The breakfast was very, very good as I would expect from Marriott but the staff in the breakfast restaurant were exceptional, as good as I have ever experienced. From the assistant manager, his staff, Ayoub, Mia and others, their professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, engagement and willingness to go the extra mile was unprecedented, truly, truly exceptional and we cannot thank them enough. They made our holiday one to remember rather than just another pleasant experience in a nice hotel. Please ensure they receive our feedback.

The pool area was very expensive, the music loud and monotonous catering for a 20-30's age group and the general area was disappointing compared to other properties we have stayed at in Dubai. We chose the hotel for the location but our experience in the Palm and Downtown were of better facilities.

Hotel staff very accommodating the check in desk was fantastic Anil and David both great. Level 9 cleaning crew were also very friendly. Breakfast was a good variety and again staff in there were friendly and remembered our name every morning

We would rate the hotel higher but only have one issue and that was the hotel valet service. The hotel car we booked to go out to the palm the driver would not give a fixed rate and wanted to meter the trip. He charged us double what we could get with Uber black. Hotel car charge was $135 to go out there and we Uber back for $70 in a gmc suburban (Uber black). I think the hotel car rate was very high. On another occasion we asked the valet if they could let us know when our transport arrived and they refused to do it as it was not booked through the hotel. When our transport arrived they made him park around the corner even though we were standing right there. This was poor service.

Excellent Hotel with an location, half way between DXB or Maktoum Airports, direct access to a Mall with grocery stores, food court...etc, tram stop is in front of the building, metro ...etc. Honestly I truly believe that this is the best location in the entire Marina. You can be quickly on Sheikh Zayed if you want or use any of the public transportation nearby. They definitely have the largest and the funkiest pool in the Marina, the staff is amazing. Im a very picky traveller but this Hotel met all my expectations! Well done.

Very good service - we simply asked for and received the upper floor. Rooms have balcony. Excellent location with a Marina view and connected to Marina mall. Large pool. Bathtub in bathroom with huge window overlooking marina.

Probably one of the oldest buildings in the Marina, You can see it from the balcony view the building's paint has started to flake and fract The morning breakfest was not as delicious as expected - just regular. So not sure that considering "Value for Money" this hotel worth to pay 2-3 times more, in comparison to another very good and cheaper options you have

The hotel has a great location, except it used to have a different name so taxi drivers sometimes had hard time to understand where we want to go. Located right in the shopping mall with the marina view, close to a metro station. Places to eat and shop right there and a great selection. Staff very friendly and helpfull, room was nice and clean, quiet. Loby I expected nicer and more cozy. Loved the pool and uts service. Gym of average quality. We havent had a breakfast as we like to eat out and discover.

The only thing worth mentioning is when we ordered a room service, the service itself was fast, however the quality of caramel popcorn was very low :-D The other things we had were fine. Also when we wanted to pay right away the terminal for thre card didnt work so we had to find some cash which was a awkward having this waiter in our room at night for so long.

Such an amazing hotel, amazing staff, nice breakfast.. I booked a room with city view and without breakfast, nice lady on front line upgraded to marina view with breakfast. The stay was relaxed. Hotel location is perfect. Next to Marina Mall and Marina lake. Clean Room with cosy balcony. Cooperative staff in all aspects. Breakfast was good

Room furniture was so simple and old. Dinner was not based on Hotel level.

We arrived at the hotel to celebrate an engagement and a birthday. We met at the reception by amazing staff named Miran and keta They took care of us, designed the room for our birthday and engagement - it also added to the experience We met another staff member at the hotel named Rayan who took care of us throughout the stay in closing attractions, recommendations and more.. And of course the manager of the team Khatunan took care of us the entire stay and was very caring The room was stunning, spacious, with a view of the marina and the pool. We bought 3 meals a day - varied and delicious meals. Highly recommend

Great location on Dubai Marina with lots of restaurants nearby and direct access to excellent Marina Mall. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are all terrific. The buffet restaurant is very good with a huge choice for all meals. Coffee lounge area also excellent. Gym was terrific with great selection of new equipment and spa area also well maintained

There was no actual Club Room - think there may have been previously - so if you have booked a Club Room this simply means you have full board access to the restaurant. No big hardship. The Harbour Bar isn’t the nicest - really a rather basic Sports Bar which lacks any sort of glamour. The pool area is very nice but there’s loud music in the afternoon which is unappealing for an old buzzard like me! A second restaurant might be nice if you’re staying longer - but there are literally dozens a short walk away.

The JW lived up to its excellent reviews, location is perfect, right next to the Marina. It is also right next to the Marina Mall which has excellent shops and fast food outlets and even a Waitrose... Our room had a view over the Marina and especially at night it was really pretty with all the lights. Room was excellent and housekeeping amazing and always on hand to clean and turn down. Swimming pool is huge and sunbathing area was very comfortable and service for drinks and food excellent. All staff where really friendly and attentive...

On arrival we were early and hoped for an early check in, the receptionist advised our room wasn't ready but then continued to attempt to upsell and upgrade to a suite which was ready and available (11am). We declined but she continued to haggle a price to see if we would pay the extra... Having just arrived after an 8 hour flight the last thing we wanted to do was haggle over an upgrade and as soon as we declined she advised our original room would be ready in 30 minutes so all rather unnecessary... Not a great first impression. Also there our people in reception area who every time you walked past them they attempted to try to sell you a some real estate in Dubai... Constantly having to say no was a little awkward. Breakfast could have offered a bit more choice but was fine.
