My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Dubai was truly a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with care. The hotel was impeccably clean, and its prime location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury and comfort.

While my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Dubai was overall fantastic, the checkout experience left a bitter taste. When I requested assistance arranging a taxi or Uber to the airport, I was told it was a busy day, and they couldn’t guarantee a ride. This explanation felt dismissive. When my wife followed up, they suddenly offered the hotel’s vehicle for an exorbitant price of 550 AED, compared to a private chauffeur service available for just 180 AED with a luxurious Mercedes Vito. This gave the impression that they were trying to take advantage of the situation, which was disappointing and tarnished an otherwise wonderful experience.

We loved the Layout of our bedroom and balcony, with exceptional views of the Landscaping, and sunsets over the sea, I also loved the layout of the swimming pool. The staff are so attentive and friendly, they remembered our names and preferences, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent, we enjoyed the stroll to the metro (10 to 15 minutes walk) and from there we could reach everywhere we wanted to visit. In the evenings we walked ‘the walk’ which starts on the doorstep of the hotel and leads you past countless restaurants, shops, street sellers etc. all open late. I also love the vertical farm on site.

The Only improvement that I can think of is that it would be nice to have a tap or some form of foot wash as you exit the beach to remove the sand.

There was an excellent selection at the breakfast buffet. You should look no further if you plan to stay on JBR since this property has the best beach area. Other resorts on the same beach line have massive amount of people next to each other. In comparison to Ritz Carlton, which has a HUGE and long beach area, where it's very protected by security, so that outside people don't go in, and also all the sunbeds are spread out creating an intimate experience unlike the other resorts on the same beach line. Also, this property has excellent location because once you get off from the Sheikh Zayed Road in the evening you can quickly get to the property without being stuck in traffic for long unlike getting to other hotels that are further.

This hotel is on the older side, however, it is clear that the staff and management tries VERY hard to keep its facilities clean and very well-maintained. My only concern is to change up the towels in the La Beiau lounge, and also the carpet in the bathroom because they have already had its use. Other than that for this hotel's age it's VERY well maintained, and we love coming back here. It was our 3rd time at this property in Dubai.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this beautiful hotel. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, the dishes are international and freshly prepared. The beach is wonderful with comfortable loungers, the beach staff serves free water and small snacks. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, very attentive and compent, the guest is always the focus. Particulary noteworthy is the fantastic breakfast room staff and the professionell room maintennance team, (Nabaraj , Keshav ). If I could give mor than a 10 I would. This was the third time we have stayed inthe great hotel and we will be here again next September.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations and more. The staff were very friendly and the service was exceptional. They were on hand day and night to assist you.Location was perfect and the hotel in every area was spotless. I will most definatly be coming back to this hotel.

There was nothing at all i disliked . I stayed here for 1 week and not 1 complaint from myself.

Nothing everything was great

We had a best New Years Eve ever. The staff is helpful and polite. Three restaurants provide excellent food. The views from the property are amazing. Private beach, beautiful garden, warm pool. Close to The Walk and to Marina. Rooms spacious with a nice view. Unforgettable breakfast!

The hotel did not provide us with bonvoy points as we booked through booking.com instead of booking directly with them, also there were no changes possible as we did not book directly with them. My first room had a sea view, but unfortunately hotel Five is under construction so the noise was hard to stand.

It's very uncomfortable to stay in this hotel if you are of a different colour because we have been asked by the security guards, lifeguards, and waiters if we are staying at that hotel almost every day!! It felt like the hotel was not used to people of colours staying there. Even at one point, the life guard was not willing to give us service, which was so rude, and we have already complained to the management. Also, the room has a bad damp smell too.

The place is very comfortable, suitable for those of you who are bored because of work
