There wasn’t anything for dishwasher and washing machine. They said that I should buy it by myself. I don’t want to buy the stuff for one night staying. But I need to wash my clothes and dishes after cooking.

Location of the Hotel

There was no restaurant at the hotel. The only restaurant they have is outsourced and does not serve any buffet breakfast. The washrooms are too small.

A little bit of noise because I was on the first floor , I could hear the train or cars sometimes…

The room is very clean comfortable and spacious with a very comfortable bed and with spacious balcony with great city view. I was able to use the Laundry Machine and I liked the quality of the iron board and iron box that came in very handy for me as a business traveler that needed to straighten suit shirts. Bathroom provisions were sufficient and quality. The location is pristine. The staff were very kind and professional. The two ladies and two gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and made our stay special. The gentlemen at concierge were great and they helped us a great deal with transport arrangements and Baggage. A gentleman in black suit at the lobby area, probably security, was very warm to us and always very welcoming.

Breakfast at the restaurant can be better. Even though they went to great length to make us comfortable, the breakfast options can be better enhanced. It would be good to have an overhead shower separate from bath tab, space allowing. This is convenient for speedy freshening up when in a hurry. Internet was available but the speeds were not great. TV was nice and working but casting could not connect. Housekeeping was always done a bit late. This can be considered for mid morning.

we booked a studio, but then it turned out that studios are all situated on 1-2 floors, and overlook a busy road (aroud 15-20 lanes). So we upgraded to a 1-bedroom room on 15th floor and were very happy with it. The balcony was situated towards that same road, and it was very noisy (the staff said it is not noisy, OK)), so we didn`t have a chance to enjoy the balcony. The sunset view was nice. The kitchen is nice, with a full sized fridge, a microwave, a stove. I would suggest to not book breakfast, you can just go down to the lebanon cafe downstairs and order a breakfast for less money, or go somewhere else, or eat in the room. The pool is nothing special, no view, nothing fancy, and the sun was shining in only until 12-1pm (January). However we loved the water temperature of 30 degrees! Staff was nice and helpful. Location is great, if your windows don`t face directly the noisy road.

The staff was very friendly, from the time we arrived , we were received very warmly. We got upgraded from a studio apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment. Very grateful for that, we traveled with a toddler and an infant so the upgrade came in very handy , more room to manage the kids. A crib was immediately provided which was great. Special shout to Mr Piumbiri, he was very helpful, from the moment we dropped off our cab, he went over and beyond to settle us in, helping us get what we needed both from the hotel and outside. Mr Piumbiri, you made our trip extra special.

The restaurant at the hotel had a limited variety of food. Nonetheless the location of the hotel is within walking distance, literally less than 10 mins walk to Marina Mall where you can pretty much order anything.

The stay was just as expected. The location was excellent, and the one-bedroom suite was very comfortable. The balcony was a real highlight — spacious and offered a great view. The pool and gym were decent, though nothing extraordinary.

The blankets and pillows weren’t very clean — I really hope more attention can be given to their cleanliness. Also, I was staying in a one-bedroom unit that’s meant to accommodate four people, so a sofa bed should really be included as standard. When I requested one, I was told it would cost 150 AED per night, which felt quite expensive.

There are so many good things I can write about my stay, but here are the things that I liked the most: - Location is perfect. Everything is accessible by feet: 2 mins to Marina promenade, 2 mins to the metro and tram stations, 5 mins to Marina Mall, 20 mins to the beach). - There's a nice street food Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel (one of the best in Dubai in my opinion) and a small Starbucks. Also, there are a couple of grocery stores around the corner. - The staff is amazing: very professional, friendly and responsive. Whatever we asked for we got immediately. The cleaning team is so good! I don't think I've ever seen the cleaning team paying so much attention to the details while doin their job. Pool team is very friendly, engaging and they definitely like children! - Pool area is very nice. It looks stylish, has a nice view. There's a children pool and children playground there. Also, a small bar and a lounge area where you can eat. - Everything is very clean and well maintained. - We got a free room upgrade and a cake because of our wedding anniversary. Lovely! - We stayed in 1-bedroom apartment, it was pretty spacious and comfortable and it looked better than on the pictures. - Our view to Marina and the sea was lovely! - There are beach towels and beach bags available on reception if you want to got to JBR beach to swim. I would definitely stay here again!

There's no perfect hotel for me, so, I'll add a couple of things here, too: - The pictures here are a bit misleading. As I've already mentioned above, the apartment looks better in real life than on the pictures - it's more stylish and it's bigger. But the balconies are smaller in the real life despite that according to the pictures the balconies seem to be pretty big. - There's a lack of information about the things available for the guest of the hotel. For example, I didn't know about beach towels/beach bags or free water/coffee near the pool before asking. So, feel free to ask the staff and I bet you'll get whatever you want.

Ideal location for us, staff very helpful and welcoming, especially Min on the front desk and the lifeguards who kept providing us with water and coffee. Although booked for breakfast I can’t comment on it as we never actually had breakfast and went out most days. The rooms have everything In that you need for your stay. Rooms are a bit tired and furniture could do either upgrading A lack of sockets in the rooms, when you located one they’re awkwardly placed, thankfully my straighteners are cordless. Some USB sockets would be good

location is perfect, apartment size is good

i was walking from shobha metro station to hotel with my luggage around 12PM. i do see the hotel big sign board on building it self but couldn’t find the pathway for pedestrian to enter the hotel premisses, so i have to walk all around the building in bright sunshine with luggage, finally found small entry passage. i have asked at reception why it so, he replied sir there is the entry from main road, i asked him please show me, then he showed me the motor way entrance. this is unusual for big hotel, motor way usually not for pedestrian or it can be if there is a proper passage.
