Our stay at Blue Beach Tower JBR was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach—and the facilities are excellent, including the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. Everything was top-notch. We would like to thank the entire team for their great service, and especially Miss Von at the front desk, who made our stay truly special. She was extremely kind and helpful—she arranged a fantastic upgrade to a beautiful apartment for us, helped with our luggage, and allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. She truly went above and beyond. We are very grateful and highly recommend her. Thank you so much, Von!

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The service was excellent, and they were provided keys within few minutes of our arrival. This apartment is in a perfect spot. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing, with a clear view of full sea view. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll be back with my family! The apartment design was better than in pictures and was super clean, with great attention to detail, and the staff was really great. Staffs, Von, Nor, David and Jason are superb. If we have request, the housekeeping bring it very fast. and Big thanks for two girls which is Russian and Filipina, they give a smooth check out and conceirge help us with luggage Jalal. Shukran

Apartment was a lot bigger than anticipated, for three adults we had ample space for ourselves, our luggage, and plenty of washing facilities. Although a little dated, the beds were super comfortable, we all slept so well! There is a Thai spa massage place on level 2 (in the other tower building) which was really convenient, a 24 hour supermarket also and security were always downstairs by the front entrance. You felt safe, and staff were amazing (housekeeping and reception staff). I would recommend downloading the app 'careem' as you can order taxi's, order food, etc. Location is amazing, 6 minute walk to JBR beach. When ordering taxis, I would recommend walking around the back of the building, on the main road to avoid sitting in 10 mins traffic. The pool area is really nice too, there wasn't enough photos of this but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The booking also included airport pick up which was a convenient, smooth and hassle free process, thank you!

We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night (3am) and we were on the 38th floor, but it was a technical glitch. The staff were amazing however, and got us back to our room, however the siren didn't go off until 4.50am, but as a goodwill gesture they sent everyone a huge fruit basket the following morning. The pool area is mostly shaded, but it was heated, sun usually shines down there between 11.30am (ish) - 2pm. when we first arrived the apartment did smell a bit smokey, however we get manage to air it out - that, or we just got used to the smell.

Hotel located in JBR (the best touristic zone of Dubai) near the best restaurants, best clubs and on of the best beach of city. You can use Taxi and Also use tram to get to metro station and the transportation is not any problem for anyone, 5 min walk reach you to marina and it is an extra activity and options for anyone. At the Hollidays the Zone has heavy traffic that also natural cause many people from everywhere of Country wants be there .

I loved the bed, the bath-tube, the staff, the breakfast was really great, the location amazing! Even though hotel has its own swimming pool area I wanted smthg a bit more beautiful aesthetically. Due to its great location, there is Rixos hotel just in front where u can go and enjoy nice swimming pool or sunbathing if you like - for additional cost of course. I also had to extend my stay due to the cancelled flight and booked lower class room, however the staff was flexible to let me keep the same room - I really appreciated it.

The hotel/appartement building is a bit old and that’s the reason I guess why there was a mold/humidity smell in my room at least. Couldn’t sleep the first night due to this. My friend who does real estate told it is a common issue here in the older buildings. If u have the same issue I recommend buying simple cheapest coffee beans or grains and put it next to your bed. For me it helped a lot. Also the pictures of the window view were not really accurate - would be nice if hotel can adjust that to align guests expectations.

After 8 visit to Dubai I finally found a place where I will be returning. Absolutely the best value for money I have experienced. Amazing location, amazing huge modern rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, perfect wifi, well equipped fitness center etc, proximity to the beach is like 1 minute walk...

The rooms were huge, clean, comfortable. Full huge kitchen, huge living room, furniture modern and comfortable, plenty of fast elevators, friendly staff, location was excellent, safe area and plenty of restaurants around, very close to the beach and transportation is available. I would honestly recommend for families

I will repeat on my next trip to Dubai. Spacious, clean and super big apartment, It was very pleasant to stay at blue beach tower . Very quiet neighborhood and very kind staff aya thank you ♥
