Beautifully designed hotel, loved the adults only aspect, food great and staff very polite and helpful

It’s in the middle of a LOT of noisy construction, drowned out by very loud music in the day by the pool but be warned! Also rooftop night music was incredibly loud until the early hours - we were on floor 12 which was bearable with earplugs but couldn’t fathom being higher..! Also room walls were paper thin - strange as the windows masked the construction sound well but not from other guests!

New, clean and felt expensive. Rooms were laid out well and spacious. Pool area on 2nd floor was a vibe with great sunset. We weren’t on the side of building works and didn’t hear a peep, saw a few cranes but you’re in Dubai…pool/beach area very nice. Also used the Westins pool area and treated very well. Staff on front desk went above and beyond. Got given two free cocktail tokens at their bar. Gave cake and balloons for my husbands 30th birthday, such a lovely touch. Highly recommend it for value for money too. We didn’t have breakfast as that seemed expensive.

The facilities were amazing, with multiple beaches and pools to choose from. The gym was also very well equipped and the staff were very helpful! Breakfast was amazing so much choice, we wish we had more days to enjoy it. The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

The only reason we didn’t give it a 10 is because of the loud music until 3am due to the club near the hotel. It didn’t impact us as we brought our earplugs, however, there were also some supplied. Something to be aware of though!

Brilliant facilities, good pool and lovely staff. Plenty to do and easily accessible.

The pool bar / restaurant is a total racket. So noisey and unbearable. When checking in ask to be located as far away from the noise as possible.

Location is great, clean rooms, have a great roof top bar and restaurant, but always book a table in advance because even in Thursday night it was a hard to find free one

i gave second chance to this hotel, even room with see view had a view of construction only, even i asked to gave me not a noise side, hotel provided room from pool side just a 1 floor above, can you imagine evenings? also during check-out i requested to provide invoice and surprisingly lady refused due to some internal laws or whatever, she said that i should ask booking.com to get it.

I recently stayed at W HOTEL MINA SEYAHI and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the view from my room was breathtaking. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch as well. The pool area was serene and well-maintained. I also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the hotel’s restaurant—the food was fresh, flavorful, and the service was excellent. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated. Whether you’re there for relaxation or business, W is the ideal place to stay. Overall, I cannot recommend [Hotel Name] enough. It exceeded my expectations in every way and I can’t wait to return. The interior designs are impeccable and warm. The staff are very professional and friendly. Sea view is great and balconies are the cherry on top of the pie.

Children running and screaming in the corridor multiple times including early morning disturbed my sleep. Also a lot of loud children noise coming from the swimming pool when I wanted to enjoy my time in the balcony. This hotel was my top choice despite the high rates only because it was for adults only. Sadly, that changed and I was disappointed in my last visit.

The location was perfect, as were the staff and the small touches that the room staff did each day in our room. They were so attentive and could not do enough for us. The smell coming in from the beach each day was beautiful and inviting as you stepped through into the hotel. We were given a late checkout which really helped with our 1am flight. Would we stay here again?....100 percent!

Great location, staff very attentive and helpful. Hotel very stylish and room was amazing! I couldn’t fault the hotel , the room or Ginger Moon , what a lovely terrace and pool side. Very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was much better than expected, lots of choice! Food and drinks from Ginger Moon by the pool were excellent too.

Pool area was slightly small. Some noise at night (traffic, music and people coming back to rooms).
