Lugar FORMIDABLE. Spectacular. Great location, just next to Metro Shioba and the Marina. Spermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants close by. The apartment was huge. Big living, big and greatly equipped kitchen, very big bedroom; big bathroom and second WC room. Very quiet and calm. Amazing staff. It is just the perfect place. Fr the same money, just as an example, in places like France or the UK, you will get 15 squaed meters, if you are lucky. The gym is great; the pool area is also very nice with a shallow splashy splash pool for kids. I travelled with my son and we had a great time. 100% recommendable.

Spacious apartments - 1 large living room with the balcony, 2 bedrooms with the private bathrooms/toilets, kitchen with the large ref, dishwasher and washing machine. Great location - near the Sobha Metro station, Dubai Marina tram station and water vehicles point. Close to Dubai Marina Mall, JBR beach, various supermarkets (Spinney, Carrefour and others) and numerous cafe/restaurants. Great view from the apartments to the marina port, good promenade for walking. Friendly staff and everyday cleaning. Heated pool outside. Equipped gym and table tennis inside.

Deposit in amount of 100 USD. The furniture needs renewing. The bottled drink water was only upon check-in - they don't bring the new one after the first day. This is the the best international practice when you give the new drink water to the guests. There are some problems with the ventilation system in the bathrooms/toilets - the steam doesn't go away after the shower, so, the high humidity inside. Because of this, traces of mold are visible on the ceiling and curtain. Besides, the few days there was a terrible smell in the both bathroom, like someone of your neighbours are cooking, but all smells go to your apartments. Obviously, it should be fixed, as you pay a lot of money for the comfortable staying.

This apartment hotel is in an extremely convenient location. It is within an easy walking distance (300m) to Sohba station if you want to catch a train to shops and malls. It is alo an easy 700m walk to Dubai Marina Mall. There are any number of restaurants and cafes along the Marina walk and a large Spinneys supermarket. where you can stock up to cook in the apartments kitchen. The staff are very welcoming and always have a smile and friendly greeting every time you pass by them. The air conditioning as soon as youbwalk through the front door is also a welcome relief.

There is no blind or curtain on the large kitchen window which is a little off putting at night.

I recently booked a three-bedroom apartment at Marina Hotel Apartments to celebrate my 40th birthday and to welcome myself back to Dubai after a long vacation in the Philippines. I chose this hotel apartment to enjoy more bonding time with my friends, to cook and savor as much food as we wanted, and most importantly, to take in the stunning view of the Dubai Marina Yachts from the balcony. I am incredibly grateful to the very kind hotel manager, Mr. Hani Farahat. I booked the duplex and requested the best view, and Mr. Hani graciously upgraded me to unit 1602, which exceeded my expectations. The view was absolutely amazing, and all my friends who visited were equally impressed. We’re already planning to book it again for another staycation and more bonding time. The master bedroom is spacious with a perfect view, and the queen bed and twin bed rooms also offer amazing views and comfortable beds. Me and my family stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for 10 days, i really enjoyed my stay it felt like home. The apartment was really spacious and clean with a great view of the marina and well equipped kitchen.the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, supermarket and drugstore across the street. Walking distance from metro station. I will definetly choose marina hotel apartment in my next visit to dubai

We stayed in a 3br apartment with panoramic view of Marina. Location was very good not great. Because it wasn’t in a walking distance to Marina mall and the Walk street. Rooms were clean and big and the furniture was nice and amenities were nice. The only thing that needs to be improved was the windows sealing. You could hear road noise all the time. Staff were helpful. The parking is free and easy to use. Nice place to stay for a big family.

Everything was almost perfect. We had a wonderful stay at Marina Hotel Apartments in Dubai. The spacious, well-equipped apartment offered stunning views of the Marina, and its prime location near Marina Walk made dining and shopping easily accessible. The attentive staff ensured our comfort throughout. All in all it was a great experience. 

Lack of outlets - particularly in the bathroom. They ran a wire underneath the carpet from one end of the room to the other to power some lights.

The property and the people running it are amazing..anything I write is less for prsise them..the location and view from the floor is heaven..amazing eateries along the promenade plus supermarkets for daily items nearby...and special mention to the housekeeping staff who were corteus enough to clean our room at 10 in the night because my little daughter had regurgitated the milk all along the bed..thank u for everything

Just that the 2 bhk apartment doesn't have a balcony overlooking the marina which they have written already..

In Dubai marina, overlooking the meandering Marina walk -you can walk to and are spoilt for choice with the thousands of fancy and normal restaurants all along the walk. 2 min across the road is Sobha Realty Metro station which is the Red line to the centre of Dubai( Burj and Souks 30 -45min ) and the airport ( 45 min to 1 hr) . You can get to the JBR Tram service and via that to Palm monorail from the nearby Dubai Marina Tram station. Taxis easily available by flagging them down or via Careem app. The hotel apartments are manned 24 /7. Very quiet , many lifts. We had a 10th floor, 2 bedroom family apartment. Fabulous marina view from bedrooms esp lit up at night. Total blackout curtains. Spacious with ensuites + another separate toilet . Large living dining with Balcony overlooking city. Kitchen has crockery cutlery and basic utensils, no condiments. Has microwave kettle, toaster Dishwasher, Washing machine , airer, iron& board. Daily cleaning and bedmaking service. Powerful air-conditioning in all rooms. Good WiFi. The amount of space and comfort in the apartment is very relaxing and enhanced our holiday

Minor issues :Coffee mugs needed alongside cups please. Towels are a bit worn and tired. Wider variety of international TV channels would be welcome
