The hotel is really exceptional and the best in this area. It exceeded my expectations. I liked the attention to cleanliness. The room was cleaned daily and the sheets and everything were changed every day. This is a very excellent thing. The pool is beautiful and the organization of the hotel is complete. I liked it. They care about the smallest details and are very keen to provide everything. Like the reception staff, I also liked the immediate fulfillment of all requests by all the hotel workers and the speed. Before, I visited Sofitel Downtown and now Sofitel Gira Beach. Thank you to everyone who made the experience exceptional and enjoyable.

Nothing to mention, well done, you exceeded my expectations. I was upset at first because there were negative comments in the evaluation, but I booked because I trust your hotels. As I mentioned before, I booked at Sofitel Downtown. Thank you for your efforts that made the experience unforgettable.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of numerous shops and restaurants and just across the road from Jumeirah Beach. We upgraded to the Opera Suite upon arrival as it was our honeymoon. The suite on the 32nd floor was very luxurious and comfortable with a view to die for. The bed was very comfortable with lovely cool sheets and pillows. Having a jacuzzi bath in the room was a bonus.The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and the staff were so polite and friendly. Getting a free Eid Fireworks display from the balcony on the last night was amazing .The hotel also provided a beach bag, towel, umbrella and beach mat with a headrest for the beach, which was a nice touch. The pool area was very clean and tidy with great views from the pool but it's way too small for a hotel of that size. The only downside to the hotel was the food. It was plentiful with a lot of options but I was expecting a higher standard of food at the buffet, with it being a five star hotel. We only did breakfast, lunch and dinner once and ate out the rest of the time.

It was a wonderful hotel in the middle of the JBR. A place you are close to walk to wonderful restaurants and the Marina. The staff was good and also our little one got sick and the hotel called a Doctor to come and see her in our room. Perfect service.

Too much noise for a family with children, not good isolation. The hotel should renovate the rooms, old and used. It’s was aweful to take the cab to the other places or malls only 2 km took 30 min, not because it was holiday times the cabs themselves said it is always like this. The food in the restaurants could be better.

Location is very nice and the room is comfortable.

They lock fridge that has the mini bar as well unless you pay 500 aed as insurance, so you can’t put any water, juice or anything you buy from outside the hotel in the fridge. There is no brush/toothpaste so make sure to bring them with you.

The staff were so friendly and so helpful, they were always available to assist with our needs and they were so nice to our little boy. The location is great located at JBR it is close to the beach, lots of restaurants and walking distance to Dubai Marina and Bluewaters which has more restaurants. The infinity pool is lovely over looking the beach.

The rooms were on the small side and not very luxurious for a 5 star hotel. As you spend most of your time out and about in Dubai, this isn’t really a problem as the beds are very comfortable.

I booked a room with a partial sea view, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a full sea view instead. There was a welcome cake and message in the room, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is great, but since it’s on JBR Street, traffic can make it a bit slow to enter or exit the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I liked the hotel and service.. Samantha, Ahmed and valet parking team treated me nicely as I had emergency case with my wife she was admitted in the hospital.

All was amazing I was trying to get refund for the second night because we went to the hospital in 6 Feb early morning as my wife admitted for labor and we couldn’t stay in the room due to this emergency. I would like to check the possibility for refund.
