This was my 5th stay at this accommodation and I can tell you that no place will beat this! From the breakfast, to the pool, to the room - it’s worth every dirham! Nothing will beat the service though, they are INCREDIBLE and the loveliest people you will ever meet! Stop looking and book here - you will not regret!

Location was excellent. Room was beautiful. Facilities were beyond fabulous!

this isn't a complaint as it was sooo hot - but the room's air con was freezing - which was nice but sometimes too cold - again - not really a complaint but the only thing I could think of!

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped. The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked. The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax. One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated. Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.

From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left the hotel, everyone was so wonderful with us and we felt overwhelmed with all the kindness and superior level of service! My family and i had a wonderful experience and the hotel staff are simply amazing. A special shoutout to Mr. Anuj, Mr. Abhi and Ms. Maria for their amazing support! You guys were amazing in every way and we appreciate everything you’ve done to make this trip so special! I don’t want to forget anyone, but even the security staff were fantastic! I would give this hotel more than 10/10, but unfortunately I can’t! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Dubai! The service standard is above standard as i’ve been to many 5 star hotels in Dubai, i have to say, Le Royale Meridien have set the standard so high! Well done guys! Afternoon tea at the Royal Tower section was more like a help yourself running buffet with young guests in actual beach ware. This lowered the tone for such an outstanding hotel.

All your employees are friendly and helpful, they care about their jobs very much. Give them some space, they are very afraid of making mistakes.

It is felt that there is a lot of pressure on the employees.

We loved every moment of our stay at this resort. The pools are beautiful and there is access to the beach with service to the beach chairs. The buffet food was amazing. The service from the staff was the best part of our stay. They upgraded our room for free to a sea-view room and gave us a complimentary cake and romantic setup for our honeymoon. They also discounted the buffet price for us. They were so welcoming and accomodating, we would definitely come back.

The price for laundry service was expensive so we did our own laundry.

1. The staff were excellent - always courteous, professional and helpful. This seems to be common across all staff and management we met. Congratulations to your staff and your training programmes. 2. The Club Room & Gravity Bar were convenient for the family breakfast, afternoon refreshments and pre-dinner cocktail. 3. The grounds of the hotel are very peasant and well kept 4. The choice of restaurants in the Hotel complex was very good. Highlights were Indya, La Strega, The Beam. The Beach Bar was a highlight and is very well managed. 5. Help with transport to the airport when for all of my family.

1. I have no complaints with the hotel experience and it is impossible to identify any aspect that I did not like. 2. A problem of my own making was that I made the family bookings in three separate reservations - BA, Direct with Hotel and Booking.COM. This was my mistake as I did not appreciate that airport transport is included with certain booking methods and not all. Your Manager was very helpful to me in sorting this out. 2. Our vacation coincided with Eid which meant that the hotel was fully booked and busy particularly around the pool. This is not a hotel problem it is just that I prefer quieter periods (as we experienced in 2024).

We returned to Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa for the first time in 18th months and were very much treated like members of the family. We love staying in the Tower and especially as we were given the same room as last time! Our room was always cleaned beautifully and water replenished everyday. We made use of the Tower Lounge for afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks and the staff there were always very helpful and polite. We loved the breakfasts and international buffets at Brassiere 2.0 and had to exercise temperance because you could eat forever! Hassnain, our Tower Concierge, sang Happy Birthday to me on my big day and Charlene always looked after us when we visited Shades.

A bit of maintenance work inside the hotel that started too early in the morning for our liking but other than that, I can't think of anything.

Excellent resort, with multiple restaurants, three pools and a vast beach area. Everything was top notch, particularly the friendliness of the staff. Amazing breakfast. Amenities at the beach (regularly offering you cool treats). Spacious and well appointed room. Always busy, but never overcrowded.

The view from our room was pretty non-existent. But, considering we had a VERY early check-in, this was a reasonable trade-off. Traffic in the area can get pretty epic at times.
