The Apartment is pretty well equipped, clean and good value for money. The Kitchen has most utensils and accessories available. It was nice and clean, towels were also provided. Location is great as it is only a hundred meters or so from the tram station.

The staff was reluctant to provide cleaning service even on payment as the property manager was inaccessible over WhatsApp and the staff cannot do so without the managers consent. The trashcan was also not emptied on request. The security deposit we had given was not returned on time, we had to push for it on call/emails multiple times to get it refunded.

The apt was nice, clean, and big. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a half bath with dishwasher, laundry/dryer , hot water and a balcony. Overall place was comfortable and located opposite Media One hotel in Dubai Media city, walking distance to Dubai Marina city. The pool was very nice and heated to a temperature that was very convenient for swimming 30 minutes of laps. I am sure it won't be heated in summer, but this was Dubai winter, which is the same as NY summer. They have guards and reception but Dubai is a safe place in general.

The host, Ms. Jenny was great. She was on time and a very polite person. Also she was available all the time with immediate message response. She briefed me about the apartment, parking, neighborhood and rules. The building has a security team who also were very polite and supportive. Nice and big balcony .Kitchenware's also were perfect .

It was a great experience to stay in Dream Inn apartment. The apartment was very clean and have all required facilities. The apartment located in the prime area of Dubai Marina. The host of the apartment Jenny was very helpful. She was easily reachable for all required help during our stay.

The property was well looked after and all the essentials needed were inside. Communication with the owners was very straightforward but I didn’t realise they would have a concierge too. So maybe make that clearer next time

Everything in the property was fine. No complaints maybe just some tips for tourists especially if you’ve never been before.

An truly excellent appartement was realy clean. I felt at home in Dubai. A bit far from the "action" but apart from that no complaints. Enough space to house a family.

First of all these are not serviced apartments, but air bnb. So not being cleaned during your stay. Good location. Has almost all utensils except coffee machine. Overal clean when we arrived, except the couch in the living area- dirt stains all Over- we didnt sit on it.

No coffee machine! Master bathroom needs fixing - no electrical socket and no shower wall- when you shower u need to hold a douche, otherwise it will be all wet- very uncomfortable. Tea cups were dirty. Had to beg for extra towels and extra blanket- which was delivered 2 days later without cover.
