Location is excellent - On the Marina and close / short walk to the beach. The hotel team/staff were fantastic - Very accommodating and nothing too much trouble.. ....though, surprisingly, they didn't know too much on how to get to places of interest!(?) Breakfast was good and varied - The catering team were always more than happy to cook anything on request! Plenty of choices! crepes, omelettes, waffles, various types and tastes of buffets to choose from... .....sitting outside, having breakfast on the marina was a perfect way to start the day! Please regard my observations as minor! - Overall, a great hotel, competitively priced, with all the required fundamental facilities, offering a very enjoyable stay, argueably the best hotel in the marina within the price range and room type!

Pool was still under going maintenance & development, with limited access! You might want to seek clarity when it will be fininshed? Furniture, fixtures & fittings within the room were very tired! TV tech is also dated. Hotel could use options here for SMART TV technology allowing USB and mobile phone mirroring onto the TV - Note - Only 2-3 English speaking channels for those of us looking for this (News channels!!) Suite windows could use a clean - Some were thick with dust & dirt!! **Top tip for all ** --- Take a socket extension lead- (You won't regret it) - Deluxe suite had VERY limited sockets already in use for fridge and microwave! No spare sockets for phone recharge, tablets etc as a typical suite would offer!

Sadly our room got flooded which was nobody’s fault and upgraded us to a bigger room however the views we had in the previous room was much better

location was very proximal to public transportation, mall, plus the marina, room service i liked, housekeeping and staff at the ground were very helpful indeed worth returning here in the cooler months

wifi could be improved. also maybe you could consider offfering service of licensed beverage as some guests would enjoy, even if there is alcohol store at the mall, but everything else is great for us

The best was I must say the staff! Especially those who are at the door helping with the luggage. So kind and always supportive. I had some questions prior to our arrival. Those were always answered very promptly. The bed was big and comfy. Quite good equipped gym.

Well the apartments are not the newest anymore. Renovations need to take place quite soon. In our bathroom there was a strong annoying smell.

Located in new area of Dubai Marina. Lovely location - size of one bedroom apartment excellent. WiFi terrible, TV reception terrible. Unable to link our laptop to TV to watch paid TV etc... Rooms serviced daily, however did not replace toilet paper! Had to ask several times via front desk. They all said certainly but no one came until I personally went down to reception. Gym good size with array of equipment. Lovely pool area. Easy access to the Dubai Marina area. Access to the older parts of Dubai at least a 40 minute train ride away. So just take this into consideration. Great to have washing machine in room for clothes.

Lack of learning implements after cooking. We had to buy sponges, dishwashing liquid to clean up our dishes and cooking utensils from breakfast etc..

Cleanliness, proximity to beach and supermarket, Responsive for everything. One of the bell boys unknowingly broke the wheel of our luggage and the hotel replaced our luggage with a new one in a couple of days. Thank you !!

Property was comfortable and clean and staff were amazing and attentive. Good location close to the marina and palm. Lunch options from the restaurant and room service was delicious and good portion size.

The hotel staff (receptionists, butlers, restaurant staff) were absolutely fantastic from the moment we got there until we had left. They were always smiling, greeting us, asking if we were okay or needed anything. They were always happy to help! Our standard apartment got upgraded to the deluxe apartment when we arrived which was so lovely! The breakfast was great- there were some food options that would be offered every day and some options would change daily which was nice. They always had fresh fruit and juice. Staff were observing and were straight over if they thought we needed anything. You get a lovely view of the Marina too if you choose to sit outside for breakfast by the pools. The rooms get cleaned regularly and even the general cleanliness of the whole hotel is great. There are small mini markets at walking distance which is nice if you need to pop out to grab anything. The nearest metro is Sobha Realty which is also a short walking distance which is great for if you are constantly travelling back and forth. Absolutely fantastic service at this hotel, have recommended it to all of my friends and family!!!

Only a very minor issue, but The WiFi lagged ever so slightly - happened only a couple of times :)

There are plenty of free parking at the basement, near to JBR and marina mall and Dubai Marina canals with a sea view on it , near to Carrefour market and most of restaurants are nearby and you can go walking .

There were some noises coming from the building beside the hotel as they are doing maintenance there , Also, they need to provide electric plug and sockets as they have only one in the living room and the others are connected to the room machines , Either you un plug one of the machine and connect your mobile charger or any other adapter, There were some noises everyday from housekeeping in the corridor to call by their phone to each room to do cleaning and bothering the others because of that , who are starting at 11 am sometimes. I visited this hotel and rented a room 2 years ago and I told them about the sun light which can shine the whole room as they don’t have a blackout for the curtains, and till now still the same problem ?!!!
