Staff: 10/10 The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond by upgrading my stay, which significantly enhanced my experience (tnx zhania from reception!). Facilities: 6/10 The facilities include some new features like Google TV, which is a nice addition. However, the overall infrastructure is aging For the best value, try to secure a rate at the lower end of the market price. The hotel offers decent services, but the aging facilities may not justify a higher price.

View 3/10 Almost all rooms don't have good views. Facing offices. So you have to close the curtains mostly Pool: 4/10 The pool is quite small and lacks a good view, which detracts from the overall experience. It's not an ideal spot for relaxation or swimming. The location is convenient if you have business in Media City. However, it is far from the city center, making it less ideal for leisure travelers looking to explore the main attractions.

My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City was fantastic. The receptionist, Miss Zhanna, was exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home. She provided valuable recommendations and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks in part to Miss Zhanna's hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future.

This is not a new hotel, but the fact that it’s not new doesn’t make it bad🙂‍↔️ it’s actually very good from the construction point. it’s a solid hotel, properly build and well thought out with good beds, cost rooms and just quality location. I stayed in 751. Because it’s facing the road I highly recommend you to choose the highest floor. The price is really good because of the booking discount the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The elevators have nice music the halls are cozy and smell great. Right across the street you will find a really nice little park with a very nice lake that you don’t see from the road. it’s a hidden gem, where you can walk and relax and there is nobody, no tourists, literally nobody just you and birds and nature. The metro station and the tram station are 200 m. away. It’s a great location from the logistics point. Very easy to get anywhere and no traffic jams. The supermarket and coffeeshop is 24 seven and is literally 3 minute walk. Also about maybe 5 to 10 minute walk you’ll find the marina with several supermarkets boats harbors etc. I am personally very happy with my choice

The room was very clean and it was bigger than I expected. Stuff was very helpful and breakfast is open buffet. It was so nice to see Noor's smile everyday and she is definitely a problem solver. Also Simran and Stephen were always there and ready to help. They wete so kind with me. And of course I can't forget Christiane and her help at the breakfast time! The only thing I didn't like is the touristic experience part they sell at the hotel. For example a desert safari might cost 300 AED when you use Get Your Guide app or find from somewhere else. But I wanted to be safe and I chose to trust the hotel. I paid 450 AED. It was not worth it. Food was not nice, there were no belly dancing, no sand surfing. Maybe they didn't care because it was Ramadan. IDK. Everything was extra and if you pay with the card at the camping, at the the bike ride, or anywhere in the safari experience, they are charging you for extra because of the commission. The instructions is not clear. I feel like they tried to trick me and made a fool of me. So if you like to have a good experience find your events by yourselves. Other than this experience everything was so smooth.

The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and has natural juices. Access to the executive lounge was a good value. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The view over the park is only for standard rooms. Larger rooms are in the east tower with no view. The design is not trendy with a lot of dark wood and chrome accents. The location is not very close to the metro.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back on my next visit to Dubai!

From the moment we entered the hotel Nergiza (I hope I spelled it correct) welcomed us and gave us all the info about the hotel. She also helped us check in early as there was vacancy. Later I ordered some stuff from Amazon and the hotel kept them for me without any issues. We enjoyed the pool and other facilities at the hotel as well. It is about 10 minutes walk to subway station and overall close to places in Marina region. I think for the price it was the best option. Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a receptionist named Nargiza, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Throughout my stay, she made sure to check in with me and ask if I needed anything, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the entire staff was very friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast (we loved the fresh fruits and fresh handmade omlette-) best start in the day ! Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kanchana for all help with booking prior to the trip incl. pickup from the airport at night. Thanks to Mirza and Saha for their help and hospitality and to all of the hotel team. Our room was nice and clean. We booked pickup service prior from the airport to the hotel. Best thing we did ! We arrived well after midnight. Dubai DBX airport is huge and busy. Pickup was so perfectly arranged (no need to book any between hotel for the first night near the airport). When we left hotel for the airport again, we just took regular taxi. Even from distant Marina area it cost app. 90 AED and you will get dropped off right in front the departure terminal :-) As special Christmas gift trip with my little daughter, Dubai was very safe and getting around by Metro is super easy. Regular taxi is another affordable way to get around quick. The beautiful Marina spot is a must see with its spectacular skycraper and beautiful scenery, boats and yachts. Great walking spot with lost of restaurants and shops. Especially spectacular by night ! The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall we went by Metro- a must see is the Burj with tickets booked in advance: AT THE TOP-SKY will get you VIP treatment and to the unique 146th floor. Well worth the extra cost. The area of the hotel is good area and safe. Peace of mind when travelling with children. We want to come back again !

Hello Radisson Blu Media City team, your breakfast buffet is a highlight, so rich, fresh and delicious ! The most important meal of the day and nothing you want to miss ! Closing time 10:30am. While it seems well enough time- it was a true challenge the first 3 days being on time for breakfast and still struggeling with time adjustment. For us, Dubai is 3 hours ahead in time. Thus it was quite stressfull to the stomach being on time and before the super delicious breakfast buffet was closed for the day. 11:30 would have made a big difference, at least for us. The only thing perhaps to be improved (?)
