The location is perfect: close to the tram and metro, in the lively area of the marina, close to the beach (10min walk). The bed was super comfy, the shears clean and nice. The bathroom worked well. The blackout curtains were a lifesaver in the bedroom, and the storage space for clothes was enough. The balcony is great, especially the flowers there and the option to sit outside in the sun before noon. The pool was okay, hasn’t seen the gym. Overall the building is on the older side, but the apartment has had a “facelift”, so it’s good. The staff is also very accommodating and welcoming, will definitely come again!

The seating area in the living room is a bit lacking — the sofa is not very comfortable and there is no chair, so it is difficult to sit and talk. The dining table is also very narrow, so it’s either eating in a noisy balcony (with the view but over the street), or on this bar table. The ventilation also doesn’t do much while cooking at home, so be prepared for the food smell in the living room (just close the door to the bedroom). Other than that everything was great, and those small things didn’t offset the pleasure that we had while staying in the apartment.

Staying in this apartment in Dubai Marina was an outstanding experience! The location is perfect, close to all key attractions. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making my arrival even more pleasant. The apartment’s interior is modern and elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Dubai.

The pre check in procedure is unusual with a deposit required. Security staff at the reception in the tower weren’t friendly.
