anything you needed. Lastly, I created a great rapport with the extremely friendly porters at the entrance of the hotel - they were a great set of guys, super friendly, and went to great lengths in helping me get taxis to wherever I needed to go, as well as advising me on how to navigate my travels around the city. Hats off to them all. I visit Dubai every year but this was my first time at the Vida Marina - I’m convinced this is the only place I’ll be staying from now onwards. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to your exceptional staff. The hotel's location is truly priceless, nestled around the Marina with easy access to stunning beaches and a variety of restaurants. The vibe of the hotel is both beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of your staff. It was always easy to arrange share rides, which made exploring the area even more convenient. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ashree at the front desk. Her helpfulness, intelligence, and understanding made my stay even more enjoyable. She consistently took the time to listen to any queries I had and assured me that she would follow up on any requests. Her dedication to excellent service did not go unnoticed. I found it was a little expensive, especially prices around the pool for food and bev.

The property was spotless and rooms were ideal particularly the marina view room had great views and was very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location 5 min walk to the Dubai marina mall and 10 min walk to the beach front. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the pool staff were also excellent. In particular Kamal from Rayna tours located at his desk in the main lobby was an excellent help in booking us trips and excursions in and around Dubai, especially the Dune Buggy desert trip at sunrise which is well worth it.

No complaints, the hotel was ideal and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is clean, the location is great, and the breakfast is tasty. The housekeeping team is friendly and helpful—special thanks to Nagindra Sah, who was very kind and always ready to assist whenever we needed something. We had a city view; although the reception team couldn’t upgrade us (which they’re not required to do), we would have appreciated it if they could have. :)

The restaurant team wasn’t very cheerful or helpful, and the breakfast options were the same every day, which became a bit repetitive. The fridge in our room wasn’t working—we had to change it twice, and it only started working on the third try (thanks to the curly-haired girl from the restaurant for helping). The reception mentioned it was a minibar, not a fridge, but it would be better if management considered that guests, especially those traveling with children, often need a proper mini-fridge to keep food cool. Unfortunately, we had to throw away our little child’s meals because they spoiled due to the non-functioning ‘minibar’.

Everything was wonderful. The room was very beautiful, and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a room with a view of the Dubai Marina, which was absolutely stunning. We had complimentary water available at all times. Housekeeping was always done perfectly. All the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. On our last day, we were even treated to a complimentary cocktail, which was a lovely surprise. We would like to thank, first and foremost, these six amazing people: Rasul, Ashree, Caterin, Khiry, Nirjara, Donna, who were especially kind and friendly. We also really appreciated the breakfast—it was very tasty and varied. One evening, we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and again, the food was excellent. On our last day, we enjoyed the hotel’s pool on the 13th floor, which was very clean, beautiful, and offered a breathtaking view. Everything was simply superb, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We had fabulous experience while staying in Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club. Perfect location, clean and cozy room and dining service and delicious food. Specifically I would like to highlight dining service, everything is at the highest quality, we can’t feel that people are serving around us but the service itself goes so smooth, so cooperative and quick. I upgraded to a marina view which I’m glad I did the view and sitting out at night on the balcony was really nice . The room was clean very comfortable and included a rove and slippers . The staff were most supportive and at every opportunity said hello and asked if I needed any help . The breakfast I liked that my order was taken from the table and also the option of a buffet . The location was excellent a ten minute walk to the beachfront and a was to lots of local shops .

I didn’t like the coffee at breakfast . I was told it was freshly brews but unfortunately it had a taste similar to instant coffee. There should be a list in the room with breakfast time locations and where to find things like a small local map
