The noise from the nearby building work was very distracting, particularly when by the adult pool and on the beach. I do think that the hotel should have made this clear on their website so that guests would have been aware before they booked. We would certainly have gone elsewhere (as would many others we spoke to) had we been aware of this Not able to get to room at the time in the afternoon we were told we could.

Beautiful resort with luxurious communal areas and gardens and a real Arabian feel. The beach was very nice and service from all of the staff we encountered was exceptional. Large choice of restaurants on site and the city itself a very short cab ride away.

The setting. Unfortunately there is active construction going on on almost every side of the resort (skyscrapers being built 24 hours), as well as boat parties with loud music in the bay the hotel is facing. Not very peaceful and a shame for such a beautiful hotel!

Staff were incredible, could never do enough for you. Very big hotel for number of guests, pool options, large beach. The Buffett half board was fantastic, we liked Rotisserie.

Duvet was a little hot and the aircon was a little weak so we woke up sweating a couple of nights. The toasters at breakfast didn’t really ‘toast’ Super nitpicky things as it was all exceptional.

By far the best hotel we have experienced in Dubai. The staff is fantastic, the building is beautiful and perfectly maintained, the restaurants are gorgeous. No doubt we will stay again in this hotel next time we visit Dubai.

Nothing! One suggestion: ask Dubai authorities to take action against boats organizing noisy parties and standing sometimes very close to the beach :-)

Specifically booked The Residence for the quieter atmosphere, whilst still enjoying access to the whole resort. I like the 1 Km length of the private beach and the easy going lunch options. Family time at breakfast is the perfect start to the day (after the gym). Loved the quiet rooms and garden access as well as the perfect pool at The Residence. All the team was brilliant. Water bottles in the bedrooms are abundant - they place great importance on your hydration! Room amenities are excellent and sensible as they want to make sure everything is taken care of whilst being as sensible about the environment as possible.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Otherwise we would not keep going back! If I can think of anything, I guess it would be nice to have larger slippers (the larger ones are just size 42)

excellent breakfast excellent clean spacious beautifully appointment arabian court room staff from cleaners to concierge were incredibly polite and willing to help no matter what very high levels of service it what makes this hotel stand out location excellent as on jumeirah beach not keen to be on Palm itself as we wanted to do trips into the city and noting other reviews it takes time to travel up and down the Palm Also at the time I visited they gave a free daily pass to the Atlantis Aquaventure. We only used once given the extreme heat but it was still a nice added bonus.

It's hard to summarize my stay at the O&O in a few words. So, to be brief, it was wonderful and perfect as always. I have been a regular guest at the O&O Royal Mirage for over 12 years, and the service, the facility, simply everything has always been at a very high level. Nowhere else in my travels have I encountered such friendly, professional, and customer-oriented staff. Here, you just feel comfortable as a guest, like coming home. You are not just a number, but a person, and I appreciate that very much. Starting with the atmosphere in the hotel, it exudes immense tranquility, cleanliness, a pleasant scent, and an Arabian flair. The hotel's own restaurants, where you can simply eat wonderfully. The beach and pool area, with superb service for the guests. Drinks, ice cream, fruit, etc., were served. Conclusion: I can only recommend the O&O, for me it is the best hotel in Dubai. The staff is simply wonderful, hence a big compliment to the management and every single person who contributes to making the stay at the O&O so beautiful. I am already looking forward to my next stay at the One and Only in Dubai. And great respect for maintaining the same excellent service over the years, unlike other hotels in Dubai where quality steadily declines. At O&O, everything is done right.

A very minor downside, if I had to mention one, would be the somewhat limited facilities during the summer months. For example, the Shisha Bar in the Arabian Court was unfortunately closed, which was a highlight for me; I usually spent every evening in this beautiful courtyard. Similarly, the poolside bars could stay open a bit longer in the evenings.

Good service

The resort is surrounded by construction sites which are working 24/7. The noise from the construction works was constant. Also, the noise from the 'party boats' that moor up near the resort was extremely loud.

We absolutely loved this hotel, it was our first time in Dubai and we really wanted to stay somewhere special for my partners 30th. Drift is an amazing beach club and being so close to the hotel it’s amazing. The hotel staff are caring and lovely they have exceptional customer service!! The pools are incredible we loved the palace pool. We did a boat trip on the last night it was amazing!! Hydro sports on the beach will be able to help, it really rounded up our trip nicely !!

We had a bad meal in the beach bar and grill however the hotel soon sorted this out with 10/10 service from the desk staff. I’m sure if we had just eaten off the normal menu it would’ve been lovely but we had a Argentinian night and it wasn’t great. Like I said though, doesn’t dampen our stay… and we would 10000% come back!! Only feedback would be: Would be nice if you could eat lunch on your sun beds though… that would be a nice touch!
