I recently stayed at Dusit Princess Residences Dubai Marina for the second time last year, and it was a delightful experience! The hotel's convenient location in Dubai Marina offers stunning views and easy access to attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The staff members are courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, adding a personal touch to the stay.

Excellent location! Just next to the Marina. Staff is very friendly.. catered to our requests very quickly. Special thanks to Zaw in the reception and the house keeping staff. Special mention of Edgar (security staff member) who is helping us with our phone that we forgot in the property. Thank you!

Kitchen facilities (accessories) could be better. However, the requests were addressed quickly.

Excellent location

It wasn’t as luxurious as it looks in the pictures

The location was right by the marine and food and shop. On reception Janus was exceptionally helpful & accommodating to us and all the staff were brilliant. The apartment was very large and very well stocked with soaps/shampoos and only had to ask if needed the towels changed.

The kitchen was not well organised - not enough cutlery/plates. The kettle was dangerous and leaked hot water over the user. There was building work right beside withe lots of dust which was all over the seats/cushions on the balcony - there was no advice of this work and it was noisy especially at night. The balcony was quite small so not easy for more than one person to access.

Very spacious, clean and in a fantastic location the views of the marina were fabulous.

The only thing was the building work going on below they started banging very early in the morning and into the evening . Another little thing was the sunbeds people put towels on to save the beds which was very annoying especially when there was a limited number of beds in the sun.

Very good location for Dubai Marina. Easy access with car. Always available parking slot. Next to promenade. Carefur store available in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Amusing view from 27th floor. Thank to the staff to confrim our request for high floor level. Water, coffee, tea available.

TV is not available. Very basic tools in the kitchen but for short stay was OK.

It’s clean and the stuff very friendly and helpful.

The kids is not well equipped I love cooking and missed this as some amenities are not available

In the 3 bedroom apartment, only one of the rooms have an on suite bathroom. The other ones are outside. Not ideal. But not a deal breaker.

The location was really good. We didnt expect the 2 bedroom to be so big but it was all we needed for a 10 day stay. I came back home with no laundry, cooked meals and had family dinners in the place. Wished we could just moved in. The view was amazing and my two toddlers just watched the boats pass by on the Marina.

At the end, we were asked to pay for a faulty ice tray that was already broken and was asked to pay 235 AED! We pushed back as it was already broken and was let off. So word of advise, make sure you immediately report anything that is not working right after check in. It's irregular and weird but better be safe than sorry!
