Great service, good breakfast, location is a bit distant and you have to rely on taxi or public transport

Staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and always helpful. We were able to get late check out and could stay around the pool due to late flight. We visited the hotel during Ramadan and we loved the iftar every evening. Food was delicious, especially the lamb with rice. Pool was always quite warm to swim in, room was spacious and super clean. Nothing was problem. Definitely recommended.

We had a king size bed and the mattress was a bit jumpy when one of us turned during the night.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, well furnished and clean. The breakfasts were very good, we also liked the well-equipped gym. The hotel staff was also helpful. A small supermarket and a tram stop are nearby. There was always a free taxi available in front of the hotel. Palm Jumeirah is within walking distance.

Although the sea is a maximum distance of a hundred meters from the hotel, unfortunately it is not accessible at all. If we wanted to go to the beach, we had to take a tram or taxi. Even the hotel pool is very small. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not very attractive, new buildings are still being built around, so we felt like we were on a construction site.

Everything was amazing! Special thanks to the warm and welcoming check in ladies and the Kazakh lady in the spa reception. They were all very service minded and made guests feel so welcomed. We would very much like to come back again and recommend this hotel for sure :-)

Could not really think of something. If I had to say something maybe it would be that I wish you had a heated indoor pool as well.

All was perfect

My husband and I stayed in Avani as part of our honeymoon trip. We ordered balloons & Prosecco as an add on to be set up in our room when we’re checking in and got some complementary cake also! The set up was so lovely. The room was unbelievable, we had a superior 1 bed apartment with sea view and the views were incredible. The room was so clean, the housekeeping was great and in general it was so well equipped with all the bits that you may need. The staff were incredible; always friendly and gave us advice any time we inquired about something; Honestly everything was just absolutely superb, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at! Would come back 100%

Breakfast was great, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were a perfect size for a family and it felt like a home from home.

Due to construction in the area, there was some noise from the building opposite, however staff ensured we were moved to a quieter room. The hotel can seem like a bit of a maze to get to (also due to construction in the area.

Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Well equipped with good quality glasses/crockery/fridge freezer/microwave and washing machine. Pool area was clean and lifeguards attentive. Restaurant was clean, good variety of food at breakfast. Concierge staff were always smiling and always very helpful.

These are really minor things : In the apartment the cupboard over the cooker is high up- I had to use a chair to stand on in order to reach the glasses down In the apartment the small marble tables were really heavy to move - my daughter caught her leg on one (luckily the edge was rounded and didn’t cut her) One member of staff in the restaurant kept getting our order wrong In the restaurant there were no bowls kept by the fresh fruit and no milk jugs kept by the tea making facility

I liked everything about this hotel. Zahra and all the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and met all of our needs. Shafeeq at concierge was very helpful with anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were very big and we were given a free upgrade with palm Jumeira and sea view. Staff also gave us a very late check out as our flight was late at night. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The best swimming pool we have seen in Dubai and the only one which stays open till 10pm. Very friendly staff, always wanting to help you with a smile. Will come back to this hotel anytime.

Everything about this hotel is truly amazing. If I could pick only one, I would say the staff - in all my years of travel and holidays, I have never seen such an exceptional team anywhere in the world. They literally read their customers needs and act before they are even asked. That made our stay so much more comfortable. We knew we could just focus on enjoying our holiday and anniversary. Really excellent service through and through. Keep it up. Will make sure we book your hotel again next time we are in Dubai. Thank you
