This was not a Five Star hotel in our opinion.. I should be classified 10 star... Simply world class service in every single way. The reception staff were incredible, cleaning staff exceptional and the dining room staff out of this world. Half board food was delicious, steak, prawns, different world dishes every day. We loved it. Not a single complaint about anything.

The worst thing about this hotel was leaving it!

This is a 10 Stars Hotel not just 5, It’s huge and literally a Luxury Hotel. There is no word would describe the service unbelievably amazing. The smell of this hotel in every place inside it including the room is got is amazing. The bed is so so so so comfortable i would rate the quality 10/10. The room decoration is wonderful. The room service dinning in services is amazing and the waiters are so respectful that one day i forgot to remove the DND and ordered some food they did not knock the door or ring the bell, they called me and informed me that the guy is in front of my door waiting for me to take the food, RESPECT. The amenities in the room are high quality and has a nice smell i really liked the Mambo Tree Toothbrush.. The concierge 10/10 The valet parking: I never waited at the door they just come right at you to take it immediately.. Professional There is a supermarket in the lobby. Nearby shops and supermarkets, Al-Marsa and Marina is just nearby and you can go from the door of the hotel within steps you can enjoy the view of It, i really enjoyed it. JBR within mins you’ll be there.. I came as a Honeymooner and once i informed them they upgraded my room to an apartment thank you for the two girls who were in the reception at night shift they were so nice with us and assured that special arrangements will be done to my room with a special cake which was very tasty and the flowers was a nice gesture. A special thanks for Mr. Griffin and Mr. Sam this hotel is lucky to have them really.. Thank you so much and thanks to the management you made my stay amazing. Regards,

As soon as you pull up to the hotel we were greeted by the front of house staff who were all exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous, yet relaxing. The rooms were perfect. Good size. Lovely balcony with a great view. The bed was super comfortable and extra large. The service was impeccable at breakfast and guest concierge were great. Ideal location to get around Dubai and close to the marina for a stroll. The breakfast choices were amazing and the food quality perfect, cannot fault it and one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. Spa and gym were great with good facilities. The restaurants are good too, would highly recommend Indego by Vineet!

Difficult to access tower 2 for the gym, there was a bridge across but not helpful as then had to go down to walk to another set of lifts to go back up. Easier to just walk across the way. The gym in tower 1 was closed when we were there and the spa is also in tower 2.

Excellent location,did not try the breakfast! Room was so big,clean and nice.

Would have been nice to have some more English channels on the TV like BBC1

Everything, the location was perfect right in the middle of the marina and the layout was beautiful the smell of the fragrance when you walked in from outside was top tier 10/10

Exceptional hotel! Peaceful and luxurious Lux bedding and amenities. Very good housekeeping Valet parking included (very well run by the valet team) Pool area very nice attentive service - go Sakib! Hammam/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room no extra charge Sienna restaurant is amazing If you are choosing between Le Royal Meridien and here, this is a nicer hotel and more professional also closer to the marina. LRM also nice but more resort feel. Best to stay here and go there if you want to check out beach

Thanking all the hotel staff for another amazing stay at the best hotel in the world. As always the facilities were amazing but what is most impressive is the continued to dedication to excellent service that goes beyond your expectation. Much of this can be attributed to the standards driven by Laura Zanoli the executive assistant manager who greets visitors and sets these standards. Special recognition should also go to Thea Issa who helped us with a small confusion in our booking, Joan Macapagal who helped us a great deal organising the booking and Daniel on guest services who was amazingly warm and approachable throughout our stay. The most amazing thing about this hotel is despite being fully booked and the scale of the number of guests they have they continue to make the effort to make your stay personable and an intimidate connection with their guests. From someone who doesn’t have family, they really do make you feel like you are part of their family and it’s very unique and special! They recognise if you have also stayed there before with small details such as welcome notes personalised to you and do their best to accommodate you when you have been travelling for a number of hours. Whilst the hotel has hundreds of staff they all make an effort to greet you positively upon any interaction and even use your name. The hotel and the service is unrivalled in its excellence! I cannot thank everyone enough!

I think this is the best hotel I have stayed in. 10/10. Massive, two-tower hotel/residence complex in the Dubai Marina district. Excellent location. You can even walk around the area, which is quite rare.. Numerous restaurants and bars on the premises, some top notch. Exceptional luxury service. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend the junior suite, which also gives you access to the Level 5 Lounge; definitely worth the upgrade. The staff were exceptional. From the airport pick up, to check in, then concierge service, lounge staff. Components and thanks to all. Choosing this hotel is a guarantee of a good stay on Dubai. It’s not cheap, but you get what you paid for, and more. Will absolutely return.
