Perfect location in marina. Good choice of food at breakfast with no queuing and hot food cooked fresh for you. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. We were there for family birthday celebration and they upgraded us to a penthouse suite on arrival and decorated room, made a cake and also left bottles of beer for us. Outstanding customer service

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. The staff is exceptional every time! Special thanks to Janet and Halima at the front desk for always being so professional and helpful during my stays, you two are wonderful and thank you for all the recommendations of things to do with my Father! This time I visited with my Father, which it was his first time visits the UAE. The team exceeded my expectations with a special warm welcome for my Father. Upon arrival our room was ready and we had been upgraded to a room with balcony. A welcome fruit basket with cookies, and chocolates and special note awaited my Father. This made his entire trip! He felt so welcomed from day one and is in love with this hotel and staff - he is looking forward to returning to the Dubai Marriott Harbour, he says. Overall the hotel is great, the suites are very large making it the perfect accommodation for anyone or those traveling with family. I love that you can just walk down the front steps of the hotel and cross the street and your on the Marina Walk. You have everything you need close by grocery, pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, bars, beach, coffee shops, mall, you name it. WiFi works great if you need to get some things done online or are traveling for work. I also enjoy that they allow the delivery services (e.g. Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) to deliver to room at any time, which is great for when you don't feel like going anywhere. Lastly, it is very easy to get taxi or Uber from the hotel main entrance. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the entire staff, you all are amazing!

Excellent communication , they stored our bags until check in, as we arrived early. The appartment was amazing with a balcony view of marina, large living room, spacious bedrooms all with ensuites and better than expected. The location was great, with a number of restaurants and supermarkets near hotel. The staff looked after us and provided good information about area and services and treated us like VIPs for our entire stay. We would definitely stay again.

i was upgraded to the 48flr which has beautiful views from both the palm and marina views. but the room was not yet renovated and the furnishing was kind of dated and old. but overall, we enjoy every moment during our stay at the hotel.

The hotels location is fantastic, given the proximity to the dubai harbour, the marina, to supermarkets and eateries. The staff was great throughout our stay and did their best to accommodate us for all requests. From John at the front desk, to Brown in guest relations, to Arun at the bell desk and the rest of the team were really great. The counter culture cafe had great breakfast options and a great cappuccino! Observatory was a great restaurant with great views of the palm.

Houskeeping could have been a little more attentive to some details while cleaning as they sometimes missed one or two areas.

The apartment was cleaned daily including doing the dishes, also had bottles of drinking water and fresh towels provided daily which was nice. We just weren't sure if the sheets were changed during our 5night stay as it wasn't changed after our first night and every other time the rooms were cleaned in our absence. All the staff were nice and very helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast.food was always cold and didn’t have much variety. Bathroom amenities found new improve.

the hotel suites are located very conveniently for me and the suite itself was very large: two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, ironing room and more. For one person, staying just one night, I couldnt fully use the space but maybe next time I will. The view over the marina (as seen in my photo) is taken from floor 26, where I was located.

the ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom could have been bigger. The windows needed cleaning outside.

The room was really nice and the view excellent (facing the harbor and palm). Very spacious and modern and the staff was really nice and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice with a fantastic veiw (53rd floor). Also, the marina is right outside where walking around and trying various restaurants is very nice.

The hotel was great, but we decided to visit in the end of June, which is too hot. But that has nothing to do with the hotel, obviously. The only negative thing was the travel agent in the lobby. When asked about prices for waterparks, jetski tours and other activities, he always said double the price that we wound up paying after booking online.

I loved that the rooms are spacious and walking distance to shops, restaurants, with a great view.

one bedroom suite only came with king bed, I asked for a room with 2 twin beds during the booking as I was sharing the room with my sister. The hotel should have explained that they have 2 beds in 2 bedroom suites. It was not a big deal for us since the bed was large enough for us to share comfortably. Also, there was construction noise that I was warned about occurring during the day. If you sleep in late, it can be annoying.
