The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and warm, they made every effort to make us comfortable even though we arrived really very early, the location was great apart from the horrific traffic when coming back by car.

The breakfast buffet was not great, the selection was limited and honestly I expected a much better variety of selection from the Hilton brand and authentic Middle Eastern tastes. Jumeirah, The Walk is an amazing place for pedestrians but the traffic every single night getting back to the hotel was absolutely terrible and the noise of the super cars' roaring engines could easily be heard through a closed window on the 4th floor while trying to sleep.

. ROOM : was excellent , very clean in every detail, BREAKFAST : Choice available more than sufficient , catering to every pallet and health needs , and soooooo Delicious truly a sinful pleasure. LOCATION : EXCELLENT only few minutes walk to the wonderful boulevard, full of shops ,restaraunts catering for every type of foods,, and trendy beach front terraces.. Only a 5 minute walk to the left to a small supermarket and small shopping mall.. TIP : ONLY use Meter Taxis ,they are safe reliable and very cheap. . Taxis arranged by staff directly in front of this hotel can be up to 3 -4 or more times more expensive than meter taxis . A 3-4 minute walk down the street to the right to the roundabout plenty of meter taxis or very easy to hail one down from there . Very safe and reliable. Their English is not perfect but communication is very good. Please give a good tip to Taxi driver , they really deserve it! No need to hire a car. Sometimes we tipped more than the actual meter price , the meter price so cheap. Be aware traffic in the Main Street entrance to hotel is bumper to bumper heavy traffic . Also make it clear you want to go to HILTON JUMEIRAH BEACH. (There are two Hiltons close to each other )

I am a wheelchair guest, absolutely no problem in the hotel , but would have been wonderful if there was a soort of ramp up to the water edge on the beach, (wheelchair wheels not possible in the sand ) so that I could also take pleasure in sea. And a few big pot plants with colorful flowers like Bougainville’s would really make the pool area look much more luxurious , tropical and inviting . ( looks so sterile )

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 8 years and some of the rooms I have stayed in need to be upgraded as they are looking a little old and tired - especially the bathrooms

Just returned from a 4 night stay here at the Hilton. We really enjoyed our stay here, excellent hotel in an excellent location! Staff throughout were polite and helpful, room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable! The room had everything you would need, iron, minibar, safe and all bathroom essentials as you would expect from a Hilton. The pool area and beach were really nice. Breakfast was excellent, great range and seemed fresh. Overall a great stay and we would return/recommend.

Only issue we had was there was a 'wet carpet' smell in the room. It basically smelt like the carpet had been washed not dried properly. We did report this and they were willing to give us a new room but as we had unpacked and it wasn't too off putting we just decided to stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent, rooms are pleasantly decorated, well equipped and our room had a really good view. Very good choice at breakfast and a good selection in the executive lounge. Paid a visit to the Trader Vixs restaurant which we really enjoyed and would definitely recommend.

We changed from a kingsize room to a twin room for an earlier check-in but found the room too compact and on the small side so was a little disappointed that we hadn't waited.

I have stayed here many times - mostly because of the staff and the location of the hotel which are both excellent. Zahid from house keeping kept my room pristine and fully stocked with water every day - much needed in the soaring heat of August!!!

every time i stay i mention the fact that staff allow guests to reserve sunbeds around the pool and surrounding areas when there is a notice clearly saying this is not allowed? Many people place towels on sunbeds as early as 7.00am and dont actually use them until lunchtime??? why cant the staff remove these towels?? why is this still happenng?

A nice hotel, excellent cleanliness, great facilities, very good location and very friendly staff. We arrived early and were allowed to check-in early which we were very grateful for given that we were exhausted having travelled overnight.

The choice of food has been a little better in other hotels I have stayed at in Dubai.

Location, screens for watching sport great!! Executive lounge made the breakfast a dignified start to the day

Struggled to get a sunbed at the weekends Restaurant buffet long queues at times and sometimes staff were delayed in getting drinks

Really comfortable room with nice lighting, great location, nice pool, quiet gym with a nice view, very clean.

Facilities could do with a refresh. The lighting in the restaurant (Trader Vics) was very dark and gloomy. The staff seemed to want to sell the most expensive options instead of offering helpful assistance and most of them didn't seem to know the area well to be able to offer good advice.

Great location for the beach, Jumeirah Walk, restaurants and touring Dubai. Lovely hotel with a great pool, lobby, service and room.

The beach bar closed at 9pm, meaning I couldn’t have a cold beer in the hot night air, listening to the waves lapping the shore “.
