This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we think it is great. The food and service is excellent.

We were a family of 4 and booking.com allowed us to book a room with one large double bed but said was suitable for 2 + 2. The room wasn't. We had 1 double bed and 1 single. It wasn't comfortable at all having 2 adults and an 8 year old in one bed for 6 nights. This did spoil it for us. We had broken, unrestful sleep all week. The hotel were unable to provide another bed or move us to another room. Booking.com should not allow this option to be selected. We set the search for 2 adults and 2 children with their correct ages and this option was given and we selected it. Whether we should've looked more closely at the small print or not, the option should not have been there. It's very misleading.

We stayed here for 23hrs between flights. The staff were amazing, we landed 5am after a 17 hour flight. Our early check in was not ready so they gave us a breakfast voucher and stored our bags. We could use the pools and facilities. There is a mini water park, with tame slides finishing in an easy to supervise areas. This was awesome for my 5 and 8 year old and great for me as I could stand centrally and see them both. There are lots of very attentive life guards too. Our room was ready by 8am We had the breakfast buffet and late lunch buffet. These were great value. and the food was awesome. The dinner bufffet had kids healthy options like a pasta bar with choose your own veggies and sauces and meats.

There is a culture of other guests reserving sun loungers which is annoying. It was slightly further than I realised from the airport (30mins) but for the cost and facilities this isn't a big deal.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you have kids - easy to get cabs with car seats from the hotel to the local attractions such as Kidzania, Sea World, Ferrari World, Legoland etc. The onsite waterpark was also amazing, just a 2 minute walk from the hotel, it may not keep older kids amused for too long as it is a small waterpark but it was brilliant for kids aged 3-8. We had two rooms connected and the rooms were extremly spacious, both with balconies overlooking the water.

The only thing we did not like was the noise at night. There seemed to be a beach club which was blasting music until 2am in the morning on three out of the seven nights of our stay although we were staying over the Christmas period so it may be a one off due to the holiday season. On the other four nights there was generally loud music until about 11pm. The hotel did offer to move us in the hotel further away from the beach club however I do not believe that would have made any difference with how loud the music was - it could also be heard at the Westin.

Overall, the experience was really good. The staff is caring, the pool and water park are well-equipped with security guards ensuring the safety of children, the restaurants are excellent, and the ambiance is wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and a relaxing time with family.

The only suggestion I have for the hotel management is to ensure that new cars are parked in the shaded parking area. My car was left outside in the sun, even though there were available spots in the shaded area.

The staff was amazing! The garden is beatiful, special the garden from Westin hotel. You can use both hotel’s garden and restaurants with many pool. The hotel view for the city. The waterpark was a good activity for the children. The quality of the cocktails!:))

It was noisy, because the constraction next to the the hotel.. (It's not the hotel's fault, but good to know) You don't have the feeling that you are by the sea, you are more like a small lake. The drinks are very expensive.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic—truly couldn’t fault a thing. We upgraded to a king room, which included breakfast, high tea, and happy hour, all served in the beautiful 10th-floor lounge. The space was lovely, the staff were incredible, and the food exceeded all expectations—so much variety and something new each time. Way better than we imagined!

The only thing that could’ve been better was just knowing what was on and when. We might’ve missed the info, but it would’ve been great to know about things like the DJ at Mare by Bussola or the evening pool party at Baristi—our 22-year-old would’ve loved that!

All facilities for the kids.. kids club, swimming pools, waterpark and the beach… very enjoyable for the kids from 1,5 to 15.. staff always welcoming us

The noisy because of the night clubs very loud sounds disturb our sleeping. The trees around the slides and water pool inside water park the droppings of leaves make the water look dirty and not looking good need care

From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, every staff member we encountered was friendly, humble, and always had a smile on their face! From the valet and concierge to the front desk, housekeeping team, and the restaurant staff in the lobby—everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. A very special shoutout goes to the amazing lounge team on the 10th floor—Sabita, Kalpani, and Prajyoton. Every time we stepped into the lounge, we were greeted by name and remembered preferences without even needing to ask. Their warm, joyful energy and dedication to making us feel comfortable truly stood out. As for the facilities, the variety of pools for both kids and adults was fantastic. We enjoyed exploring the different areas, and it really felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. My family and I were truly happy and fully enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special. You are the face of the resort and absolutely deserve recognition—whether a bonus or a raise—for the outstanding service you deliver!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy as much was the difficulty of sitting outdoors at the restaurants due to the summer humidity. It would be great if more powerful or additional outdoor AC units could be installed to better cool the area and accommodate all tables comfortably. This small improvement would truly elevate the overall dining experience, especially for those who enjoy outdoor seating.

he staff and reception were consistently amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the uniquely warm pool water – a delightful and rare treat. The complimentary valet parking was a definite plus. My child absolutely loved the Jungle Bay waterpark, which was a fantastic perk for hotel guests. The access to all three hotel facilities truly created a resort city atmosphere, offering something for everyone. Finally, the location is ideal for those seeking a luxurious experience in the upscale area.

While the experience was largely positive, the pricing felt somewhat inflated. Our room, despite having a king and a single bed, felt cramped, especially given our week-long stay and the amount of luggage we had; wardrobe space was insufficient for our belongings. Additionally, the shower water pressure could have been stronger, and the food at the pool bar could be improved.

Resort, water park, beach, pools, valet service, most of the staff was courteous.

I was told by a person that abaya can’t be worn while accessing the beach area even if I don swim and he stopped us from accessing the beach. When inquired later from the receptionist, I was told there was no dress code to access the beach area if u don’t swim. It was a huge off as we just wanted to enjoy the night breeze sitting close to the quiet night beach. Also, the person who came to check the minibar accused us of taking two pepsi cans when we hadn’t even touched the minibar. The bins in the both the washroom and the room didn’t have any liners and there was no tissue box in the room. Also, the tv provided wasn’t a smart tv 😐
